Bought a 5x8 trailer here. Was listed as new but I have realized over time it was definitely not. The axle itself is bent, and although they told me this was norma, after having it for a while I can tell it's not. Non of the others are. The tires wear out 10 times faster than they should and the bearings have already went out on both of the wheels.

Place is getting sorry order something online as you go to retrieve it they say they don't have it must of been miscounted in the system, not once did they say let me check the other stores to see if I can get you one here just said your get a refund in a few days. The place is dirty and poorly faced as the shelves in the pet isle isn't stock at all while the staff is just standing around, the plants outside are dieing from lack of watering this place needs a proper management to come and take over use to not be this bad!

I LOVE this STORE!!!!!!! They have always been soooo nice and helpful. I shop here for all our farm and dog needs. With 7 lab puppies I was able to get them all vaccinated at a way better price than the vet. We love the clothes they sell and all the beautiful garden/outdoor essentials from pots to decorations. They have the best selection of chicken feed, better than rural king I think so anyway, and...... the manager that was there, can't remember his name shorter dark haired man with facial hair,, but he went completely out of his way to help us with a defective item. He made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving and he is just an all around good person. Even though some items are higher than some stores, I still prefer here because I always get such great service and if anything is wrong with it they make sure the customer gets the help they need to get it fixed, or replaced.

This Tractor Supply is well stocked and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The young woman working this morning had an extensive knowledge of health care for a variety of farm animals, which was immensely helpful. Love this store!

Love shopping at tractor supply. Employees are always polite and the customers are more apt to help you. A very kind young man helped us find the fitting we needed for a propane heater before the clerk arrived.

The employees are the greatest! Always asking me if they can assist me! They go up and beyond to my expectations. They help me load supplies in my vehicle also run out and retrieve the shopping cart saves me the time in returning it. Frank runs a tight ship and his employees show it! Thanks Tractor Supply keep up the great work!

Everything is always at your fingertips and they have great customer service and clean restrooms when u walk in right by the front door grst fast easy access and also of u give them a phone number u can earn points we get up to 10.00$ off every month atheist

Well since buying the house we've been very frequent visitors to this location. Bruno our adorable pitbull it's something of a local celebrity in the area and always finds new people to meet and get pettings and potentially treats from each and every time we come here. This place has some really cool stuff sometimes even get really good deals just from picking up things that maybe hadn't sold in awhile. And it kind of is cool that they double is a hardware store from time to time if I need a particular 4 screw. People are always extremely friendly it's always a pleasure to come in here. Most definitely one of my favorite stores of all time and certainly Bruno's as well. During this last trip quitting all types of treats and toys for Bruno also picked up this really nice canopy pop-up that is just perfect for memorial day.

Good friendly staff! I love the clearance season sections. They really mark it down sometimes more then 75% off! Friendly staff willing to take care of you! Great selection of animal food and health supplies for large or small farms or no farm their is something for you!

These guys are awesome. Treat you like family no matter when you walk in the door. Rural King will never have as good of business as Tractor Supply. That's just my personal opinion though. RK is just flat out rude. And you'll never get help at RK either, considering you need help with something.

Great prices on sales and non-sale items. Friendly knowledgeable staff, they are very helpful. Most, if not all their staff raise some type of livestock. I get all my feed and supplies there plus other items. All my chicks and ducklings came from them, I didn't lose any once home and none were sick. They also beat prices on things like nuts and bolts, hardware wire, T posts and many more items versus other big box stores and even some local ones.

Cashier named Maria was so knowledgeable about what I needed to take care of my dogs. Even her coworker told me to get whatever she said as she really knew her animals!

I go there for my chicken feed. They have the best price on on chicken feed and it's usually stocked. Service is a plus also

Used to be the cheapest place in town to get dog food, parts/supplies for my weedeaters and chainsaws,chains/cables and all necessary hardware for the chains and cables, and many other various items for home/garden/automotive use...the only items T.S.C. is consistently the cheapest place to get from the day the Oak Hill, WV location opened til present is the wide variety/selection of nuts/bolts and other various fasteners as T.S.C. sells this product by weight not quantity and they carry upto "Grade 8" nuts/bolts. Other then the Nuts/bolts if you find yourself shopping at any of their locations around the area be prepared to lookup prices between them and Lowes and/or Rural King

Called about hardwood pellets which is my only heat source. Lady said yes we have plenty once we bring the truck and trailer to pick up 2 ton for my family and my mother. Once we got there she informed us (thankfully her husband came with me) that there is a 10 bag limit. Top that off they would even give us the discount ton price. I do not intend to ever visit this store again and will not recommend it. It seems like I always have bad luck at this location and this is my first time reviewing them I should have done so in the times before.

TSC always has more than just farm supplies. I love their unique home decor items, outdoor furniture & "old fashioned" candy items. When Im not in a hurry, I like looking around at the wide variety of items they sell for the farm & *other. I've seen items there, I never knew existed. They do offer some great deals. So if you are looking for an item that no one else has, call or stop in. They probably have it. Or they may have something you didnt know you needed until you stopped in. Clean store, inside and out. Friendly & very helpful manager & employees.

Very helpful staff and allowed me to use one the tools to get what I needed done. So now thanks to them my amp is now working again since I lost the set screws to it
