The service dept is all I can speak on because that s all I ve dealt with personally. They are lazy and get in no hurry for anything whatsoever. I had my car towed there from Walmart, because Walmart broke dipstick off in oil tube. They had it for 3-4 days and when I got it back, my dipstick oil tube was literally zip tied and black taped up instead of using the bracket with a bolt like intended. That pretty sorry.. Noe I ve had a recall for airbag that has killed 29 people so far and they schedule the appointment out almost 2 weeks.

So on your lot a truck that is six years old depreciated $2000 yet if somebody purchases a truck from you it depreciates $25,000 in one year. Your prices reflect your unwillingness to serve the people around you. I feel sorry for the people in this area that actually have to potentially buy from you. I know I would definitely take my business elsewhere. These are the people who made you what you are you re supposed to serve them not get as much money as possible from them.

Horrible service They will lie and cheat u out of money we signed a bill of sale then refuse to sell at the price we agreed upon will never deal with them. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Broke down on rt 77 in route for a family vacation on Labor Day weekend. Had the vehicle towed to Ramey Chrysler, as I made alternative arrangements to travel to my vacation destination. On Tuesday Jonny from the service dept contacted me stating my vehicle is ready to go. I planned to pick it up on my way back to Ohio on Sat. Jonny said they were closed on Sat but I could go into the showroom and the sales dept would provide me my keys. I am a GM of a Chrysler dealership, and from experience, have seen the service nightmares, ie: cant find the keys, the vehicle, or the vehicle is not properly repaired. I drove the 6 1/2 hours from my vacation destination expecting the worse. I arrived at the dealership, with a friendly greeting from a salesperson, he got me my keys, and took me to my vehicle. Best part being, Jonny followed up with a phone call on the following Monday to verify everything went well. Not having a vested interest in my future business, being I am from out of town, says it all about his customer service. Highly recommend this dealership.

Awesome customer service in the service department! From out of town and broke down a few miles from them! I was updated daily on the status of my vehicle! Very compassionate and understanding to our situation!

When it comes to a dealerships integrity, it will always become truly visible when a manufacturer puts out something special. A dealership can tell you how genuine and fantastic they are until they are blue in the face. However, you can t just talk the talk you have to walk the walk too. I was specifically told that I was 1st in line to get this dealer s single Demon allocation. Like a fool, I passed on several other dealers offers because I was confident that everything was good to go here. But that all changed when it was time to order and here I sit without my car coming. There is a reason why dealerships get such a bad reputation. It s stuff like this where they earn it.

Went to Ramey express lube for years and it has went up 50 dollars in a year. Asked manager if it went up and he said no. I get the bill like the last three visits it was more. I have to sign before getting the bill as well which is bad practice and dishonest. Hope they go out of business for their terrible business practices. Will not go back. From sales to service it s a joke.

Friendly, courteous, and professional individuals. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time with no waiting. However, I needed to leave my truck overnight to complete repairs but they provided a free shuttle service to bring me home and will provide service to return to pick up my truck tomorrow.

This was a decent experience until I bought a vehicle in March and no one ever got my tags sent... it s December. Apparently the clerk is never there and no one knows how to help me.Never coming here again.. went and purchased everything at the DMV. Worst part is the guy that sold the Jeep to us said he would follow up multiple times and didn t care enough to return a call. ( Dodge dealership)This place is an unorganized joke.

Last month my husband bought a 2014 car from this dealer. No more than 2 weeks after buying the car it refused to start. Come to find out it had a bad starter. After the starter being replaced it still has issues starting when it's over 80 degrees out or when the engine is hot. My husband has repeatedly called the dealer for help with this issue and got no help. This dealer sold us a lemon! And to top it off it's now been over a month and we still have not received the tags for it! For the amount of money we are paying for this car it should not have any issues! I would not recommend buying from this dealer! I would give zero stars but this is making me give at least 1 to be able to post this.

I called and spoke with Tim, the Internet sales manager. Talked about the vehicle I was interested in. He said he needed 5-10 minutes to enter the numbers and would call me right back. He never followed up. Guess they aren't in the market selling cars, just storing them.

Great service! I had to take my van in for an engine noise. They made sure that everything was taken care of including my rental. Keith Harmon and George Stamper made sure the van was completely serviced. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my van and the warranty.Best service I have ever had with a dealer!!

