Amazing job well done! Would not think that there would be a decent auto body shop in this part of WV. They took good care of my girl and she even drives better than she did before. I highly recommend them if anything unfortunate ever happens to the love of your life (car)

I initially went to this shop because it was convenient to do so but now since I have moved to Virginia, I still bring my vehicles to Superior. Doug and his staff are professional and courteous - but more importantly the vehicles are always restored impeccably so you could never tell they were in an accident. Having two businesses and six children (all drivers now), Ive had the unfortunate circumstance to bring plenty of fender bender work to Superior and even a few near-totals. I have never been dissatisfied in any way with any of the work performed by their skilled technicians. I highly recommend Superior Auto Body to anyone who needs their services.

I highly recommend 10/10! Excellent customer service. They had my car ready when they said it would be. They stayed in communication throughout the process. They vacuumed and washed my car as well!! My car was returned to me looking great and shining bright!!!!

Very friendly and professional, addressed all of my concerns. Handled the insurance payment process extremely well, and as a retired insurance agent I greatly appreciated that part of the experience. It took several weeks from booking to actually get the car in for repairs, but I attribute that to the volume of work and the shortage of other facilities in the area.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

After a brief encounter with a deer (!), the folks at Superior Auto Body were very helpful in scheduling an appointment as soon as possible, working with my insurance company, and keeping me advised of progress and one (tiny) hiccup along the way. I was able to pick up my vehicle on the day promised and honestly, it looked brand-new, inside and out! Work was completed in a timely manner and the staff was awsome! Very detailed with the estimate given and the work was awesome. Kept me informed with the status of the repairs via text messages. My car looks brand new and couldn't be happier. They even went above and beyond to clean/vacuum the inside of my car, (which I was not expecting). Job very well done! Will not go anywhere else and I will be referring. Thank you again Doug and staff for taking good care of me and my car!

Update 4/12/23: I hit a deer and needed body work done, I chose superior because of how kind they ve been to my husband and It s less than a block from my house. Their work is phenomenal, can t even tell my car was hit. Paint matches perfectly. I was told it would take 8 days and it took about 2 days. They even detailed my car once they finished. Thank you for a job well done.My husband is a paraplegic and this week he realized his back piece on his wheelchair was cracked all the way across. My husband pushed up to superior to see if they could weld his back rest back together, they did within 2 hrs. Thank you so much for your kindness and going out of your way to fix his wheelchair it really means a lot. He s in the process of getting a new wheelchair but with covid, dealing with the supply company and insurance it s not a quick process, we ve been working on this since January and told today it will be at least another 3 months.Service: Body & Trim

I was in a MVA with my Mercedes Metris at the end of August and chose Superior Auto Body for the repair. Very glad I did. They were very communicative throughout the repair, especially when one of the parts was on a long backorder. Worst experience I've ever had at an Auto Body Shop. I had to take my vehicle 5 times for them to fix it how it's suppose to but they never did. Ended up taking my vehicle to another Auto Body Shop and they couldn't believe what Superior Auto Body had done to my car as far as "repairs". From broken pieces all the way to bad paint job. I hope they really improve their work ethics because I chose this Auto Body Shop because of the good reviews it has but I guess I was wrong.Services: Painting, Electrical, Welding

This company did an excellent job preparing the damage to my Jeep Compass after I was hit in a parking lot. They took care of dealing with the paying insurance company. Had my Jeep repaired and they kept me informed the entire time from drop off to when my repairs were completed. Everyone there are professional and nice.
