They always take great care of us on our two vehicles when it comes to new tires, alignments, and oil changes. Honest and dependable work! Service manager is great to work with when calling to schedule appointments.

I wish I could give more stars,My husband and I just moved into state and on our way there we had a tire bubble up on us, stranded with nowhere to go or anyone to call on a rainy Saturday, we tried some roadside assistance businesses, local tow shops, etc, couldn t help us. We were starting to lose hope but I called Goodyear and not only was (I believe his name was Jeremy) extremely kind and listened to our problems but, he went out of his way to help us change our tire when we were stranded. I have never received such amazing customer service and just over all niceness. I wish I could tell everyone how great they are. Without them we would have been stranded a new state. Thank you SO much Goodyear! Earned a customer for life!!

They inspected a vehicle said 2 things were wrong. Fixed those took it back they said 2 other things were wrong. Fixed took it back they said more things were wrong. So what that shows they don't do full inspections the first time. Or it's that i didn't let them do the work so they come up with more and more. Which of these do you want it to be? not a proper inspection or trying to scam people out of money? Likely going to look up the place to report to the government that is over inspections.

I brought my wife's truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Once completed I paid and went outside to get in truck and the tires where not rotated. So I go back in and ask if there was a reason the tires were not rotated. He said the mechanic said he did the rotation and tourqed the lug nuts to 120 ft lbs. I then informed them that I marked my tires before hand and he did not do the rotation. I then informed him the last time I was in for an oil change and tire rotation the rotation was not performed, and the last time I had my other car there for oil change and tire rotation the rotation was not done then either. Also informed him the last time the truck was there for brakes one of the lug nuts fell off before I got home (roughly 20 miles). He held his hand out for the keys and said they will do the rotation, I said no, I don't trust you guys to do the work. Then on my way home from there the hood pops open on the highway. Luckily the latch caught it and it didn't fly completely open. I will never do business there again.

Levi helped us today and really took care of our issue. He was fast, courteous and very helpful. It's employees like Levi that help drive the business and being willing to go the extra mile really impressed us. We will be back!!

After using the Goodyear Auto Service center for both inspection and a flat tire repair for my Jeep Cherokee, I have to say I am very satisfied with the shop s work, follow-up if I have questions, and excellent scheduling times/flexibility. Outside of the scheduled work, the employees are always willing to discuss concerns and quote future work with transparency. They have provided top quality service and intend to go to them for future work I need done.

They have had my truck for 10 days now and I still haven t got it back. No call from them for the estimate keep getting excuses when I call in. Now they told me it s going to be another 24 hours.I could have fixed it myself in a dayDisorganized and full of excuses and very unprofessional group. If I could give them a less than a star rating I would

Great team right here! Didn't have an appointment, but Levi managed to squeeze me in. Very little wait while they made my Silverado safer by giving the old truck an alignment. Would recommend

My husband and I were on a trip to North Carolina for vacation when we heard a loud noise on the highway. We pulled off and looked for a tire place the only one open on Sunday in Parkersburg WV was Goodyear tire they looked at our car and right away notice we were missing 4 lug nuts it would have been bad if we lost the last one. Levi got our car in right away and was so nice explained everything that needed done prior to it being done. Both men we talked to were awesome. They had us back on the road within the hour and so appreciative of the service we received. We were also traveling with our dog and they were kind enough to allow us to bring him in the building while we waited. You cannot go wrong taking your vehicle here for service. Thanks again to Levi and his team for there help

The guys at Goodyear in Parkersburg were extremely helpful. I blew tire on 77 I was about 4 hours from home and approximately 3 hours from where I was headed. The tires had to be ordered so couldn t be installed until next day. There were no rentals in area so Brian drove me to Marietta OH to pick one up. I picked up vehicle next day and everything was installed and ready to go. This team went over and above especially Brian that drove me up Marietta and helped me through what was a real pain of a day!

GoodYear tire service is the bees knees! I was told at a diff tire shop my rear wheels were bent and they even showed me the wobble on the machine. Had a slight shake at 70.....got my new tires on at GoodYear and they said my wheels are good, put weights on inside AND outside (of the inside) and they said they didn't even have to put weights on one wheel! Rides smooth as GLASS at every speed. Highly recommend!!

