Had what I needed. Today had battery checked good, and new wipers installed. Nice friendly workers.

Simple battery replacement. Friendly service. Quick and effortless. I had purchased my battery online the night before. When I told the gentleman I had already purchased it, he was aware of the transaction and within seconds, my battery was in the counter in front of me. He swapped out the old battery in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. I wish more transactions were like this one.

Had the brake parts I needed,but didn't get the discount on combo brake fluid and cleaner as stated on shelf tag. Typical rip-off. Lying to you to get you to purchase autozone branded products.

They gave me the wrong shocks for my 94' BMW 540i and when I asked for a refund to get better shocks then KYB they only gave me back the price of the shocks and refused to give me back what I paid for shipping. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with Advance Auto Parts unless you double check before you walk out that door that you have the right parts!

Helpful but out of stock on what I needed, had to improvise. Just after I left a thief pulled a gun on an employee so there's that.

Corperate has lied for years about linking all their stores computers for the warranties. I avoid them as much as I can now

Handy for small things like light bulbs but alternators, starters, etc. Are expensive. I order online from a different company.

That place is managed by a idiot that don't know cars or how to manage a store and the District lead is rude and inconsiderate he will tell you on thing and will do another no one there knows cars or part they are all a bunch of idiots I won't go to this store unless you want to talk to morons
