I was in need of a new car. I got in touch with Casey Honaker and told him what I was looking for. He told me to come by and see him and he would do what he could to put me in what I like. Sure enough he put me in exactly what I wanted and at the payment I was looking for. He is one of the best car salesman I have dealt with.

I love my new Mitsubishi Outlander !! Matthew Sink was an awesome sales guy. He made sure I was happy with the vehicle I got. Very nice guy worked with us to make sure we was comfortable with the payment and joked around.He went far and beyond and made sure paperwork went smoothly. He even went extra mile set outside and showed me how work most features in car before I left. He set up my apple play and my Mitsubishi connect app. Yes I could done that all on my own but he want to fix it and made sure it all worked before I left. He made sure I was very comfortable with my vehicle before I pulled off the lot. Thank Matthew SinkStephens Mitsubishi has great prices and employees.

Everything was done well, I don't know of anything that I would do differently. They was very nice and had my car serviced and back to me and even washed it for me which I thought was super nice. I don't know if that is something that they do every time but I liked that an appreciated it very much. The lady at check in was very nice and pleasant and good at her job.

Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and supportive during my shopping experience. Dealership has an excellent selection of product. They took the care to always have a vehicle that I was interested in pulled to the front entrance.

I would give them 100 stars, if I could! This dealership, and salesman Matthew Sink & finance guy Brandon, in particular, were AMAZING to work with! Very transparent, weren't pushy, I really did not feel like I had to fight for what I wanted! I was incredibly nervous about making our first brand new vehicle purchase, and they were such a help. Loving my new Outlander!

Matthew Sink changed my mind about the whole experience of buying a vehicle. He was upfront every step of the way and exceptionally helpful. He was knowledgeable and considerate, and it ended up getting us the payment we needed without sacrificing what we needed from the car. I'd buy two from him if I could!

Totalled my last mitsubishi a few months ago and decided to give this place a try. I loved my old one, so I wanted to check out the new ones and see what else it compares to.Tanis Walker was the guy that greeted me on the lot and walked around with me to check out every type of car on the lot and explain the comparison to my old one. I went back the next day and now have the newer model of what I had. I recommend them for your car needs. They are always super nice and when I went in for my 1st oil change, they all asked me how my car and I were getting alone.

Absolutely the greatest people to deal with. The manager and sales staff were so efficient and valued my time with the deal on my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. The service dept there is also been friendly and great to deal with also. Stephens Mitsubishi is awesome!!!!

They make you feel like family. Oh my gosh, these guys namely Casey, went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel so welcomed! Also the finance manager, they were all so wonderful! They made us feel like we could just come and hangout. As long as we're residents of West Virginia we will only go to Stephen's Mitsubishi in Princeton. Oh and we live an hour away in Oak Hill.Thanks guys!We Love yall

Place is under construction right now but don't think their not still pushing awesome deals. Best experience yet with buying a car! Matt is amazing and will go above and beyond also have went to every mitsubishi dealer in wv and NO ONE could beat Stephens prices.

Car shopping is one of the biggest hassles I've had to deal with, especially when I can't tell a lug nut from a peanut, but buying from this location was far and away one of the smoothest experiences I've had. This was due in part to Casey Honaker. The man was a well of knowledge, and provided a pleasant and thorough shopping experience from the moment I walked onto the lot to the moment he handed me the keys and I drove off of it. Stephens Mitsubishi is truly blessed to have a Casey Honaker, and I can't recommend him enough.

What an awesome car dealership!!! I had a great car buying experience from start to finish! I worked with Tanis and he is super knowledgeable, no pressure, and a great sales person all around. I knew from the minute I set foot on the lot it was going to be a great experience. Tanis answered every single question and is super responsive to his customers. Stephens made sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for at a great price!

We drove over 2 hours from Pikeville Ky to get the best deal on our 2023 Outlander! It was our first time doing business with Stephens Mitsubishi but definitely will not be our last.
