On my 2nd Jeep. Been really happy with sales staff. And they put on a good Jeep fest every year. The raffled of a Jeep Rubicon! Sad I didn t win. Good cause supporting S&W anyways.

The service shop is a JOKE! My van is under warranty and the A/C had not been working I have only had the van a little over a year. We send the van in, they could not find an issue so therefore it was not covered with the warranty. Not only that when my van came back it was damaged, they had not lifted it properly and bent out below the driver door and a little on the passenger door. We called them about the issue and they said it was not bad enough to notice so they weren't doing anything about it. I take pride in caring for my vehicle and want it looking nice for something they did and they will not fix. They are a JOKE ! Do NOT let them work on your vehicle. You should not have to look over every detail of your vehicle after taking it to a shop that is supposed to be trusted. Picture is looking down at how bent out it is

I took my 2500 in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, look at a paint issue and check two recall items. Right off the bat they tell me they can't balance the tires because they have black wheels. Hmm, that didn't matter when I brought in my Challenger that I'd purchased there. Instantly got the impression that they don't want to do any work. When I went to pick it up they told me they wouldn't look at the paint because I didn't buy my truck there. (So purchasing a Challenger from them isn't enough to get you into their family.) Then I noticed someone had disconnected my side steps and I had to get them to reconnect them. It wasn't until I got home I realized they upcharged my tire rotation because the tires are "oversized. I'm at the commercial side of the house for this service and they think a 2500 is big? All of this was on the "commercial" side of the house right in front of their body shop. This is not a place that can perform the simplest normal service and will require you to seek out additional shops to maintain your vehicle. Worse, they confirmed that my warranty is worthless. If a RAM dealer can refuse warranty work the warranty becomes useless. I can't imagine going back to this incompetent shop for any reason.

Terrible experience, was told they had the car I was interested in for roughly $34.9k so I agreed to start paperwork. They pulled my credit and were figuring out final terms for financing when the finance manager called and said the price was actually $44.9k and wanted to know if I was still interested. That s what they d call a bait and switch and I m not here for that. I m just glad I live in Ohio and won t have to deal with them again. Thanks!

Was on vacation, and our vehicle broke down. They were able to get the part overnight and fixed it by 9 am the next morning. Larry was great and took great care of us so we could get back home.

Horrible service experience there twice!! They kept charging 179 for each diagnostic test they ran and claimed to fix the problem but engine light came back on coming home! They got over 1800.00 from me and want another 179 to diagnose AGAIN!! Unbelievable!

We bought our 22 Dodge Durango in January this year. I absolutely love it. Dakota was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was really sweet & this place worked with us on getting into the vehicle I wanted. They also wasted NO time with us. We were in and out in 2 hours, paperwork signed and all. We even had a trade in. It also helped we did some of the leg work over the phone as well though, but we've still gone to dealers and been there for 6+ hours, which is why I hate going, but I do highly recommend them.Their service team is also great. I travel an hour to bring my vehicle here for oil changes or anything it needs. While I do think their service is a little slower than other places I've been, I'm sure they are super busy so at least the waiting area has snacks, drinks, & TV, lol. My kids sure do appreciate that. This last time I brought it in for an oil change, it did have a recall on it, which they went ahead and inspected for me. Some places won't even do that without a whole other appointment being made just for that, so that was much appreciated!

Took the jeep in for heater repair. I've been back once for something they missed the first time. Now, the cruise control is out, check engine light stays on & my tail lights won't turn off. So, of course my battery is dead. Never again.

Our salesman Jared Bonnell went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted. Not only did he provide great customer service but he was very honest, communicated every step of the process, and is very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a place you can trust and will treat you like family, look no further. We came from N.C. and we will be coming here again when we purchase our next vehicle. The best service we have ever received when purchasing a car from start to finish. You guys are the best!

Took my 2019 Ram Warlock in for warranty grill and bumper replacement. I have nothing but good things to say about the body shop. Very professional went out of they're way to see that I was taken care of. When I got it back it was spotless! Very good experience with this dealership and the body shop. Thanks Astorg!

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Don t bring your vehicle here for Service. Very Poor Customer Service and unwilling to own their miscommunication mistakes.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 Crew Cab from the Astorg Auto Lakeview dealership and was assisted by Bob Gerichten. I was extremely satisfied dealing with Bob and the buying experience was positive from start to finish. Bob was very professional, helpful, answered my questions and has followed up on promises made during the sale. I think the best part was the lack of pressure; Bob was a good salesman; patient but good at follow-up. It was my first experience with the One Low Price concept, and a little contrary to my preconceived notion, it went well. I felt I received a fair deal, both on the sales price of the new Ram and the trade-in value on my vehicle, so both sides were satisfied. I have now driven the truck for three weeks, and have enjoyed every minute in it and am glad I transacted with Bob and Astorg Auto.

