My wife and son were recently traveling through WV when they experienced car trouble. The local dealership told them that it would take 3 days to diagnose what looked to be a dead battery. The group at Marty's Tire in Nitro was very kind to a stressed-out mom and made them a priority. They replaced the battery and had them back out on the road quickly. We cannot recommend them enough!

Marty s was extremely helpful. They helped me in choosing the proper tires for my vehicle per my needs, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently given how busy they were at the time. Their prices were very reasonable, and did not charge me any additional fees that other tire dealerships have over the years. Marty s was the best experience by far that I have had when getting tires on my vehicles. They now have a returning customer in me.

As always Travis and Johnny were very polite and professional. They explained everything so I could understand it. They got me in super quick and had me fixed up, all in the same day. Definitely recommend!!

Staff was friendly and got the work done quickly. They re open until 2 on Saturday so it s great for if you can t get there on a weekday. Been here twice so far and both times the service was excellent

I needed 2 new tires. I m on a fixed income. Johnny and crew were very helpful. Johnny took in my concerns of age of car and finances and helped me considered best choice for my needs. No pressure. The service was quick and done professionally. They made me feel like family, looking out for me. I appreciate local businesses that go the extra mile.

The staff was very nice and professional! Prices were reasonable and they were very helpful on how to maintain my tires!They had to order my tires but was in their garage within two days and was fast in putting them on, inspection and an alignment! I would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. After getting a flat on our trip to North Carolina, Marty's was able to get a replacement tire and mount it in about an hour. Got us back on our way quickly. Highly recommended.

I had a leak in my tire. They were able to look at my car the same day that I called. They removed a nail from my tire and repaired the damage. I will definitely call Marty s again for any issues I have with my car.

First visit, the gentleman immediately put air in my tire as requested which i was very grateful for especially since i had my toddler with me and was on my way home with groceries. He did not charge me. I didnt realize at the time i had a screw in my tire, so i came back a week later to have it patched. There were a couple people ahead of me, but it was still very quick and was less expensive than I anticipated

These guys are the best! Was broken down traveling back home im KY with reoccurring issue of rear lugs loosening and studs breaking. Was pulling a large trailer with horses, dogs and my wife. Marty's understood the urgency and got me in right away. They got me fixed up in a few hours so I could get home safely. Can't ask for better people or shop to work on you vehicle!

We are heading to Salem Virginia for the Stagg Bowl. We were near Nitro in West Virginia and our rear drivers side tire blew. We googled the nearest tire location and Marty s Tire Store popped up. We had to purchase new tires so we could continue our trip. We had excellent services. Highly recommended. Fast and Friendly service.

Our son was 8 hours from home attending college. On a recent weekend, he had a flat tire. Searching the web we found Marty's Tire in Nitro, WV. They were quick to assist and very easy to work with. Called on very short notice last week to have an inspection and additional workDone on my charger, and Travis greeted me over the phone with kindness and a ready-to-work attitude. After I brought my car over he proceeded to update me throughout the day with regards to the status of my vehicle, and also worked with me to give me the best deal on a new starter. All in all they made a situation that usually is a headache into a stress-free day. I ve been to several car shops, but none other performed to the standards that Marty s has for me and my family. Staff is exceptional and very friendly. Would recommend this shop over anyone in the area!

Had my tire put on yesterday, today I heard wobbling only to find one lug nut missing, and 3 loose. Im grateful the wheel did not come off while I was driving . I drove from Nitro to Charleston, and then again today. This could have ended badly.

Amazing experience. Rolled in from the freeway with an emergency flat tire. They had me fixed up and out within the hour! Extremely efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I was traveling through with my camper trailer heading to Florida. Had a tire blow out and these people were so so kind. Told me they don t really work on campers but they have a few tires on hand and they could get me in first thing the next morning. I ve never been more grateful for such kind people!! The best place to get tires. The gentleman that work there are very friendly and know what they are doing. I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours and was very pleased with the service and the tires.

This visit was just for an inspection. We visit them for tires and other services as well. The reason we go to Marty s is because we believe them to be honest and feel they won t rip us off.

Great experience getting an inspection sticker..told me it could be 2 hours to get it done but they called me in less than an hour that my car was ready . I expected it to be busy since it was Saturday
