Very helpful and polite men. Got car inspection done with no problems really, had to get new Tires before I'd pass, but went back and got inspection done after I got new tires.. Glad to see that they care about customers safety... I guess some would get upset about not passing first time, I see it as their caring about overall road safety so we All make it home to our loved ones ..... .. Thank you ....

Broke a ball joint down the street from this place. Dropped off after hours . And picked up after hours unfortunately. Got in the truck to start it my abs light and tc lights where on. Instead of fixing truck properly or saying they couldn't the cut all my wires and than installed ball joint wrong and welded it. Now I have it my shop spending another $650 to fix what this place fuked up. I hope you don't treat all our of state customers like that.

We are from Great Falls Va here for the Picking in Parsons Bluesgrass Festival. Our GMC truck broke down late Monday afternoon and by 11 AM Tuesday they had completed the work and returned our vehicle to us. Had the same issue 4 years ago and can say the price of parts and labor was hundreds of dollars less than back home. Thanks guys. If I ever need vehicle repairs I d say they are the guys to use while in Parsons WVa

Very shady business. There needs to be a negative star option. They will happily overcharge you if you have any type of negative relationship with any of their employees, friends, or associates. Like, if your ex-husband is in their inner circle, they don't care if you have a toddler you are trying to feed as a single parent, they will happily insinuate that they have overcharged you because he is their friend.
