I would like to thank Sean Chichester from Astorg Mercedes. I purchased a 2019 CPO S560 and could not be any happier with the service I received. I live in IL and purchase the vehicle on Wednesday and received my car in my driveway Friday at noon! Sean supplied me with pictures and video and was able to provide all the answers to my questions. I will not hesitate to buy again in the future from Astorg!

I live in North Jersey and bought a beautiful CPO 2018 GLS450 from Matt Cooke. He was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Very nice guy. No pressure. Very responsive. I would definitely recommend him. Gave us a fair price for my 2014 ML350. Everything was quick and painless. We took a chance not seeing the car but Matt assured us it was beautiful and that we could send it back if we weren't satisfied. My wife and I were not disappointed as the car was basically perfect. Looks brand new inside and out. The couple (Randy and Mary) that drove it up to us and our car back to the dealership were extremely nice and we talked to them for a half hour. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Matt to anyone and everyone. Very please with the whole experience.

It is crazy how many dealer cars from this dealership are driven around town. We've seen them at the store loading groceries in their trunk on numerous occasions and just today, we saw a high school or college aged girl driving around and parking a dealership car at the mall to go shopping. We are looking for an SUV and have looked at several at the Mercedes dealership but it's insane how they let their employees and families freely drive the cars they are selling.

Apparently Astorg Auto in Parkersburg is okay with false advertising. Their online prices are incorrect and they refuse to honor the advertised price. Quoting a "disclaimer" on their website. I would not recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience. Contacted them via email about a vehicle they had in stock, within an hour had agreed to their price, applied for, and was approved for financing. Then there was nearly a week of run around. When I did finally get a real response, I was told they had a rash of fraudulent out of state purchases, and even though they had verified my info, they couldn t sell online at the moment. I offered a solution of flying up to their dealership and purchasing in person at my expense, thinking that would alleviate any possible concerns. After another 4 days of waiting for a response, they told me they just weren t going to sell to anyone out of state, in person or not. The vehicle had also conveniently disappeared from their inventory during this time. So they wasted a week and a half of my time and took all of my personal information, for what? Did they already have another buyer and were keeping me on the hook as a backup? Who knows, but the whole situation was extremely shady. This was new low for a car buying experience.

Incredible service! While on our first expedited freight delivery from MI to FL, we suspected a front wheel bearing was going bad in our Freightliner Sprinter.We were in OH when we stopped at a diesel mechanic who said they could diagnose asap - the vehicle was untouched for three hours. While we waited, we tried sourcing the part ourselves since no one in the area had it available or was willing to help.After speaking with Cameron from Astorg, however, they not only had the part available but charged $200 less than anywhere else.When we got to the dealership, Nicole and the Astorg team were extremely helpful and got the van in for a diagnosis just before close. The parts tech was able to overnight the steer knuckle to get us on the road the next morning and keep us moving.We highly recommend Astorg s Mercedes for Sprinter Van service - we will certainly be returning to this location!

We went to look at a used Mercedes on a Saturday numbers weren t what I was expecting left the dealership. Got a call on Monday from Eddie we told him a little low on our trade but he made some calls got a little more for my trade and was so helpful and professional. When closing the deal him and Keith were great explained everything to us. I have never had a dealership go over and beyond to help us a get a car. First class service!!!!!

I bought a used 2010 Toyota Tacoma from Rodney Wilson. Rodney and the whole staff at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. The Service department is excellent. The truck needed the gas cap door fixed when I bought it and the repair was included as a "We Owe You" in the deal. Rodney helped get the appointment setup for me and I was in and out of the service department in minutes. Overall it was a good experience, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely look at Astorg the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. Thank you very much, we love the truck!

My wife and I recently purchase a new vehicle at Astorg Mercedes Benz and our experience couldn't have been better. Our salesperson (Mason) was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend considering Astorg when purchasing a vehicle.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and could not be happier with the service I received. Duane, my salesman, was extremely straightforward and helpful and provided us with a lot of information. Eddie, the general manager, was also great at helping us through the process of purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this place.

Astorg Mercedes Benz and Astorg Land Rover are exceptional. Outstanding customer service. Eddie Price at the Mercedes Benz branch in Parkerburg goes the extra miles to accommodate customers needs. Diana at the Land Rover dealership is exceptional as well, they both make sure you get the right vehicle in a matter of hours. My husband and I went into Astorg Motor's to test drive some various vehicles and the salesmen, Derek Knost, was there to answer all our questions and assist us with which ever automobile we wanted to test drive. On several occasions we went back and Derek was there to assist us with no pressure to purchase, but to make our experience positive and learning many interesting facts about each vehicle we test drove. Thank you Derek for your professionalism, great personality and always having a smile. We would highly recommend this company and of course we are partial to our salesmen because Derek did an extraordinary job working with us.

