Had an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 9am. The checkin process was quick and Kathy was extremely friendly and helpful. Was in and out within an hour. It s nice to have a positive dealership service experience. Would definitely recommend!

I bought my vehicle used in August of 2021 with a 2 year extended bumper to bumper warranty that I paid for. I would never have bought there if it had not been for our friend Chris Thompson being a salesman there at the time. Unfortunately, he has since passed away. I've bought many vehicles from Chris and he has always made sure my family vehicles are taken care of. I noticed an issue with bubbling paint shortly after buying. Chris worked with the service and body shop to make sure the issues were addressed and taken care of. Not long after, around May, I began have some other issues with the car that I assumed would be covered under warranty, some things were minor like my auto driver window only working going down but not up, some were more major like a check engine light and a sputter while driving. It took some time but I worked with Chris to get everything addressed under my warranty. The ball was dropped many times by the service department after that. Things were missed, parts were not ordered, claims were not filed properly. I was told the previous employee who took my case left the company and Chris got me in touch with someone else in service who was taking over and it seems things were on the right track. I let a few minor things slide by but in October of 2022 when I was assured all parts needed were there I had a scheduled appointment to have the work done. The service department was aware I would be waiting on the vehicle. I waited for 4 hours in the waiting room for the lady to come and tell me that they were sorry no parts were there and they couldn't complete anything that day. I was pretty upset but they agreed to give me a free oil change and set me up with a rental car so when the parts were in I could come drop it off and have the rental vehicle at their expense. That sounded reasonable so I agreed. About a week later I was notified parts were there and my drop off and rental vehicle were scheduled. I had already missed hours of work for the first appointment so I let them know I would have to be timely dropping off the vehicle and picking up the rental. Long story short I missed another 2 hour of work doing this. My vehicle sat at this dealership for the next 4 months. After a month I began checking in. Time after time I was told it'll be ready next week but "next week" never came. After month 3 I checked in and only HALF of the list of items had been addressed so I reminded of the rest of the list, that they did have in writing, and they got to work. I eventually contacted the service manager who got my car back to me quickly. They delivered it and picked up my rental to return and gave me some free oil changes. When I got the car back I noticed I still have the same issue with my window, my leather seat is slit, and my front bumper is cracked. After months back and forth about that the solution was that they weren't going to pay for the bumper even though it happened on their lot and that I could buy new seats out of pocket and they would reimburse me. It also only took about a week after receiving my car back for the check engine light to come back on. My car has since been in the shop there 3 more times for the check engine issue and each time spark plugs and coil packs are changed. Nothing is done to find the root of the issue. I'm now out of my warranty as so much time was wasted by ramey Ford and I am still stuck with the issue that I'm having issues affording. I've contacted ford and they have been no help so I am seeking legal counsel around this situation. I could go on and give more issues and details but I will never buy from this dealership again.

Can't say enough about the the service and compassion shown by the team.We were heading back home from vacation and our truck just couldn't go any farther. I called as we were sitting on the highway and the salesman Toby asked what we needed,he brought us transmission fluid and followed us to the dealership (which was ready to close) .Helped us find a truck that would haul our camper in our price point. Everyone was so nice to us they get A++++++ from us. Being 300 miles from home and broke down we were so glad they came to our rescue.

The best place in Princeton to buy a car and up until now the best to service your car. I recieved an email telling me because of my "loyalty" I could get the WORKS oil change and tire rotation for 49 dollars excluding taxes and waste disposal so that would make the total amount charged about 64 dollars.I recieved a text telling me my car was ready and the bill was 110 dollars. I was told they had to use a more expensive oil so that was the reason for being more. They should have told me that before the service not after. I could have gone 4 other places to get the same service for about 60 dollars. I never had any problems with such deception when Ashly worked there but now I have a big problem with being ripped off with the OLD BAIT AND SWITCH tactic. I will not be back and will not recomend Ramey Ford to any one else. GOOD RIDDENCE !!! I look forward to driving by Ramey Ford very soon and seeing a GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE Can I get a hell yea !!!.I have also contacted Ford about this experience and also told them Ramey Ford tried to steal my Ford rewards I had earned.

Ramey Ford in Princeton is the best. Salesman Terry Freeman went out of his way to make sure I got the Chevrolet Trax I wanted and they was even going to deliver it. The payments are pretty good also. I recommend Ramey Ford for everyone, they treat you like family.

They repair my truck, a week later broke down , when to a different dealer ford and didn t want to cover the repairs. The replace a gasket and bolts from my egr that burned the harness. They bend the pipe causing a new escape and burning the harness one week later.

While heading to FL from OH, our fuel filter cracked and we had to make an emergency stop at Ramey Ford. Kathy and Josh helped us get in and out within an hour. We are so grateful to Ramey Ford and their kind and helpful team. Thanks again!!!

