BEWARE!!!! I would leave no stars if I could!! I personally watched my elderly mother in law save every dollar she had to purchase a used vehicle from Jefferson County Used Cars about 3 years ago. The car started having problems within the first WEEK of purchase. She has since had to replace the motor, it s left her on the side of the road OVER a dozen times now, features the car was SUPPOSED to have never worked even after Jefferson Used Cars said they d fix (backup camera, navigation, etc), she s taken it to auto body shops countless times and has spent enough on this hunk of junk to buy it 6 times over, now it s a shame as she s disabled and retired after a long life working so hard to take care of her family only to be completely RIPPED OFF by this place. This is the type of woman to take good care of her vehicles, staying on top of maintenance religiously.. this car was given to her messed up and this place KNEW IT and even if they didn t know it, they REFUSED to help her or make things right after coming back just days after she spent all her money on that piece of garbage. I warn EVERYONE to never, EVER go here, and I suggest you do the same. Do not touch this place with a 10 foot pole unless you want a lemon for all your hard earned money. 0/5 stars do NOT recommend.

This was the worst experience and I have proof the first car I bought was white equinox with a bad engine, then I was told I could only have the black one, which turned out to have severe flood damage which they continued to lie about until I had proof, was still ignored until the fuel pump died, me and my husband were done. They scrapped it for all the problems they refused to see. long story short I was sold a death trap and they did not care worst company, I have pictures for anyone that wants to see.

I had the absolute best experience working with Rob. He was super helpful and worked very hard to get me where I wanted to be payment wise. He thoroughly explained all of my paperwork and warranty information. This was by far the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle. The whole team was helpful and I will be back in the future!

We took our daughter here a couple of years ago to see some of the cars. She ended up buying one. She got a good deal on a good vehicle and at a good price. The guy that sold it to her ( I think he was the owner) was nice and professional and easy to talk to. We are happy with this place because our daughter was happy with it. :)

Buyer beware! I bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500hd from here and got pretty screwed! They are pretty good at hiding rust damage! The rocker panels and rear fender wells are rusted out but they hid it very well. It won t pass for a state inspection because there was no driver s seat belt buckle and all the seat track bolts were barely in and or had fallen out! They butchered the seat track so it doesn t work and is missing half the parts. I contacted them about the seat issues but just seemed to piss the owner off and was just blown off! His favorite saying was he likes being able to sleep at night so he does everyone right. That must be a joke. I would certainly not recommend this place to anyone! Awful and costly experience.

Have bought several cars. They always have helped me out with a good car at a fair price and more importantly a down payment I can work with. Had a few minor issues and the helped me out with them. Always a great atmosphere when I make my payment. Best place in area if on a budget.

Absolutely a great place run by great people for all your vehicle needs. Their unique financing let's people that are turned down at other dealers get approved there.. Go see Rob, Brett, or Chris and get your next vehicle!

They do not hold up the end of the deal. They get u to sign u r selling your car give u the check which is the main part of the deal. But they tell u they r going to do this or that later to call them later that day. Then when u do Brent Boyd will tell u that it's not his problem. He has done this twice on to different transactions

Mixed feelings on this. The family seems really nice to me. Bought a car at a fair price for buy here pay here. A few years later I ran over a boulder on 340. Car was payed for all good out right for a while no problem. So in a bind and 1000 in hand they couldn't do business. Thats been 4 or 3 years and 26050 in 4 other vehicles. Just saying

we bought what we thought was a decent suv spent 10k we had the car back forth countless times due to leaks which were fixed now we have since discoverd spare is the wrong size rusted underneath spare wheel only was replaced lights were dim had to be replaced and on top of that air went out do not buy from here .