Took my Jeep into Goodyear while driving from NC after it started overheating on the Turnpike. They got me in on a Saturday morning which was awesome since I was leaving to go back to NC on Monday. Thankfully, they found that it was a simple fix that was from a mistake made from a shop I had the Jeep at in NC last month. Brian was extremely accommodating, professional, friendly and HONEST! I wish they had a place this good down home! Thank you Brian and thank you Goodyear of Parkersburg

They performed the services I requested and were able to get me in on the same day I called them. I had a bolt that needed replaced to finish my alignment and I agreed to have it replaced so my alignment could be done properly. No upsells, no gimmicks, no talking down to, just the service and parts I asked for at a good price and a recommendation on a part (the bolt) only because it really did need it. Highly satisfied with my experience.

Fast, friendly service. I was very happy with my experience. Brian and Jeff were very kind to me and created a pleasant environment to be around while I waited.Edit: I'm changing my 5 star review to a 1 star after realizing that they didn't complete the job. I went in to get my tail light fixed and when I checked it later that night it was still out. This is unacceptable and I'm extremely upset. This was my first experience here so this will be a lasting first impression.

Scheduled an appointment for 12/19/22 regarding sensor/check engine light on my Nissan Maxima. Technician (Joe) took the car inside and only worked on it for 5-10 minutes. Returned to waiting area and said to me, we are only a "Tire Shop" and that I needed to take my car to Griffs Automotive for any "work". Pulled the car outside and put my windows down for no apparent reason in 30 degree weather. Joe proceeded to ask me if I knew the service manager Brian(off on Mondays) and when I said yes, he said well, you act just like him. Total unacceptable behavior with condescending disposition towards me and the service manager Brian. Call will be made to corporate Goodyear. Note: DO NOT let Joe work on your vehicle. Outside this particular time, I always receive excellent service by Jeff and Brian at this location.

I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name that was helping me out, could have been a manager but either way I was treated kind and fair when I asked for new brakes and tires. He pulled the brakes and said they were just fine and didn't need replaced. He didn't try to upsell or persuade me one way or the other on my brand choice of tires. No pushy salesmen here, highly recommend this place!

Had such a great experience at Goodyear Tire with the entire staff today while I had my car's tires aligned. Brian Shaffer, the service manager was extremely personable and polite. I really enjoyed our conversation and my car is driving like a dream now!! Also would like to add that Customer advisor, Justin Cutlip, helped me right away and made sure I got the best deal for my alignment. I will definitely be recommending them and using them for my future car needs.

Had a screw in my tire and stopped by to see how long it would take to fix. I was willing to wait as there was others with appointments. Justin C. dropped everything (the garage was full of cars) and took care of me right then and there! He was very fast, polite and professional! Justin C. is a good one. Thank you so much for the great experience Justin.

I was leaving town by noon on Friday.Called Thursday before closing to see if they could get 4 new tires replaced on my Honda SUV prior to that time. Dropped vehicle off Thursday night, it was ready by 10:00am Friday.Friendly, professional & super speedy service!

Jeff went out of his way to ensure they would have the parts delivered and vehicle repaired before my trip. While I waited, he kept me appraised of the repair. Glad they re open on Saturdays and maintain that small shop feel.

Made appointment for inspection at 2pm at 3pm I asked how much longer they hadn't even started on my car and told me it would be another hr after they finished the inspection they were working on...but don't worry they have "3 people doing alignments but only 1 that can do inspections" so why was my appointment at 2pm if u can't touch it till after 3pm? Y did nobody tell me it would be over 2hrs to do my scheduled inspection when I showed up? Never will I come here again

I was a first time customer, that needed an oil change, and tire rotation. When the gentleman rang up my total, I thought he'd forgot to charge me for the tire rotation. I had no idea that it was free with the "Valvoline High Mileage Synthetic Blend" oil change. That made my day! They also replaced a missing tire valve cap for free as well. Another big plus, was they reset my digital oil life setting, which most garages forget to do. They're open to 6pm Mon-Sat, which is also great, because of my work schedule. Besides the friendly employees, the waiting area is also spacious, cool, and comfortable. I will be bringing my business here again for sure! Highly recommended!