Took my 2022 Bronco Wildtrak in for a TSB (recall) for my back window (soft top). When I went to pick it up after they worked on it, the window had a 18 scratch across it. I told the service dept. about it and Steve the manager said it was like that when I dropped it off and that the tech working on it notated. He proceeds to show me a hand written note on the back of the work sheet. Luckily for me I took a video walk around of my vehicle after I dropped it off. I showed him the video and he still wanted to argue and see the time stamp. Like I would just stop by and take videos of my car in their lot! I eventually made a big enough scene in front of other customers that his manager came out and saw the video and ordered me a new one. He however lied to me and said the the tech who lied would be charged for the window. Had I not had the video I would ve been stuck replacing a part that they obviously damaged.

Hands down the most predatory experience I've ever had. 20k over msrp and then tried to convince me it was a good deal. Owner was there, had me in the box and tried their damdest to sign the deal to appease the owner even though it was the worst deal I could get. Tried to hold rate on me and undervalued my trade by 5k.

Bought a 2017 Dodge Hellcat Challenger, Asked several times about the keys a hellcat comes with a black and red key ,Erik internet salesman said I'm holding a black key and a red key in my hand ,10 minutes after I did the docusign. I asked make sure both keys are sent he said well they must have put a red key fob over the black cause with keys are red typical salesman also said there was no damage to the car the front splitter had a 8 inch gauge In It and a small. Rip in the additional splitter. If you do decide to buy from this place please look at the car in advance I'm out of state and they delivered it. Will never buy from Raimey again

Kathy in the service department is AWESOME! on 10/30/23 we had a mechanical problem with our truck on our way to Florida while pulling a large travel trailer on I77. We contacted the service department, spoke to Kathy and she said to come right in. They got us in, fixed the problem and got us back on the road. She was so caring, concerned knowledgeable and helpful. She turned what could have been a nightmare into a huge relief. We are grateful beyond words. I wish there were more people like her! Thank you so very much Kathy!

Dropped my truck off for fuel filter and coolant change, they called and said crank case filter needed changed because it almost fell out. So they were already there and charged another hour labor. Dropped truck off at 1305 and picked up at 1620. Don't mind paying for work. But that's charging for hours that were not worked at least on my vehicle. Will not be back.

Incredible customer service! We were coming through on our way to Myrtle and had an issue with our Ford F350. Not only did they fix the problem, but were extremely hospitable while we were waiting. Kathy and team are fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Amazing service! I worked with R.C Fiery and he went above and beyond. I ordered my truck and everything came perfectly and it was a smooth transition with him. He was so personable and showed he cared. He even shared some of his family s famous recipes! I highly recommend Ramey Ford Princeton!

My car broke down on a trip from Ohio to North Carolina. I was towed to Ramey Ford Princeton just over an hour before they closed on a Friday. They let me know they weren't sure if they would be able to get me in but they would do the best they could. These sweet angels figured out the issue with my car and fixed it within the hour knowing that I would be stranded if they didn't. They owed me nothing and went above and beyond to make sure I was on the road. 10/10.

Went to have my new car serviced. They were very thorough and they did an excellent job! The service people were all very nice and they had some really beautiful vehicles on their lot. However, I wasn't shopping so I don't know what kind of deals they're offering right now..

I just purchased a new Ford explorer from Larry Clark at Ramey Ford. He worked for days and found my perfect car, motor, color and interior I wanted. Great Service also from LT Schoonover with docusign paperwork. Saved me time away from work! Great job guys!

I went in for an oil change. The customer waiting room is severely lacking compared to other Ford dealerships. The prices were very reasonable, but I was given no updates or even an explanation of what was found in their inspection. I was just sent to pay. The service reps need to up their game.

My wife and I contacted several dealerships in search of the Bronco Sport we wanted. Ramey Ford reached out to us through an inquiry we made with our Sam's Club membership. After weeks of searching we had low expectations when we finally stopped in for a valuation of our trade, knowing that they did not have the car we wanted in stock.To our surprise Charity Williams, our sales rep, found the Bronco Sport we were looking for and we arraigned the deal on the spot. We locked in the high trade-in as well as the financing within an hour. 2 weeks later our car arrived! We enjoyed our experience and the friendly atmosphere.

Once again, an easy painless experience. All of the staff was so helpful and friendly. Went way beyond others places I have visited. Grady is a wonderful salesman to do business with, no pressure and really interested in getting you in what you want, not what he wants to sell. LT in finance is so efficient and on top of things it is a pleasure to wait, and the wait is really short compared to others. I really have to say, if you need a vehicle, go see Ramey Ford in Princeton.
