Always been good until today . I ordered 2 mower tires for my company and he said they would call me when they are in. We'll 3 weeks goes by ans he Says they never ordered them. Why did you take my name ans number if you weren't ordering them.

Fraud service! The first time i came, they did well. This second time, the guy who work on my tire, 30' work was a fraud. He claim it was a "piece of metal" on the invoice but i knew ahead it was a screw. I believe he just pump the air and left my car there for 30 mins before ge return it back to me. The place charge me $30. I dont wanna to argue since i figure this out after i left to the gas station 15 minutes later. Who know what they gonna say to defense themself and who know if they r going to fix it right when the car was put in the garage no one can come inside and see their work. Be awared of this phace and make sure check ur tires before you leave.

Very professional and nice. Never once did I feel like I was a bother. Had a steel wheel seized on and they did everything possible to get it off. I ended up cracking it when I hit it with the hammer and the employees helped me to try to find a replacement. Once again, very kind and professional. 100% recommend.

If you need something tire -related, these guys are awesome. Super fast service, appointments usually aren't needed, prices are good, and they'll keep working on a problem until it's actually solved. Had a leaking tire recently, showed up without an appointment 20 minutes before they closed, and the leak was fixed and i was paid and on my way home by the end of those 20 minutes! They were similarly efficient when i got new tires about 18 months ago. I recommend them with no hesitation.

Look our vehicle to get a alignment done. Once done we went around the block to see if it was fixed it wasn't. Went back to talk to them for them to tells us that there isn't anything else they can do. Went and got a second look from a place we trust. Only to get asked if they even touch the car. Said it looked like they didn't touch it. Do not go there. Do not recommend. They will rip you off

Examined a tire with screw embedded in tire, which AAA's Roadside Service removed from my car & replaced with the 'donut'. When I arrived at Mahone's, their tech promptly waited on me. Upon inspection, he determined the tire could be patched, saving me the cost of a new tire. Great experience with Mahones!

Quickest and most trusted winter service on a wobbly ride after being stuck in the snow.Enjoyed the help of a very kind and endearing young man who helped check us in. Had a friendly chat with a mechanic and checked out with a lovely gal up front.In and out in 20 minutes

I had an alignment done here a couple weeks ago. When I left the garage my car was making an awful noise. When I took it back in they immediately said "if it's the brakes causing the noise, we aren't touching it, it'd be a coincidence cause we didn't do anything to the brakes".... they checked it out and they had bent something and they fixed it... but my car still pulls to the right and is eating my tires. Now I'm sure I'll have to pay another garage to actually do an alignment on it

Very trustworthy people. The price was good compared to other places. It's first come first serve and I think there was just one other person getting their car worked on so it didn't take too long. They do have a restroom. I think it is wheelchair accessible from the back (where they work on your car) entrance. The receptionists are nice.

Was quoted on the phone 135 attire God there and they mounted the tires and when I got the bill it was over $500 and they gave us the wrong price over the phone it would not honor that price lost the sale of four tires I would have gladly paid full price for the next two because I was only quoted four two so they lost that sale for full price for two of them and the price that I got quoted over the phone for the other two and probably business from me in the near future for a fleet of trucks trailers and personal vehicles so in the long run they lost a lot of business and money over $60 my opinion it wasn't worth it to them to lose all that for 30 bucks

Quick with friendly service.Still great service 2 years later. Thanks for all the support. Found a cheap pair of new tires for my moms car. Always brought cars over from astorg to get tires and alignments. Always friendly. They have here for a long time. Keep up the great work. Not too many business in pburg with respect-sheldon

Bought two new winter tires here. Within a week the passenger side went flat. Took it back they said it was a bad deal. Happened again 3 days later. They fixed it. Another bad deal. Goes flat again! And now they tell me it s my fault and I need to buy another one. Do not waste your money here. They are con artists.

Absolutely useless. Called made an appointment for 4 tires and an alignment after they verified they had 4. Get there and they only have 3. Wouldn t recommend at all. Will never be back.

Excellent service.. I drove from Lancaster, Ohio to get brakes for my mother-in-laws challenger.. Well worth the drive.. Everyone at Mahone's is very friendly and made me fell at home.. Thank you for your service and hospitality!! I will be coming back!

