Service department....If you are looking to have your VW serviced here you can trust them.I know you as a human will have second thoughts because you used to take your VW to Larry Simmons but things change and you can definitely give there service department a shot just know that the ones that used to work at Larry Simmons some of the mechanics moved to this location.I just had an oil change and a vacuum pump put on my wife's VW Beetle and my experience from the call to schedule the appointment, to the drop off day, to the staff you run into and talk to were great.The only thing that I can say you will see a big difference in is the price for an oil change here is threw the roof. When I got an oil change completed at Larry Simmons before it only cost around $80.Here it is $160.

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership!! We even came from out of state to purchase our vehicle here! Our salesperson, Kyle, was wonderful!! They even delivered our car to us and the delivery men were so friendly!! The general sales manager, Chad Dryden, went above and beyond to help us with our tow package! Great place and people!! We will definitely be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again! Even if we have to make the long drive!! Thank you for a great experience! Great service is hard to find these days!

I'm trying to get a VW fixed for a friend and reached out to the professionals. I understand the labor and part costs, but the delay in getting parts didn't make sense. Having to wait for parts from Germany rather than having parts on hand in country? I know it would have been an extensive repair, but it seemed as though they didn't want to do the job anyway. This experience just reinforced my dislike for VW products and the fact I won't buy anything from VW.

I was happy that the service department could schedule me so quickly and I like the new location's layout. I believe the gentleman who assisted me and performed the inspection was named Dale Stewart. I am just terrible with names so don't blame him, but whoever checked me out was super friendly, the service was quick, and he explained everything simply. I appreciated his efficiency.

The dealership is new & clean. The service bay allows me to drive in without being in the weather and the service guy at the desk was excellent even walking me out to my car.

My salesman, Aaron A., was really good. He was helpful, low-pressure, and personable. I really like that he listened to me and DID NOT pressure me. Despite having no intention of purchasing a car that day, I did. I am very pleased with my new vehicle, and Aaron has been in contact with me twice since my purchase. This dealership was not high on my list to purchase from because of some serious service issues a friend of mine has had; I hope my experience with the service department is a positive one. Thanks!

We scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for 10am and were told it would take about an hour (which to us seemed like a long time). Then when we returned our VW wasn't ready until after 12:00. No one bothered to tell us why it was delayed so long. Also $133 (which was reduced to $106) is hard to swallow. What makes this so sad is that this is not the first time we have been treated this way. The one bright spot is the young lady who talked to us at the end was very kind. The others? Not so much.

I would given you 5 stars but the part that needs replaced had to be ordered. Seems like the part at issue would be a common part and would be kept in stock locally

This was my second trip to new dealership building, Dalton in the service department is always pleasant and efficient, if i call for question or to schedule i always ask for him. He is an asset to your business.

Recently drove from Virginia to buy a Camaro zl1 from Pioneer. Nick the sale person was great. He put together a great deal for the car. The trade in was quick and pain less. We have bought many cars from different dealerships in the past. This has been the fastest and easiest experience ever. Andrew the finance guy works with the bank to get us a better APR rate. Nick even called us a couple days later to check on how the car is doing and if we have any questions. This will be our dealership in the future if we ever need to buy another vehicle.

Took my car here after getting the a/c serviced at another place and they told me that I needed to take it to a dealership. The other place gave me a 3 page report detailing everything that was done to the car, to give the dealership. So when I scheduled the appointment I told them this. When I got to the dealership I presented them with the report. Told them that I would rather not have to pay to get the same tests done again. I asked them to just check what is wrong and let me know what it would cost to fix it. This is what they said, and I have it in writing. Test drove and a/c was sporadically hot. ( I told them this) hooked gauges to vehicle and watched values. Values were a bit on the high side. I would suggest having us perform an ac service so that we know that system is properly charged, ( isn't that what they're supposed to be doing? That's why I'm here) as we don't know what system or refridegerant was used at the other repair facility. Also priced out ac compressor which is likely failing. So they did nothing!!! Drove my car around, hooked up some gauges, but couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. I wasted 1 1/2 hrs of my time and $140.00 for them to tell me what I already know??!! I will NEVER go back to this place. Not good service

Visiting Parkersburg over holiday weekend. Had car problems. First thing Tuesday morning I was at Pioneer's doorstep begging to get worked in. They did the next-to-impossible and made room for my Golf. So incredibly kind, caring and thorough. I highly recommend this dealership, as far as my experience with service is concerned. Thank you so much for all your kindness!

The service it s self was great, they did a recall fix and a service fix, although it didn t fix the entire problem, but manageable now.the staff are friendly and helpful.

Just called for the code to my radio that I got from ebay. The service department guy said he couldn't just give it over the phone for security reasons and maybe I should find another dealer that's closer. I asked why there is a code on such a low value item, but it seemed like he wanted to argue about how much my radio was actually worth and started to imply that I may have stolen it.If they're such a pain when it comes to simple things like this, I'd hate to deal with them on a bigger issue like a warranty repair or trade in value.

Was having trouble with my jetta TDI, it went into limp mode with a top speed of 40 mph on my way to the shop, arrived a view minutes before close just to have the door shut and locked in my face. Very disappointing, especially since this was the 15th time it had to be brought back for repairs in the last 7 months. Will never buy anything from pioneer.

Called the service desk and immediately could tell they had no experience in vehicles at all. Alot of errs. And uuhhhs. Let me go ask. This position should be the most experienced person in the shop. Now to work performed i have no idea. Can't pick my car up because they're not open on Saturdays even though their website says they are.

For the size and volume they do, they could spend a little on the building. Old dirty carpet and pealing paint is not the best environment to spend $30,000 in. Bright spot is Used Car manager Tom. Go see him for a nice clean used car.

Was driving south for the weekend when my dashboard lit up with warnings. When I stopped here for assistance they totally blew me off even though my home dealer had called ahead and told them my issues. I have never been treated with less respect or compassion by a VW dealer and I have dealt with several over the years. This place was also one of the filtiest businesses I have ever been in. STAY AWAY!
