Outstanding Service on my vehicle each time I go there. Had a major problem with an Extended Warranty Company on my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. Warranty Co. didn't want to cover it,Kincheloe's got it covered for me. THANKS GUYS!

Got in for car inspection the next day. Every other place I went to (3 other places) told me it would be over a week. I received excellent customer service here. This will be my go to place from now on.

Ladies were nice, Tim wasn't nice his attitude sucked and his customer service was worse. The company or maybe Tim is greedy. They wanted to charge me almost 250 for a battery change. All because they wanted to put battery they say cost 195 in it. I told them I wanted the cheaper one and they said all they could find for a common battery was 1 that cost 119 which is fine but they charge you 130 for it. Then charge me 30 bucks for labor which only took them 5 mins to do. Clearly I get it they have a business to run and they did check to make sure it wasnt the alternater or my starter my point is the poor attitude and the talking of the customer because you had to remove a battery and put a cheaper one in makes it a day for you then maybe you shouldn't do that kind of job. If I knew it was a battery problem and not a starter like I was told I would've done it myself. But a single mom and not much help, I went with what I was told by someone who said I think it might be but not sure I'd take it to the shop. Didn't realize trying to save money because I'm struggling would've been a big deal. Work on your customer service and maybe warn people what the pricing is going to be. Maybe they live paycheck to paycheck. Have a nice day.

My wife had a heater hose break and they told her $200 when the upgraded aluminum connection hose was only $125. I get they mark up but that's ridiculous. Then they told her with the part and labor it was going to be $486 total so $286 in labor for a 15 minute job I did in their parking lot in the dark. Someone there really tried scamming her

Great place to work and the owner's are great people to work for and they take good care of their employee's and couldn't imagine working anywhere else and also have a great part's dept . thank's dave and bill

I ve taken my vehicles to Kincheloe for about 3 years now. I ve always been pleased with my service, but the past couple of months have been the icing on the cake. My truck went in for repairs when I got it back it started acting up again after a couple of days. Kincheloe stood behind their work 100% (without argument) and made it right. Super impressed. This past week I had a state inspection on my car. It needed 2 new tires to pass. I was booked solid and had absolutely no time to track down new tires (let alone get my car to the shop to have new tires put on it). I asked the service manager if he could take care of everything for me, and he did! I didn t have to rearrange my week or run my vehicle between shops. That s customer service!

Kincheloe motors and their team are the most reliable in the Parkersburg area. I have taken all my vehicles there for over ten years they are honest and upfront. Never any added costs, even occasionally the final bill has been less than the estimate. I would recommend there services to everyone.

Service Department: Thank You!This is the only place I will take my vehicle for service. I've owed a few different make/models over the last 10yrs and they fix them right the first time. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always a fair price.

Best car lot I have ever been to! They are so friendly and helpful! I recommend this place to everyone! The service is fast they don t keep you waiting! I will only go here for my car purchases from now on!

They have given us the best car buying/repair experiences I have ever had! My wife and I were looking for a used 2010 Honda Odyssey and they had one that we were interested in. Unfortunately, while we were thinking it over, it sold. The owner, Jane, let us know and actually apologized for selling it! She then went out and purchased 5 vans for us to look at after my wife told her what we wanted. She sent my wife many emails with descriptions and updates and was VERY honest about everything. We ended up buying one of those vans and it has been wonderful. Two days ago, the molding on the passenger side fell off (someone had used double sided tape to put it back on, and we are sure it was before it was sent to auction) and my wife texted the owner after hours on Sunday to let her know we were bringing it in to be repaired. She took it to the dealership and they fixed it free of charge even though they didn't know that someone had done that (trust me, whoever did that did a wonderful job of hiding it)! They also fixed the front fender where some of the clips came undone free of charge and even spent 45 minutes washing the car for us! They didn't charge us anything! They just told my wife to have a great rest of her day and a very safe trip back to Ohio! We live in Westerville OH. which is right outside of Columbus and I think it is definitely worth the almost 4 1/2 hour round trip drive to give them our business. They have made lifelong customers out of us! I urge anyone looking for any used car to go to Kincheloe. When you are looking for a car, they are not in your face at all, and Buck Johnson, the salesman we dealt with, wasn't even bothered when we told him we wanted a few days to think it over. I've never seen that from a car salesman. They are the best that we have ever dealt with!

Aside from Mazda, Kincheloe's is the only other garage service we trust taking our Mazda Rx8. They have very experienced and friendly mechanics so you can trust that your vehicle is in good hands. The service time is definitely reasonable, especially of they're ordering parts, and at times unexpectedly fast. They have great customer service that you can call any time and get updates on the status of your vehicle. Kincheloe's is #1 in our book!!

Service department and Brian really does an awesome job. Fixed my van where others couldn't and charged alot ALOT more then Kincheloes did and they fixed it. Thanks for wonderful work.

I had my truck took in by tow truck for a dash cluster and they told me it was a fuse after that I told them that was a lie cuz I checked them before I took it there they fanlay put one in and it was the wrong one I got there and started it my headlight where flashing and horn was honking but they unhooked it so I wouldn't know I guess but they said it was doing that because it probably had a after market security system on it even though I knew it did not that was happen because they put a dash cluster from a truck that had one but after getting frustrated with them they put it on a computer to find out