This is my second time buying a car at Ramey. The customer service was great! The sales staff was very helpful and met all of my needs and wants. I was in and out of there quickly and with ease. I also had a service appointment for recalls and they accommodated my schedule and had my car ready in the same day. The staff was also super friendly. I appreciate everything Ramey has done for me! :)

Salesmen and staff are really good, but service department is horrible! They can change your oil correctly but that s about it anything else you go in for they break stuff like your windshield washer nozzles and don t tell you so instead they put electrical tape on them hoping you won t notice. Can t even put a serpentine belt on, it flew off before we made it off the lot. Said it wasn t aligned correctly, they re easy to put on I ve done SEVERAL!

I called them over a vehicle they had listed on their website. The guy I spoke to told me to give him time to find the vehicle on the lot and he would call me back. Four hours later I finally got back in touch with him. I was told the vehicle wasn't on their lot but they'd have it any day and as soon as they got it on their lot he would contact me. The very next day they removed the vehicle from their website and marked it sold on cars.com and didn't even have the curtosey to call me or my husband to let us know anything. I'm sorry but that's no way to treat people. We had gotten our hopes up on that vehicle.

We had a recall on our 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the frame. Luckily it only had to be undercoating for rust prevention. Ramey's paid for us to have a rental vehicle for the 3 days that they had to work on the truck. Everyone was very polite, professional & took very good care of us. I recommend Ramey's Toyota in Princeton WV to anyone looking fir a wonderful, reliable dealership.

The dealer did everything he could to make my vehicle purchase experience the best. They even drove to my house to pick up my trade. If you want service then go to Ramey. I almost forgot the most important thing; I love the Jeep Rubicon. It s everything they told me it was. They even taught me how to use the instrument panel before I left.

Took a Ram 3500 in for a valve adjustment. After their adjustment truck bent a push-rod and damaged a piston because two valve bridges were left completely loose, fell off and jammed under a rocker arm. After taking my truck to another dealer they found Ramey had performed the valve adjustment incorrectly. After providing the Ramey service manager with the information and having the second dealer explain to him what they had done the only thing Ramey stated was that they had never had that happened in 40 years and would not be held responsible for the damage. The service manager then hung up the phone . They refuse to answer or return calls. I would not recommend this dealer as they do not hold themselves or their staff accountable for the mistakes and damage they do to vehicles.

The salesman at the dealership was very rude and disrespectful. He could not provide any definitive answers to questions regarding rebates or pricing of vehicles. He did not ask any basic questions about my employment, offer to run my credit, or attempt to make a deal in any way. I am highly dissatisfied and will not return to any Ramey dealership. This is after my Mom paid cash for a Buick at the Ramey dealership next door. We will no longer do business with this company!!!

Awful place to do business with. Took weeks for warranty to approve head gasket repair. 2019 compass ran for two days and then blew a non reusable hose clamp from the thermostat housing that the tech re used but replaced all the other ones? Antifreeze all over the car. They didn't clean it or even top the coolant off. Got it back yesterday and now it's leaking coolant and oil. Stalled out on the road because the alternator blew due to coolant all over it. Jeep has 80,000 miles on it. Ramey just seems to have gone down hill since the passing of Ramey senior. He'd honestly be distraught seeing his company ran this way. Hard working man leaves a legacy to be ruined. It's been a four week process and looks like no vehicle again. It's ashame.

Called for parts on a dodge ram 1500 and instead of telling me he could get the parts advised me to go to North Carolina or Cincinnati Ohio needless to say this dump of a dealership lost a 70k sale of a new vehicle because I was going to trade in for a 2500 haha wouldn't recommend this place for anything

We bought late-model jeep from Ramey. Decent price for car and great price for trade-in. Salesman Andy Hardee did what he said without any shenanigans. Highly unusual and pleasant. I would buy here again definitely.

This what you can expect took my truck in after having front end rebuild for an alignment 49.00 bucks no problem........2 hours later cant do the alignment because rear brakes are worn ???? What no that cant be right oh yeah and wheel bearings are bad.....um there brand new....well we can do it ok so I pick the truck up the bill 52.00 ...um wait it was 49 and you didn't do anything....oh well they did an inspection for me so I have to pay.....WTF never again total scam

Got my jeep here a few years ago and just getting around to reviewing. The guys handling my jeep were awesome. I live out of state and they drove it to me and went over all the paperwork. Great dealership! Great customer service!