Great experience with this dealership and salesperson Mason Sturgill! My husband and I came from the Pittsburgh area to buy a CPO GLE350, and Mason made the process quick and easy. We needed an easy process since we were traveling ~2 hours to their Parkersburg location and due to our newborn baby. Mason was very communicative prior to us coming to them to pick up the vehicle, and we were able to work our a deal before we arrived at the dealer. We received a fair price on our trade-in and our new vehicle. It was overall an A+ transaction, and we will recommend Mason and the dealership to our friends in WV and PA.

Astorg Mercedes Benz and Mason Sturgill, sales rep, made the recent of purchase of my very first Mercedes as smooth as my new ride. Mason responded promptly to my internet search inquiry with a text and phone call, just as I had requested. To see in person the vehicle pictured online matched the one at the dealership...down to the last detail...made the 2-hour drive from Columbus, OH definitely worth it. They even provided the CarFax report that I unfortunately paid $45 to view online a couple of days earlier. Mason was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and Astorg's offerings such as warranties, financing, online support and amenities. So different than car sales reps who had tried to pressure me into purchases in the past! Mason is professional but laid back...kind of like the nice guy next door. Somehow he made the experience enjoyable, not stressful. The test drive revealed a vibration that was resolved with a simple tire balance/front-end alignment. Even the financing portion of the day proved simple. Keith very quickly gathered the information he needed, then offered a rate and terms that worked well for me. I love my Mercedes and appreciate that the purchase process was pleasant. I will recommend Astorg Motor Sales and Mason Sturgill without hesitation.

Astorg Mercedes is awesome. Sina Kagieni is the best. He literally worked for two days to find me the perfect car. I wasn't an easy guy to finance, and I had a few unique issues to come out of my previous lease early. Sina and Mason didn't give up, even when I had given up. Those guys make dreams come true. Best experience I've ever had at any dealership. Not to put too fine a point on it, if you buy a car from anyone else, you aren't doing yourself justice. Seriously, the best ever. Sina and Mason, the General Manager, Eddie Price and the entire Astorg team are examples of how buying a car should go. Total customer focus, and went to the ends of the earth to help me. Love those guys.

We ve taken our sprinter van here for multiple visits. Oil changes glo plugs and issues with our DEF system. The engine light came on and off when we were out on the road out of state. A scan showed there was something going on with our DEF again. We needed oil change so made a appointment with Astorg. And to discuss the DEF with them. When I called for the appointment at that time they asked us if we needed our DEF / ad blue filled. My husband said no he does it himself. When we checked in I asked about the issues with our DEF, they told us that they wouldn t check it even though they fixed it before, there would be something else wrong with it even if we had it done recently. We dropped it and and went on and had them do the oil change. We paid the bill and went on our way. Later we went to file the receipt with our records and my husband noticed a charge for Ad blue fluid. He was upset because he filled the DEF tank when we got home. So they never even filled it. We called then next morning to complain about the charge. We were told she would talk to the technician that worked on it and return our call. No one has called us back. They lost us as a customer.

It was a pleasure to work with Mason Sturgill. He was very polite and professional (It was 25 degrees plus wind chill of 18 degrees) . The other staff at the dealership was very helpful. Mr. Sturgill did not use pressure tactics to sell the vehicle. He answered all our questions, if he did not have an answer, he got one. By far this was best experience with buying a vehicle that my wife and I has ever encountered. Thank You.

We received a fair deal on our trade and purchase but beware of the used car lot and financing department We bought a slightly used Explorer and failed to notice a considerable tear in the headliner above the third row seating Returned after we noticed it (about 3 weeks) to get the typical used car manager response. Needless to say I'll be living with a big ugly tear in the headliner. As for the financing, we went in pre-approved all they had to do was fax paperwork came back with a much higher payment After threatening to walk out they "convinced" the finance company to honor their original agreement. Just a ploy for the finance guy to make a little extra I'm pretty sure

I want to thank everyone at Astorg Mercedes and exspecially Mason Sturgill for working with me. I worked with him over 2 weeks to purchase my Mercedes with him and he was so gracious with his time, I must of called Mason everyday with questions and he took his time with me on every aspect of the car I wanted. I am a difficult person and he was always there for me. Mason even took the time to take extra pictures for me to show me a slight imperfection on a simple plastic piece on the car which showed his honesty and integrity! When my beautiful Mercede was delivered to me it was completely detailed and he took care of the blemish at no cost that I would never of noticed. He gave me new floor mats as well at no cost. The day after my car arrived he called me and went over every option with me and took the time to help me set up my phone. This is world class service at its best! I will be telling all my friends and clients about Astorg Mercedes and exspecially about Mason and his professionalism.The best car buying experience I have ever had!Thanks again Mason,Michael Altman

Had a great experience there dealing with Matt myers would diffently recommend dealing with him. They had a car on there lot I was really interested in but it was priced way to high and I mentioned that a brand new one was cheaper. found they made a mistake. I had a trade in they gave me what I needed to have out of it to trade in. Super nice staff Everything went super smooth.. If your looking for a nice used car for a great price go see Matt myers he will hook u up!

