Got to Parkersburg after calling them, they were able to squeeze me in! The lady in the office was very nice and helpful, and my tires mounted as they should be. Very fair pricing and definitely will be back.... Nice waiting room as well.

Wife took her car here. Paid $75 for an oil change. Few weeks later her check engine light came on and she had someone look at it and they said the oil was dirty and hadn t been changed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worst experience ever. Waited 3 hours just for my tires to be mounted and balanced. Was supposed to be 2-3 hours for mount/balance and allignment. Wasnt even working on my car for the last 30 min i sat there was focused on vechiles that just pulled up. Finally just told them that I just wanted them to put my tires on so i could leave.

I have been having my vehicle serviced here since I moved to the area over 2 years ago. They are professional and friendly. If they notice any problems or maintenance issues, they notify me. I never feel pressured, just informed. Nice waiting area as well.

My non smoking truck smells like a chain smoker has owned it after Perry's had it for a week. So bad it made me nauseous driving it home. I think I'll send them a bill for cleaning.Oh and I won't mention the lack luster repair job. Zip ties holding brake lines instead of using the factory mounts...

First I went and they would not do an alignment and tried to sell me front hubs on an F-150. I jacked it up and rocked on the tire and felt no play but I swapped them out anyway over the next week at home. I take it back to get an alignment, both front tires are wearing the insides of the tires at a high rate and you can visually tell they are not aligned. It s a work truck and the whole underside has a light dirt coating. Camber bolts never even touched. Pathetic. A waste of money.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Staff was courtesy and friendly. Found an issue that I did not know about and showed it to me. Repair was done in a timely manner and at a fair price.

We blew a tire out on our way home to Michigan and I called around to find a used tire for our car, Perry's was the only one who had one in stock..the receptionist, Jenny, was very nice and took my number to call me back just to make sure she had it in stock, just incase the computer was wrong...she had it an called me bak promptly...getting the tire put on now!! I would recommend this place!

While they are very nice. Perrys out right lied to me. Trying to get me to buy parts and service I don't need. So be careful and get a second and/or third opinion before you trust perrys

Always treat us right. Only complaint is on our last visit I got an alignment done. Before they did it the tow out was out so that the steering wheel was turned slightly left while driving straight. After the alignment the steering wheel was turned slightly left to go straight.

Dont reccomend going to them for an inspection they will try to tack things on that have nothing to do with the inspection.

Honest about what s wrong with the car, they don t just change the parts because you think something is wrong very very honest
