The Donnie Bowling team goes above and beyond on all aspects of their service. We have been customers for the last two years and received lower rates with better coverage than our last insurer. We recently experienced a total loss with one of our vehicles and Michelle and the rest of the team in the office provided us with immediate and compassionate service through the process.Recommend this agency 15/10 Stars!

I've had insurance with them for several years now. I usually switch insurance often but just because of how absolutely kindhearted everyone is here I will always stay here! Anytime I call the lady that works there is an absolute sweetheart, she is so patient and helpful with any questions I ask. I truly appreciate the kindness!

Donnie Bowling and his team have been lifelong supporters of our family. I trust him and his facilitation of our State Farm policies to give us the most protection for the most affordable price.My son s vehicle broke down in Charlotte, NC. Donnie and his team immediately made contacts for me, helped my son with towing, and even found a reliable, local repair shop to assist him. My son was a 19 year old intern (working away from home), and I can t express how Donnie and his team facilitated this process to ease this Mom s heart with my son being so far away. In addition, the office staff are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to answer my questions in a timely manner. I would also like to give a shout out to Michelle Cox. She works in the office for Donnie at State Farm. She is top notch, technology savvy, and expeditious in policy information and assistance. I highly recommend Donnie Bowling and his State Farm team.
