I've been going here since it was k and g tire. Friendly staff that'll actually work with you to get you back on the road without a lot of hassle or upcharge. I'll probably keep going here until it closes or i do.

Absolutely love the staff here. There have been at least 3 occasions now that I have taken my vehicle there for tire balancing or alignment and they looked at it told me what should be done before spending money on those things. They didn't pressure me at all to get the work done and there and were more than happy to tell me exactly what needed to be fixed for my husband to do it and then bring it back to them. Extremely nice and honest people. I will definitely continue to go here for any of my car needs.

I made 3 appointments here, and completely forgot about the first two. They didn't hesitate either time, scheduling a new appointment. I also did notice I had a dead sticker, that had been dead for 2 months. They asked me if I wanted them to replace it. I was happy they seen it, or I could've been pulled over. I don't have any complaints to the work they've done on my vehicle. All in all, great friendly service! I would also like to add, their pricing is very fair. I got a front end alignment for $48. The other garage, not even a mile from there charges $79!

Say ur car is fixed but once u get down the road the car breaks down n then they don't answer ur calls or nothing on purpose recommend you go sumwhere else n get ur car fixed

6-9-2021 I had four tires put on. Tires was not bought here so I don't know prices on their products but as of their service and the alignment the prices of that seems fair. The service seemed good. They seemed to be polite. They even pulled the car up once they were done right outside the door. They got this done in a very timely manor and with not no waiting in line. I was satisfied

They overcharge, and refuse to do work because they say you need new parts, and they'll be perfectly fine. Went first time to get a tire alignment they said it would cost almost 700 dollars for new parts, and to install it. I got the parts for 115, and had them installed for about 50 dollars. Went back again they said it needed a new bushing and they couldn't do the alignment. So I took it to another Mechanic we looked at it, and it was perfectly fine. Took my truck to Beckley and they aligned it said everything was good. I would never recommend this place, and I would never give them another penny. Don't waste your time going here. Unless you want them to overcharge you, and make you replace stuff that doesn't need to be.

I have a mixed review of this place. Great, friendly man in the reception area, great to deal with and very helpful! I've made visits to this garage with no problems however once I had some front end work in my wheels and they didnt tighten my lug nuts back up!! I was very disappointed!! Overall tho, good prices and average service!

What a great shop ! After having a dead battery they sent someone to jump start our vehicle. The lady on the phone as well as the gentleman who came were super friendly and nice. Thank again for your help. Please sponge this great local bio.

Always upfront reasonably priced and efficient. Ive purchased tires and have mechanical work done with no problems for the past 25 years. Averted disaster when an O ring on my oil filter snapped and most of the oil leaked out enroute to my home after an oil change..I didn't realize what the problem was until the oil light came on. The owner was not defensive and told me they would cover any costs if my motor was damaged. At the garage they inspected the motor and took the fram filter off. The O ring was severed. Luckily no damage. One year later my vehicle runs great. Obviously it was a defective filter and no fault of the garage.

Excellent service, friendly staff and their labor charge is unbeatable as far as I'm concerned. Mr Tire quoted me 3 almost 4 times the cost that these guys here at K & G.

Take my cars here all the time. They are good about getting you in and taking care of the vehicle. Never have to deal with them selling stuff I don't need or fixing problems I don't have. They are an honest car repair place.

I had a nail in my tire, I called and they said come on in and we will work you in. I figured I would be there sometime but it was a little over 35 minutes they took it in,a little later I was on my way. They are Great Guys