We had an amazing experience dealing with both Tim Farnsworth and Larry Sulfridge and were able to get an amazing deal on a new 2014 Chevrolet Impala in a very short time notice. If I was in charge, I believe I would fire the entire sales force at every lot with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 guys. Ford lot seems to be the worst (the salesman literally aggressively argued my opinion that the new GM trucks are nicer than the Ford trucks rather than professionally disagreeing) as well as a rude, untrustworthy manager. With the Mercedes lot, the salesmen sound more like a walking, breathing spec sheet than a personable human. Additionally, at the Lakeview lot, on 2 accounts they sold a BMW I was actively negotiating a deal on (however, if you're on this lot, Matt Myers is the one of the best salesmen I've worked with anywhere). Finally, their prices are typically higher than average.When it comes to luxury cars, I will continue to travel to Pittsburgh to buy them from a dealer with better prices, ethics, and customer service. When it comes to trucks, l will likely shop at locally at McClinton where the product is superior (opinion) and the sales force is top notch (come to think of it, Matt Myers used to work at McClinton).

I absolutely love Astorg Motor Company. I have purchased from other dealerships previously however you just don't get the personalized treatment you get with Astorg. I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan from Duane Trembly at Astorg Mercedes and it fits my needs exactly. He is not just there to sell you a car but to make sure you get what you need and what you can afford. It does not matter what type of car you are looking for he will do his best to find what you want. The special treatment doesn't stop when you drive off the lot either, like it does with other dealerships. Duane always follows up with in a week or so to make sure you are still completely satisfied with your purchase. So if you are in the market for your next vehicle go see Duane Trembly at Astorg Mercedes, you won't be disappointed!!!

Did not have a positive experience here. Reason I give 2 stars is that some of the staff was professional, but my situation was not handled well and I was not treated with respect by Marvin. I felt taken advantage of given the situation I was in - stranded in Ohio and then towed to MB Parkersburg on Sunday night. Called in Monday AM and was not really acknowledged when I came in to the front office. The mechanic wheeled the non starting car into the shop and asked me to leave- understandably after he explained I could not watch due to liability reasons. I left the shop for several hours, called in to check on the car and was told that BOTH fuel pumps, air filters, upper ball joints, and all four tires HAD to be replaced. "I would not be allowed to drive the car off the lot without having all the services performed. "Both fuel pumps were new as of January 2015. Marvin told me that he "contacted the state trooper" and told me that it was "against WV state law" for me to drive my car in its current condition. When I looked up his claim I could find nothing. I called the state police dept., the county police, and the magistrates office- no one could confirm this claim.When I called him back, Marvin changed his wording and told me that he just "got off the phone with the lawyer" and that "we are not allowed to perform just a fuel pump repair".At that point I asked for a quote/estimate for the cost of all the services suggested. It took him 2 hours to email me that request. When I hadn't received it I called the office asking if perhaps he had misspelled my email address, and when I asked him to read back and spell the email address (a normal request) he said "well MAYBE you should just come and pick up your car" and then hung up the phone on me.The quote which had been sent to my junk folder (my mistake there, didn't think to check) was a grand total of just under $3,400. I was trying to get home to DC, I did not have the cash to post for this.I return to the shop, pay for the diagnostic test which ended up costing $108 (should only cost about $50...) and then sat in the car until the next tow truck could pick me up and take me to the Morgantown Mercedes Benz- which is way better and has much better customer service there.I finally got the car towed back to Arlington, VA where my shop is -Auto America, taken care of by Jos�- and am informed by Jose that the fuel pumps are absolutely fine. The car was out of gas and there is a potential that the gauge is bad.For someone to charge me over $100 for a misdiagnosis and to attempt to get me to pay another $3400 in stuff I absolutely DO Not need is the reason why people don't trust mechanics. This was a horrible experience that could have been made better if the customer service manager at Parkersburg had done a more thorough job at checking his mechanics work. I understand that we are all human and make mistakes but this was not amended nor did they apologize for their ignorance.Mercedes corporation will be getting a call and I expect some sort of retribution for this. Perhaps refund the misdiagnosed diagnostics test that could have cost me $3400 if I agreed to let you work on my car.

I have owned many cars and have spent a fortune at the wrong dealerships UNTIL NOW!! I LOVE ASTORG MOTOR CO! From the sales to the service you will NEVER find a more attentive and fair company to work with! EVER! I live in Columbus Ohio and had previously worked with Byers here in Columbus and let me just tell you it was the BIGGEST mistake I've made to date! Mason Sturgill, my salesman gave me a PHENOMENAL deal on my 2017 S550 Cabriolet and Marvin in service has taken exemplarily care of me , bringing a rental to my home in Carroll, OH from Parkersburg?? What other dealership does that? NONE! Regardless of Location YOU HAVE TO GO TO ASTORG! Sweetest people in the world and I tell you , you will be forever grateful you did!
