These folks are super knowledgeable and if they don't know it, they'll look it up. Eager to help, always asking to help. My favorite tho is the active military/veteran discount on every purchase!

I was in there asked if someone could check my check engine light. They looked at me said it would be a while. They was helping a man look for oil. It took 3 to do that. I just left.

Patrick,I would like to think you I give y all a 5 stars because we was broke down outta town and you help and let us use the tool and recharge battery and didn t make a big fuss. This place is a very respectable place I would recommend any one to this store.. with my boyfriend being a shop owner this store goes above and beyond.

Tonight my daughter went to this place for a headlight, the rude men working wouldn't look at her car for her she is only 21. They let her sit out there and struggle to get it fixed alone. It's only wind-chill of teens, they sold her the wrong one. Then sold another and it blower.

Staff are friendly enough. Usually find what you need without assistance. They will offer though. Some of the pricing could be better.

Like everywhere, shop around. They don't offer the best price. I asked for a Corp discount that I'm suppose to get and the rep said no discount..I now shop strictly Advance Auto or Walmart.

I have done business with o' Reilly for the last time . Every time I go in there they start wating on me and the phone will ring and they will put me on hold till the phone call is finished . So sad the phone is more important the the paying customer.
