The ONLY shop I'll ever use again. I had lost all hope in mechanic shops when so many just tried to take advantage of me. Blake and Ronnie are the most affordable, honest and hard working mechanics I've ever met. I've had them do countless repairs at this point and I'll continue because I know they'll do a great job. Brandy is so friendly and they make me feel like a valued customer and not just a wallet. They even picked my vehicle up for me since I didn't have any one to help with transportation in order for me to drop it off. Great group of people!

I've had work done there a couple times. I need more work done.... I'm taking it there. Excellent quality work at a reasonable price. Two thumbs up !

This business was very helpful and very sweet! My engine misfired while I was driving across the state, and I was able to find this place immediately. The woman at the front desk (I can t remember her name) was very sweet and helped get me in almost immediately as I was kind of stranded with my child. A very cute mechanic fixed my spark plugs and sent me on my way! 10/10 service!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is awesome! They were quick to get my car in and took it in bay and started soon as I arrived( even though I was late for my appt ). They are down to earth and make you feel welcome and right at home. Very good customer service and cheap prices. They will lie to you and mess your vehicle up. I'm genuinely trying to save you some trouble and go literally anywhere else. No morals at this shop.They've messed up a few of my friends vehicles now and over charged.

honestly their really messed up. my dad put down 400 for his brakes and rotors to be fixed. they weren t touched. my uncle payed 1000 for his truck to be fixed and it broke down. come to find out they did absolutely nothing to either trucks.

Stopped in to get my oil changed and the staff was super courteous and efficient. Whole thing took a half an hour. It was a great experience. I will be giving them my future automotive business for sure!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I absolutely recommend this business they are honestly amazing genuine people. They are honest and friendly and very professional and hard working people. they dont charge you ridiculous prices . My ball joint broke and they had my vehicle fixed in no time.the receptionist at the front was truly amazing just all around good place for vehicle work. I highly recommend anyone that needs any vehicle repairs go here you will not regret it.

My Ford E250 Econoline Service Van s Rear Differential (Rear-End) started grinding real bad, was not sure where to take it, since I ve been ripped off by Dealerships (Jenkins Subaru) before, so I started asking around and was informed by quite a few people that there s a shop in Rainelle WV owner s name Ryan that he was a Knowledgeable person in the repairing of any automotive repairs needed. So I Took my service van to Ryan he troubleshot my van, then informed me that the differential s ring & pinion gears and bearing if not all bearings are wore out if not falling apart. I made a decision to rebuild the differential instead of buying a junk yard one. I was kept in the loop on the repairs progress, when he got into the Van s repair he found the emergency brakes had worn down, asked if he would replace the brakes and he did, even kept old brakes to show me how badly worn the pads were.I was called when the job was completed I picked up my van drove it no grinding at all feels nice and smooth, my van runs like a new one. I do highly recommend Coats Automotive & Performance Shop in Rainelle WV. I find Ryan to be a professional knowledgeable automotive mechanic, you will be very satisfied with this shop s mechanical repairs, I will be using this shop from now on. Had them do valve cover gasket replacementa after telling me that it was that not the o ring to the oil dipstick tube.. work seems great Ryan always explains everything and does what he can to help the price is more affordable for labor than most .. they are very busy so it took a little longer than he originally said but overall best garage I have been to thus far . He has cpl guys working with him idk there names yet but seem nice and knowledgeable I had to go back down once and they took care of what I needed and joked about the goof up lolServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My car was missing, took it to a garage and a dealership they didn't find any problem, a friend highly recommended Ryan,I took it to him, he drove it and checked it out and knew right away what was wrong, he is knowledgeable, friendly,awesome work and reasonable, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Did not have good vibes upon arrival. The receptionist immediately started downgrading someone that had been connected with the business/former owner?... Got the feeling this business was unstable and left.

Not a good experience at all after paying over 1,200 the mechanic didn't know how to do the job he took on and messed the truck up after months of having it we finally got it back took it out for a drive and got broke down again had to have it towed home only to turn around and put it in another shop the truck has never ran the same nor has it sounded the same since we let coats touch it
