Excellent customer service. They always can get what we need. The other stores like AutoZone and Advanced Auto look at me, like I can't find it. So NAPA is outstanding in my books.

Wonderful staff members to find Oddball parts when I went in I had to find a special washer could not find nowhere they were helpful in finding the right lubrication from a vehicle
