The staff were very helpful to my wife and me. They checked the battery charge and said it was fine. Amazingly, we found our battery is under the passenger side front seat. Thanks for such a great service!!!!

Easy to locate on Stafford Dr. employees are exceptional individuals. Always precise, never hesitates to help assist, as well as being quite friendly even if their day doesn t seem to be in their favor. No public restrooms, plenty of parking spaces. Free wiper installation. They seem to remember nearly every customer coming in and going out. We will be doing a lot more business at this location.

Don't understand, you buy a battery and they charge you $22.00 if you don't give them a battery. After spending $258.00. Should be 1 star.Money scam ?????They call it a core charge like a pop bottle return. To help recycling. You can only recycle batteries it the only way. Do they charge a core for oil? IT IS RECYCLABLE . These are hard times for everyone. But yet there is something else to get all the money in your pocket. Let help each other.

It was awful, had a younger cashier smarting off, being rude, disrespectful, refused to order the parts we wanted. Very cocky, hope I don't ever have to go back in that place again. Unless I go file a complaint to him manager.

We broke down in this town coming from Florida. We made it to this advance after some wonderful people that stopped to help us. They showed us how to get there. We walked in not knowing what we needed or what we were going to do. But, Laura is unbelievable amazing person. She did everything in her power to get us back on the road. We are truly thankful for this woman. Her & the employees that were working got us the parts we needed and went above and behind! I cannot say thank you enough for what you did for us. I recommend this location to anyone that wants wonderful customers service and employees that care about there customers.

Horrible Customer Service!!! I have been calling stire for TWO days, let it ring over 20 times, no one EVER answers phone. What a joke & waste of time for Princeton, WV tax payers. Good grief .. close your store already! Horrible! If you don't want to help community, then please close!!!

HUGE lack of customer service!!! My tire pressure light came on, so I stopped by to see if they could help. Their response: take it to a gas station and put air in the tires! I am not a mechanic nor do I have anyone to help me!!! My 1st visit here will be my last!!!

Got the best price on the alternator with a lifetime warranty and they loaned us all of the tools that we needed to change it out on the truck right there in their parking lot. Everyone there is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be back again !

I went here almost two years ago to use the phone to see if someone would give my son and I a ride to our hometown in North Carolina.I was expecting my second son at the time.My husband has cheated on me and not doing what he was supposed to do. There was a lot of goofing off that I didn t like at all. I told the wrong people about what was going on with my son and I. When we was going out the door the police,ems,and fire department show up. My husband told a lie to a worker about my mental status. My son and I had to ride in an ambulance then we get to the police station and an hour and a half later my son was gone. I would give a zero rating if it were an option. I will not ever go to any Advance Auto location again for the sake of my sons over my dead body. I am fighting for them back now. I am getting on my feet little by little each day to reverse the damage that this place has done. My husband and I are no longer together. He left January of last year.I am working on getting a job and I have my own place now.I am hurt my sons are gone, but I am not going to give up on them. I just want it all to be over and done. My sons are not happy and neither am I.I haven t had quality time with my sons on their birthdays and holidays. I am working on things little by little each day, so our plans will be carried out.I am so done with it all.

My fianc� purchased wiper blades at the Princeton ( Stafford drive) location the lady named Laura R. that waited on him was very rude... I do not recommend this location for any of your auto needs or this person to help you.

Has everything you could every need for your auto or trailer. If by chance they done have it on hand can always be ordered and there in a few days. Can't go wrong when you need the random bulb or repair clip. Staff is friendly and professional if they done know the part, that's what their computer is for. They will get you what you need and some things they even install for you! If you can't install a car battery they can do it for you! In out done!

Never a customer again. Went in to ask a simple question about the caliper on my mother's car. The guy said their is no way to look up the info. And didn't even take the time to try and help. Went to Auto Zone the guy couldn't find it on the computer but took the time to get a caliper and assist me with my inquiry. So Advance Auto Parts lost my business and the 100 I spent at AutoZone.

Had to go get oil the other night near closing time. The gentlemen that waited on me was such a sweatheart. You can tell he knew his job and did it well. Made the wait in line entertaining.

Know your own vehicle, ladies! The fella at the front desk will attempt to sell parts that do not fit your vehicle if you are vehicle unaware - simply because he perceives you to be an incompetent female. He persisted in telling me that the part he has in stock is the ONLY one to fit my vehicle. Not only do I know my vehicle, but I also know the difference between round and square. Guess what - the part that I need and requested (and told by Advance guy didn't exist) was located across the street at Auto Zone. Shocking! So, a note to the Advance fella, don't be so presumptuous about women and vehicles. I'm sure many fall for your whatever you're attempting, but if you're unhappy with your current position, your current disposition and attempts at sarcasm won't get you promoted. You're no candidate for employee of the month, and if that's all the sarcasm you can muster, you'll lose the battle of wits every time (no contest). So, lose the 'tude and do your job regardless of the customer's gender or identity. You lost a sale today, and I will gladly send all who will listen (male and female) to your competitor across the street. 'Nuff said!

Always helpful and quick. Very appreciative. Parking is available outside. No public restrooms as far as I am aware. They offer loaner tools and more amenities so to say.

Shoutout to Laura at Advance Auto in Princeton!My wife and I were leaving the area, heading back home to Western Ohio on a Sunday morning when we realized our battery light was on and the alternator was starting to smoke!We called this store and Laura told us she had the part and would let us use any tools they had.We got there just as the car was starting to stall, bought the part and set to work. Several times I had to run in to grab tools and she let us take them outside without stopping to pay each time. When we finished, we cleared up all the bills and she let me wash up in the back of the store.In the end, the set-back only cost us an hour! Thanks, Laura!

This advance auto parts store will go out of there way to help you get what you need if it be a vehicle part,borrow a tool or a battery charged. Very friendly staff.The only downside is there prices are a bit more expensive than Autozone located across the street.