I cannot say enough about our salesman, Steve and everyone else who helped us when my husband purchased his Jeep last week. We had our daughter (5) with us and Steve played with her . She loved him. We were there well past closing but no one made us feel rushed and before we left Steve wanted to show my husband the app for his phone so he could start the car with his phone. We didn t ask him to do that but he wanted to.We went there because my best friend recently bought from them and had a good experience and recommended them to is. They really know how to treat customers!!

Made an appointment 2 weeks prior to the date of service, for a transmission service. Spoke to Eric. He assured me that they would; adjust the 2nd gear band, drain/fill fluid, flush transmission lines, and change the transmission filter. This service was for a brand new transmission that was reaching its 1st 1,000mile service interval. I had scheduled the service to occur on my day off from work so as not to lose any time off from work and minimize the impact on my family.The day of the service comes. I drop off the keys and go over the list of things the transmission manufacturers required to occur in order to maintain a 2year/unlimited mile warranty. The service lady informs me that they do not have a transmission flush machine and could not do that part of the service.To those that may not know why this is a big deal. During the transmission assembly process the technicians use assembly lube, and during the first 1,000 miles the transmission clutches and steel bands wear into their new home. Losing some of their material into the fluid. If this material and combined assembly lube is not removed from the transmission there is increased wear and tear on the unit thus VOIDING the warranty.This not not my first run in with ASTORG dodge.I had called in to get a window seal leak found and fixed. I was informed that they only perform that service on vehicles that are still under OEM warranty. Basically said kick rocks and find someone else to do the service. (They lost out on $743.00 btw)Ended up taking my truck somewhere else.100% do not recommend ASTORG dodge for anything. There are better Dodge dealers in this area.

Not happy with this place. Waited 2 weeks to get my truck in for an 8am appointment. Did not pull my truck in till after 10am. Waited over 6 hours to find out what was wrong with my truck. After getting all that info tried calling literally 20 times with no answer. When I did get an answer finally was put on hold 4 times to be transferred then hung up on. Called again and was told I get a call back. No call back what so ever. Had to actually go into the shop so I could talk to them about how to proceed. What a joke this place is.

If you're in the market for a new or used car or truck, do yourself a favor and see Rocky Kerns and the team at Astorg. Great guy to deal with and a fantastic dealership. I have dealt with the service, body shop, sales, and I am very happy with them. Friendly service, great product, and exceptionally clean facilities. Stop in, grab a cup of coffee with Rock and make a great deal.

We have purchased a couple cars from Astorg and loved the experience. Our salesperson is Jason Jacobson. Jason went far above what was expected of him to ensure we had the perfect car buying experience every time. For 2015 they built a brand new showroom which is better suited for customer comfort. The price is located on every windshield eliminating the need to haggle and really speeds up the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership and Jason especially.

I am not only an employee for the Department of Veterans Affairs, but I am also a Navy Veteran. I needed one of our patient transport vans internally detailed last minute. These guys fit us in, cleaned her up real quick and walked the keys over to me while I was waiting and told me it was a courtesy cleaning. It warmed my heart! What an awesome crew and dealership! We will be back for our car care needs from now on and we appreciate your employees hard work for our veterans.

I had taken my eco diesel to the dealership I bought it from (Performance in Columbus) and it was there for 3 and a half months. The service department there told me numerous lies during the time it was in for service. When I finally got my truck back from them it was leaking fluids. I took it to Astorg and they found several leaks that were due to poor service at Performance. They had to order a part but they had my truck fixed within a few days. From now on I will be taking my truck to Astorg.

I had been browsing for an SUV and found one I loved at Astorg Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I called and spoke with Larry Flowers who was phenomenal. He was quick to send me all the info on the vehicle and I was able to go after work to test drive the vehicle. He stayed over for me so I could take my time. He even came in on his day off to make sure I could get the car at my convenience. The Jeep I got is perfect! Thank you so much Larry Flowers for all of your awesome help!! I recommend him to anyone!

I purchased a Jeep January 2014 and was very satisfied with the service and selection of vehicles I was provided from the beginning. I was given a selection of cars and suvs for my price range and was able to test drive before my purchase. The prices of vehicles are fair and modest compared to the market. They gave me a fair value on my trade in vehicle and I am very pleased with the outcome 2 years later. The post purchase customer service really surpassed my expectations as well. I would recommend anyone who is on the market to stop in and see the selection. Tyler Astorg is my point of contact and who sold the suv.

Jeff and Larry were very helpful in assisting my family in deciding on a new vehicle. They bent over backwards to allow us to test drive a variety of available vehicles and suggested others that we weren t even considering in order to accommodate our needs. They weren t pushy and didn t hound us even as we spent days and repeat visits making a decision... to top it off, we ended up buying the first vehicle THEY suggested!Great team!
