Haven't had much luck with finding a good mechanic since moving to Jefferson County a couple Years ago. Came across a fantastic tire place (Tireville) and finally wised up and called them for a recommendation for a mechanic from a trustworthy business. Was sent here.Not gonna lie, when I first pulled in I absolutely groaned thinking it looked shady as all get out. Looked like a small business that would be filled with people smoking inside the waiting room, and was afraid they'd make my car smell bad.Decided to give them a shot since they came so highly recommended. Super glad I did!The place was clean, and filled with super nice, friendly people. They had me in and out in a super reasonable time. Definitely will be returning here for any future needs.

Had my car into this little gem of a shop hidden in Ranson, WV. Shelly was extraordinary. What a great gal with a matched personality They got me in quick, and had me up and running in no time.This business has been around for over 30 years I was told, which is pretty damn impressive. They definitely know what they're doing, their communication is perfect. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be coming around again!

We have been using J and K services for years now. The staff are prompt and polite and provide great service. They are also great at communicating. The turnaround time is quick. I knew my vehicle needed some general maintenance. J & K Percision Auto Care did not try to hassle me into buying or replacing anything additional. They did exactly what I asked for, which was wonderful! From the time I called to make the appointment to picking up my vehicle, their staff was friendly and professional. These folks are fantastic. While driving to a park for the day, our exhaust broke off back by the muffler a few miles out of this town (Ranson, WV). We called around, and J+K were by far the best to talk to and the most straight forward.We drove the car to the shop, and 90 minutes later they had the problem solved and we were on our way again. Fantastic mechanics. They were also super pleasant to deal with. They even let us take our puppy inside while we waited. Prices were very reasonable.Thanks again, J+K. Honestly this has been the best experience as far as auto shops go. I have been to several different ones in the area and J &K are the best hands down. I have an Infiniti q50 and the nearest dealer from here is Chantilly. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs. Great service and great work.

Thank Goodness for this place ! Everyone I talked to was friendly with awesome customer service . I love that they were honest with me and explained what needed to be done and the different ways including the less expensive ways that my exhaust could be fixed. I called the other places in the area that went straight to my catylic converter being replaced instead of telling me it may not even be that and it wasn t. They cut my cost by more than half the other estimates . They even seen my tire was low and put air in it for me and fixed the leak for me . They will never know how much I appreciate them after dealing with money muncher mechanics so much who don t have my interest in they re minds at all. I will remind them every chance I get How much I appreciate them and they have a new loyal customer.Service: Exhaust

Just plain awesome. We all hate when we need truck/car work done. But at least when you go to J&K you will given honest advice, honest pricing, and great service. Came here on the recommendation of a friend and he was right. Shelly you are very good to work with thank you so much for the honest and great service.

Great confident work on European cars! Replaced the engine in my son's Volvo, and it's running better than it has since he bought it (used)! The service people are very friendly and respectful as well! Hope we don't have any more issues anytime soon, but if we do, we'll definitely return to J & K Precision!

Wonderful. Quick. Professional. A little expensive for town but the quality and care is unmatched in town. Worth it. Plus they got the job done a day early. Couldn't have been happier and used the best parts for my vehicle. Very good shop.

About a month ago I needed an alignment on my dodge truck. I do a lot of mechanical repairs myself..but needing an alignment I started calling some local shops, most could not do the alignment due to the size tires I have on the truck... a few of the other shops told me to give J&K a call. I did call and found they were very nice on the phone, set me up with an appointment pretty quick. They did a great job on the alignment, staff treated me great and got a military discount on my bill. Glad I made the call to them and they will get all my business that I m unable to do myself and refer my friends to J&K...Thanks

Jason is an honest hard working man. Excellent staff. I had a horrible experience with Drive pro concerning my Mercedes. They had my car up and running in no time. Something the liars at drive pro couldn t do. If you want to be treated with respect and like a human being go to J and K. Honest professional and fairly priced

J and K auto came to my rescue - on vacation my car died at the River Rafting - after having it towed to their shop they diagnosed it and repaired it. Had it ready by the time we were off the river and treated us great - it s always a fear to be road tripping and have car problems.J and K delivered great professional service and understood our need for a quick repair - Thank you for understanding and coming to the side of an out of state traveler!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can t say enough about J & K Precision. They were recommended by a coworker several years ago. I ve taken several cars there to have tires put on. And recently I brought a car in for an exhaust leak. I thought it was a flex pipe that needed replaced. They discovered it was a broken stud and it needed a quick weld as well. Enough can t be said about that kind of honesty and integrity. Dealerships and some car shops would ve had me buying an entire new catalytic converter and flex pipe. When it simply wasn t needed. Thank you everyone at J & K Precision.

Good service. They are very professional and accommodating. I appreciated that they were able to squeeze in (belatedly and my fault at that) an oil change with my inspection. Think I've found my permanent service center.

Awesome people! Great Service! I used to go to the "other guys" in downtown Charles Town and just grew tired of their arrogance and their prices so thought I try J & K. I made an appointment to have new tires mounted on new wheels, balanced, and mounted on car with alignment. Great, professional service. Work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Soon after I needed to do some work and needed to take the wheels off. I could not get the lug bolts off and the correct size socket did not seem to fit. Ended up stripping some lug bolts trying to get them off. I call J & K and asked for their help and explained I couldn't figure out what was going on. I learned something new. Something called "swollen lug bolts" which happens to chrome plated lug bolts. J & K took car of me. They got the old lug bolts off. I had new lug bolts and they put the new lug bolts on. No charge. Great service! Great people! Will be returning customer.

Visiting the area from VT, they got my Audi (2011 Avant) in the NEXT MORNING for a wheel bearing that was going, and the receptionist helped me save a few coins by allowing me to get the part. $110/hour ain't cheap, but all in it was still $250 less expensive than the closest Audi dealer. J&L stuck with their price, no BS, and didn't find other stuff to fix while they were in there. Appreciate the honesty, timeliness, and friendliness. When I'm home, I do all my own automotive work and hate subbing stuff out, so I feel lucky to have found this place. It was recommended by a friend of my father, who lives here. Thanks!

Always great service and fair prices. Keep me informed the whole time repairs were being done. If I can t fix it I take it to them! Works on everything from my daily drivers to my race car. Best shop around in my opinion!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my Suburban in with the AC broken and they worked until it was fixed. Not cheap. But I didn't expect it to be. I had been told previously, by another mechanic that he wouldn't know what was wrong without taking it apart, I. E. minimum 800 bucks of just labor. Going by that, I guess I got by cheap? LOL! Anyway got my cold air back. Yay! And bonus my heat works again, which it hasn't for three years, and I didn't ask for. So double yay. Overall I'm super happy with my experience. My husband and I will be back when we need future work. Thanks guys!

(Ranson, WV) Owner Jimmy Day and mechanic Jason are the Only team I would trust to service my Tundra and Tacoma when I am on the East Coast.It's midnight and I could not list all their attributes by morning. However, J&K fulfills my vision of how an auto repair shop should be managed and staffed.Highly Recommended.

First time going to J & K - they fabulous- have 2 Mercedes, dropped the coupe yesterday, pi led it up today, dropped the SUV off this am - picked up today - I will never take my cars to Euro again- Jason was awesome - fair price, and I trust them - no hassles no BS - Tireville recommended them!
