Our experience here with Dustin was awesome. He was able to get us qualified over the phone so we could just show up the next day sign some papers and go. He showed us all the cool features of our car before we left. He even helped us get a VA discount because of my husband's service. If yall want a smooth experience with a nice guy give them a call. How and don't forget April she is great at her job, explained all the details to us and didn't get annoyed with the questions.Great place, great car, great experience.

Dustin Oldaker did a great job. He answered all the questions we had, was respectful of our time, and wasn't pushy in the least. The rest of the team was excellent and very professional!I highly recommend Matheny Motors!

My experience with Matheny was top notch. I had done my research and knew what I was interested in. Dustin came out and I was test driving in moments. Once I pulled the trigger, the entire staff was very friendly and down to earth. No pushy upselling, casual conversation like being with friends. I highly recommend doing business with Matheny Motors

Dustin was great to work with and very helpful. He kept in touch to let us know what was going on until the deal was complete.April was great also we appreciated her knowledge and her helpfulness. I would recommend both of them to my friends and family that might be looking for a new car.

Best GM dealer in the area. Quickly and kindly provided the needed repairs and offered a loaner car for our use. I couldn't recommend Matheny enough, especially after having tried a different local Chevy dealer with horrid results

My first time doing business with this Buick dealership, the Sales man Sean was excellent as well as April, (financial Lady) . My wife and I felt as we were part of the company.PS we are 80 years old more like Family than Company!!!

I have already reviewed my experience before. But I will do it again. You still owe me 120.00 for a rental car I didn't need. You had my truck for 7 days for a 2 day job. I dropped it off Monday and didn't start on it until Thursday. I know this because I got an email on Thursday that work has begun. That's 3 days I didn't need a rental. I have reached out with no response. I wouldn't take a toy wagon there for repairs. I even told them I had to rent a car for the repairs. They just plain didn't care.

Rick that schedules our maintenance date and informs us of what they found in excellent detail. Rick is always very friendly and makes you feel like you re a true customer and just not a paycheck for the dealership.

We were very impressed by the service, professionalism and how great you guys prioritized our situation. THANK YOU, for also taking care of us, and not rechanging us for a new Diagnostic test, but was willing to recheck our vehicle and gave us a loaner car inorder to accommodate us, to get back and forth to work, while our vehicle is being serviced.What a Refreshing Experience

UPDATE: WE CANCELLED THE SERVICE AND WENT TO THE SELLING DEALER. Hopefully my face to face will be better than the appointment making experience. I have worked in service for several years and I know how it works, so the fact they tried to tell me it would be a week for an oil change and then after I told them I could book online sooner, all of a sudden he had an opening Friday. Took my name and no other information, I have had vehicles there prior, did not even ask on what or anything. Maybe he needs a new calling. This is part of why we do not buy here and if I could have taken it to Mark Porter where we bought it I would have!

I've bought from 3 different dealerships and Matheny's is by far my favorite. The buying experience was great and they were very helpful in getting the right vehicle for us. Tomorrow will be my second time getting service from them and everytime I call they are always pleasant and quick at getting you in for service. I'm honestly sad that we will be moving because they're my favorite place to work with when it comes to my car. Definitely recommend them.

I recently had long-term concerns about the performance of my 2018 Buick Regal. After the efforts of Jerrod and John in Matheny Service Department and the use of a loaned car while my car was being serviced, I find that my car is performing much better and the problem seems to be solved. I will continue to monitor the performance of my car but I feel confident now that Matheny cares about my satisfaction and safety. Thanks Jerrod and John

Right off the bat it was a pleasant experience. We were treated respectfully by all of the staff. Anthony was super helpful with answering all of our questions and guiding us towards the vehicle we wanted. Very pleased with this dealership, we will definitely continue doing business with Matheny Motors.

Exceptional customer service! We drove from NC just to deal with Matheny Motors. The Finance manager, April, was wonderful. She got us the best financing available and explained all the options available to us. We walked out with a new vehicle fully covered by the extended services available to us. I am thrilled that we decided to go back to Matheny Motors. We will definitely be repeat customers...again!! Thanks again!!!!

We stopped at Matheny Motors and when we went in Sondra asked if we needed help.She was very friendly and courteous.We went in to look at a Ford Explorer at about 9;00 am and by 4:00 that afternoon we were on our way home in the Explorer.The service was fast, easy, and friendly. We were treated very well and are very pleased with Sondra and Jamie and really appreciate their help.We hope to enjoy our Explorer for many years.

I m always skeptical of warranties, was convinced to purchase when I bought new truck. First issue, no problems fixed and paid fee .. covered. I ve bought my last two cars from Matheny s and both experiences have been very good. Thank you !!!

I did not buy my used 2017 Acadia Denali from your dealership but I will not go anywhere else for service. This was not my first visit and it will not be my last. I have been treated with the upmost respect and kindness and the work has been completed well. I have no complaints at this point except I would rather be sporting around with your logo on my vehicle instead of a dealership I probably will not go back to. Good job guys! Keep it up!!

Took 3 months to repair my Subaru. Half that time would maybe have been reasonable. They failed to make all possible attempts to keep me informed of progress,leaving messages at the wrong phone number and never bothered to check files for other contact info when I didn't respond to their calls.They did accept responsibility for the delays and offered recompense which I found reasonable.I don't think I will choose or recommend them.

We had a great experience at Matheny Motors! Dave Waters was fun to work with and was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for and then guided us through the process with ease. Thanks again Dave!!April in the Finance Department picked up where Dave left off and patiently got us through the financing!! She also went above and beyond and gave us a snack since it was way past all our dinner times when we finished up as she (& Dave) stayed way late on a Friday night to see that we got to go home in our new (used) car!! Thank you April!!So glad we decided to go to Mathenys... they get 5 stars from us!!

The waiting room in the service department is nice and comfortable, I like the natural light coming in from the large windows. My vehicle was ready to go well before the time stated it would take to complete. I think Rick Tracewell is very friendly with outstanding customer service skills. Even if I had to wait longer than expected, his positive attitude and personality would be able to smooth it over.

Was supposed to receive a complimentary full detail due to a very poor purchasing experience. When my 2021 GMC Sierra was returned it appeared as if my vehicle was sprayed with a garden hose and nobody bothered to consider cleaning the interior of the vehicle. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement.**Update - Matheny reached out and scheduled me to come back for a proper detail. The team did a fantastic job on my truck and I sincerely appreciate their follow up to make the situation right.

From beginning to end this was the best car buying experience that I have had in 33 years of buying a car. The staff was very courtesy and helpful. Our family is very happy with our new car. I drove 450 miles to get the exact truck I needed for my work because they had it and I saw it on there website. We made a deal over the phone, I got on site before they opened and as soon as they opened for the day they had me out the door and down the road with a full tank of gas with professional and personal treatment. I am a member of the GM employee family and this is the second new vehicle I have purchased this year and I went home with that great GM feeling. Thank You very much. DWP.S. The deal was better than my employee discount in this case.

I was treated very well. Courteous helpful and the wait was short. I called on the spur of the moment and the service manager Rick was courteous and took care of my 5000 mile service . I would recommend Matheny Motors to all my friends. Thank You for GREAT service.