Office staff is great. The workers charge different prices for different customers. This is second time that I was charged more than my husband. I took 2 rims in to have tires changed out and they charged me one price, my husband took in truck 11 days later to have rims taken off to change out tires and he was charged less, but they did more work. Same size tires for same truck. Called to talk to owner and he said he doesn't discriminate, but his employees do! He asked what I wanted to be done, I asked for fair treatment. He said it is fair, if I want a refund, he will give me one, but I am never allowed to use his service again. Sounds like discrimination to me.

I tried to get tires 2 days in a row after taking off work to get there. Was told on Saturday they were open until 5. Arrived at 3 Monday and they were closing at 3. Then went at 2 the next day and they still couldn't help me. Heard they changed hands in the past year or two. I was told each time no need for appointment. I have always loved this tire shop but will not be back.

Blew a tire out on the highway and they quickly put a new tire on in less than 10 minutes and saved me a tow truck bill. Came back the next day for 3 more tires and an alignment and they got it done super fast. Good shop honest guys.

Excellent service from start to finish. I called last minute to get new tires before a long road trip. They were very courteous on the phone and we worked out an appointment. I left my car there and went to work. When I came back one courteous employee directed me to the payment line where I was received and processed by an experienced staff member. Yet another professional employee approached me to direct me back to my car and then volunteered to help lift a heavy object into my car.The flat-rate charge for my tires was better than any price (including sale) that I researched online - I appreciated the no-gimmicks and hidden fees approach. I also appreciate that, as a woman, I was treated with respect and professionalism throughout the entire experience by all of the many employees who interacted with me.

The guys outback doing the real work are always professional, always customer oriented. Even in the middle of a storm, they checked and aired my tires up without me having to get out in the cold. Thank you

Sssoooooo quick and friendly! They great you as soon as you get there and get your vehicle in and out. There prices are great for the service they provide. This business has been around forever and I'm betting it's because of there fabulous service.

I was the 2nd car there then 4 more pulled up about 5 mins later. It took them 2.5hrs to put on 4 new tires and I was the last person to get service even tho they already had all my Information. I've been buying tires from them for 15 years but after today's experience I think I'm better off shopping somewhere else. To much talking going on to be productive.

Larry Wilson in the service department was so kind and helpful to me when I needed one spare tire to replace my damaged one.I live in Cincinnati and could not find the size tire I needed anywhere in town. Larry offered to look at the damaged tire first to see if it could be repaired before ordering a new one. Then he looked to see if he had one in stock. Miraculously he had a used one I purchased at a deeply discounted price. The old tire could not be patched safely. The crew also checked pressure on all tires and properly inflated the small spare.Larry took the time to explain how long the tire could be used before rotation and how best to rotate them.I appreciate an honest and economical solution to my problem so far away from home. Larry should be commended for his excellent customer service. I will recommend Mahone tire to anyone needing your services!

Only reason it gets one star is because it wouldn't let me write a review without it. Will never take a vehicle there ever again !!!!! Took my own wheels and tires there that were purchased online and they said they wouldn't mount them because they were to "fancy" . Nor would they do an alignment.....basically because I didnt buy from them . However there is other places in town that are more than willing to take care of your wheel and tire needs . I recommend not wasting your time with Mahone tire service.

Blew out a run flat tire while driving from Wheeling to Parkersburg on a tight schedule to pick up our 15 year old daughter. They were very helpful and got us out of there in 30 minutes . Even found 2 used run flats to give us at a good price! ( The other rear tire was also in very bad shape)Thank you for saving the day!

Had 2 new tires put on just over 2 months ago and they are bald now, took it back to them they blamed it on bad alignment and wouldn't honor the warranty. Turned out I had 2 bad control arms that were bad enough they should have noticed when they put the new tires on. Don't trust them with anything mechanical they obviously don't know what they are doing, and don't expect them to honor their warranty or work.

They charge you to do front wheel alignments on your vehicle almost 75$ and when they are asked if everything was good under it which if your tire is about ready to fall off due to control arm needed replaced you would think they would notice that.. but nope they charged me for an alignment and was t even able to align it to begin cause the tire actually was about to fall off... so the dudes they have working in there garage aren t to darn smart.. so we called and asked about how they could align it if the tire was about to fall off and of course instead of them offering our money back or a free alignment or a discount or something nope he says wellSometimes he will look at them and sometimes he don t if he is in a hurry he don t check them out when he does them so not some place I m taking my vehicle back to.. if they can t catch something like that when they are actually working on the tires to begin with.... so save ur money don t go here cause they don t check anything if they r in a hurry.....
