Had an alignment a month or so back steering wheel wasn t probably centered took it back and told them steering wheel isn t centered they went in done alignment again and came back not centered again actually steering wheel was slightly worse than the first time. I didn t even bothering going back a third because I did once for that problem and it came back worse i don t quit understand how it was worse but it was. I thought so what is the point they can t seam to do the job the right way or want to. I should ve took it to the dealership like I normally do oh well you live and learn.

Had a tire blow out on our Class-C Motorhome on I-79 today around 2pm. Limped off freeway & found a place to change tire. Needed to replace the spare. Called Eddie's and was so pleased they had the tire in stock. Heading to the shop we got caught in I-64 slow down for over 35 minutes. We got to Eddie's about 20 min before closing time. They were all ready for us. Replaced the tire and allowed me and my parrot to come into the A/C to cool off while they did the work. Fast, friendly, efficient couldn't have asked for nicer folks. Trey was so patient when I was calling hime with updates while we were stuck in traffic. If you need help give this business a call. Thanks all. I always appreciate dealing with Eddie s tire service. They have taken care of my vehicles for many years and I have always found them honest and trustworthy. John Byrd, the service writer and face of Eddie s to the customer, is particularly personable and helpful.I would recommend this business.

I have been using there oil change service for probably 20 years without any problems until this last time. My vehicle never used any oil between changes and after the last change I noticed a problem and ask them to change to another filter which they did...problem continued and when I checked the oil at 4700Miles it was 4 qts low I added the 4 qts and have put 1300 miles on it and it's still on the full mark which makes me to believe they didn't put enough oil in it when they changed it...I will continue to monitor based on any usage after adding and no signs of usage i don't know if I will ever return this could have been a very costly mistake if I am Wrong on this review I will repost

I had a clicking noise in the front end of my truck. I had taken it to a couple of other shops to have it looked at and was told a bunch of bull.... i took it to Eddie's to have it looked at. They quickly found the problem and fixed it for less than the other guys did. I am a customer for life!!!! Thank you for the honest and great service.

Fast reliable service. No B.S. trying to sell me parts I didnt need. They actually saved me money. You get what you pay for and I'll gladly pay for fair honest and reliable service. These guys were great!

My mom took my car for an oil change a couple months ago, it was due now so we took it to have it serviced at another mechanic. They had issued getting into my oil pan because "whoever changed the oil previously, used the wrong size bolt for the oil pan".When my mom confronted the company, they denied responsibility. Then tried to charge her $600 to replace the oil pan.I understand not being liable after another company touched my vehicle, but you cannot deny responsibility when my car is now damaged due to your service.

I'll never go back to this garage there alignment they did on my son's truck ruined $1100 tires that had just been put on before taking the Eddys.They at first denied ever doing the work but thankfully my son had the reciet to prove they did so they had to fix there mistake ... but he was still out the $1100 so noway I'd go back

Been going there along with my in laws and son. Tires, oil changes, etc for years. They just lost 8 vehicles to work on. Paid $20 for my last 10 oil changes. Was charged $62 today. Stayed what I usually pay and the rude guy stated it hasn t been that price for 3 years, I showed him my past receipts on my bank app, then he lied and said something different about it just changing. Terribly rude and lied on top of that. Myself and family will never be back.

Saw first hand favoritism and people getting to skip the wait line while turning other customers away with outrageous wait times. Had been patiently and quietly waiting more than 1.5 hours just to get tires mounted and saw someone get to jump right it in and skip me in line when it was finally my turn. Would highly recommend hometown tire as an honest alternative, they were able to immediately get me in when I left eddies.

A tire should not take 5 hours to come in with no updates and absorb price with a $130 tire to boot. I support local by shopping in poca but the time before this they charged me $97 for 2 lugnuts because they "special ordered" them from hometown without asking or informing me. Even saw a employee yelling at a women in the lot telling her "if she doesn't like it then she can just go elsewhere" real professionals working here.

It's horrible that you can't hardly trust a mechanic shop anymore. We took our van here and they either did not check the code or lied. Charged us 137.38 to flush our transmission, which did not need to be done and did nothing to help us. Took it to another shop the next day where they actually helped us and read the error code. Very disappointed and wanted to warn others.

Everytime I've needed work done on my vehicle, this is one of the few places I trust to take my car to. The service is always great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Overall one of the best places if you ever need work done.

Prices are fair. They don't try to gouge you. Work is done promptly and well. I go there whenever I need things done to my vehicles.

AWFUL PLACE TO GO!! Took the car in for a simple tire change and nothing more. They completely killed our accelerator AND the car couldn't even get over 10mph! We didn't ask for anything else to be looked at. They also like to make up fake tire prices. One visit it'll be $260 and another visit it's $130 for the SAME tire.

We are expecting a child in october and decided to get the few problems our van had fixed. While working on our van the engine caught fire which had never happened before. They replaced several parts to resolve the cause of this along with two new tires and the total came to 1,400 dollars. 3 days after bringing it home from the shop the engine caught on fire and burnt the entire front end of the van, totalling it. When we called the shop and told them what happened they said "Well, we did the best we could." I'm in shock and I'm not sure what to do next. The van had an oil leak and stiff steering when we took it in. Never had the engine overheated or caught fire until this shop got ahold of it and charged us 1,400 dollars.

I have used Eddie's Tire & Service with many years and have always been a satisfied customer. I recommend Eddie's to co-workers when they are needed service work performed. My family and I will continue to use Eddie's and help keep our money in our community while at the same time supporting a local business.

I was ripped off for a front end alignment to our ADA van. I will never give them another dime and will not recommend them to anyone.

My apologies! I originally gave 4 stars when I meant to give 5!! They were excellent, fast and cost effective. They were also very courteous and clean! I never go anywhere else!

Terrible service. First stripped the threads on my oxygen sensor port, which would normally take less than 5 min. to change. I had the wrong part but they tried to put the part in and then lied about it, damaging the threads on the part I need to return. Tried to charge me $150 for the correct part but I found it at autozone for $90. Then charged $85 labor on something that was their fault in the first place.

Stopped in to get a 4 wheel alignment. They have a top of the line alignment machine. The staff is friendly. It did take a little while due to the vehicle in front of me needing repairs.

Quick and friendly service. Knowledgeable staff that are upfront with everything you need to know about your car repair. They are pricy (but what mechanic isnt). Ive never had long wait to be seen and they accept drop off service.

I will never spend money here! I felt pretty ripped off one time there $300 to change a cv boot just to pass for inspection sticker. Never ever would i go back. I was at dollar general next door
