Had truck towed 50 miles to them because they said they could look at same day( Monday) they finally looked at it Friday afternoon, didn t even bring into shop, didn t even inform me they had looked at it. On Monday I call for an update, they say they can bring into shop on Friday to further diagnose. Than they give me a 400.00 bill for diagnose the problem I told them I was bringing it there for. The truck never made it into the shop, had towed to another shop. Had it diagnosed and they are saying I should have back by the same Friday these turtles said they would get into shop to further investigate. If you are going on holidays maybe use.

I don't appreciate being lied to. I made it very clear I needed to leave in the morning in 2 days. I was told if cat approves the warranty that the truck would be able to be fixed that afternoon. Getting kind of late I go back in and then was told even if cat does approve it it'll be a week before we can even do it. If you would have told me that in the first place I could have had the load repowered. Thanks.

Truck service......Unless you know them or deal with them on a daily basis! Rude, careless, stood at the service counter for 10 mins. People walked by without even a hi or have you been helped. Walked in multiple times and talked to like they never seen me before.. Rude when i asked about looking at truck. No answer when asked when they thought they could look at it.. Just a i dont know. Attitude when asked now many trucks were ahead of me. Like it was trouble to have to get out his seat to check.. Truck Drivers, I do not recommend this place at all! If i could give negative stars i would..

Had an lack of power issue with my 07 Meridian DP motorhome. Contacted FCCC for information, they suggested I contact a different company in the area who couldn't get me in until the following Monday, this happened on Wednesday, called Worldwide who said they could fit me in that day. Limped the 20 miles to there shop, checked in and within a few hours they came out and diagnosed my problem as a faulty pipe from my turbo to the intercooler. Got the part ordered, it came in the next day, got it installed and we we were back on the road by 3 on Thursday. Overall great people to deal with, the even let us stay in the RV in there lot.Would use them again if in the area.

They were very friendly and got my truck checked out in a matter of minutes and back out . Have to take it back in a few days to get the parts on it . But it's a great and friendly place m. With great workers .

Be sure to check everything under your hood of your truck, they loosened the cap on antifreeze and they didn't latch the hood on my husband's truck, so thank goodness we didn't travel too far or the radiator would have dried up and messed up the engine. Worst experience my husband has ever had!! Don't recommend this place.

I have been in a lot of Kenworth shops. This is the most professional, Courteous shop I have ever been in. I had my truck towed in for a transmission problem that another shop did not repair properly. Not a KW. They had my truck repaired in half a day. I wish this shop was closer to my house. I would never go anywhere else to have work done on my truck. Didn't get the name of the mechanic that worked on my truck. But I just want to say THANK YOU

it wasn't cheap but not unexpected. Communication was open and they made every effort to make things work for us. Vic, Robert and Sarah were just as honest as it gets, and I appreciate it. We'll be back.

The staff are freindly and they do whatever it takes to serve you in the best way ! I was looking for a turbo and they didn't have it in their location, but other location in VA had one, they managed to let a guy who live in VA and work in this location to pu that part for me for free !! A gentelman "looks like the manager" They also give you a ride to motels.

I GAVE THEM 5 STARS BECAUSE FROM THE MOMENT I GOT HERE , ON THE 21DAY OF SEPTEMBER A DAY I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER FOR THAT WAS THE DAY THE HERO ARRIVED. AND WAS WORKING ON MY TRUCK EVEN BEFORE THEY PULLED IT INTO THE SHOP. SO A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE WORLD WIDE EQUIPMENT SHOP TEAM. THANK YOU.

My company had my truck worked on here unfortunately when they called us to pick it up they said it was ready and it wasn't I won't get into everything but let's just say it was not ready to be picked up and I had to spend another 4 hours of my time waiting on them to finish their job. Nice enough people but they dropped the ball.

It's the best shop I have dealt with from Worldwide but as a whole the company's left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The company I work for and I won't use them unless it's a warranty issue

Friendly people, great service. I read some not so good reviews before going. I was expecting bad service and long wait times but the service was quick

I was the first one to check in Friday morning, I was told my truck would be in by noon, at lease to tell me what was wrong with it, well it never happen I was told I'm the next truck for 10 hours at 10 30pm they pulled my truck in then told me they don't have the part it would be wensday of next week, well I asked for part number rented a car drove 90 miles to pick up part, but they are closed on weekends, they also had 3 truck that came in after I did that they took in worked on and released, I was staying at motel top of hill to where I can see Kenworth from, I will never come back to this place, piss poor service... other Kenworth with in 100 miles to go to

It took two days longer than I was quoted, when I came to pick up my truck they had broken off my door handle on the driver's side, they did replace it but would not over night it , sent it to my home, also was several hundred dollars higher than was told it would be.

Bad place,,,showed up at 1030 am they said 30 to 45 mins they will look at it, its 8 pm and still sitting in lot not seen yet...Finally got in at 1030pm..left at 1145 pm they said they changed out coolant temp sensor, next afternoon started the same problem over..waste $350

Great guys, Broke a fan belt on our diesel pusher, had us running again after they sourced a belt.Very good luck we broke close to them.

They have terrible service here they tell me they were going to check my truck right away soon as I can mean waited three hours the next two hours they tell me they weren t gonna be able to work on the truck to next day
