Not my first time locking myself out of my car and certainly not my last. Better service , better price than any others I ve called!! 10/10 recommend. He came faster than other locksmiths I ve called and unlocked my car quicker too. My go to locksmith from now on!

Quick service and good price but fairly unprofessional. Phone was answered by a lady with attitude. They showed up and started unlocking my car without talking to me first, or letting me know they were on the way. Not the biggest issue but not the most professional way to handle business.Was back in my car in less than 10 minutes for $53.50, though.5 stars for quick service but 3 for professionalism and communication.

My family accidentally got locked out of our vehicle mid-trip on a cold and rainy day. I called my insurance provider for roadside assistance, but it was going to be a 2 hour wait.I checked with a local locksmith, they said they could be there at 6 p.m. (4 hour wait).ACI was my 3rd call, it should have been my first. They had Richard there in 20 minutes.Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable...........Richard had us unlocked and back on the road in a few minutes.

Four stars only because service was just a little slow, and we didn't get there until after 1:00. Food was excellent and I liked the sensible serving of fries. Too many places give you a huge mound of fries, which I find unappetizing.

I brought a thirty year old storm door brass lock with handle to them. It came with the new house I bought. I had no ORIGINAL key for them. Without an original key, they made three keys like it was no problem at all! Amazing.

Randy was very quick to help me and the price was very reasonable. I will 100% be back the next time I need great locksmith service. Lowes wasn t able to help me. This is exactly why you still use local folks who specialize in their craft.

Called and they came quickly. I had lost my key. Caleb worked in high humidity and had a new key in less than an hour for my 2010 Cadillac. Very professional and friendly.

No problem with ACI, I have used them several times, and they always get the job done on the same day. Would recommend them if your employees keep locking up the keys inside the safe and ATM. Guess I should get extra keys made, my bad.

When I called the owner answered and tried to send a tech out the same day to help. The tech got caught up in interstate traffic and called me to let me know he was going to be late. We decided to pursue the job the next day and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Considering the task, the road call and the level of expertise that was required for the task, the price was fair and reasonable. He was professional, courteous and easy to work with. This is the second time I have used them with good results both times. I would recommend them.

I was super frustrated because I lost both of my keys and had Joe Holland to make me one and they ended up making 2 different ones and neither of them worked so I was very frustrated by then but decided to call a locksmith and these guys were wonderful they made it out to my house within 3 hours of my first time calling and had a working key within 5 mins!!! And made me 3!!! I highly recommend using them. Thanks Guys

Highly recommend! They programmed an f150 keyfob and cut a valet key for me in no time. In addition I needed a yakima rack removed as i didnt have the key and they were able to unlock and remove for me. Thanks again

Talk about great service ! Called and answered phone on first ring sent someone to my house within an hour and didn t charge me an arm and a leg as matter fact , extremely reasonable! Would highly recommend. !! Thank you again .

We called in on Friday to have someone come out and program a key for our push start vehicle because we'd lost our only set of keys for it. They said they could have someone here Monday. I called in Monday morning around 930. No answer. Called back at 10 am and finally got through and they asked me to send them the VIN and told me they'd have someone out and would call me when they were on their way. Around 230 my husband asked for their number so he could call in and see why we'd heard nothing. They claimed they'd tried calling multiple times, except there was no attempted incoming calls on my phone and they left no voice-mail and didn't bother to text as an attempt to get ahold of us either. We waited an entire weekend to get them out here INSTEAD of having it towed to dealership. What a waste of time. Thoroughly disgusted with their customer service, even when I reached out to the same number I'd texted the VIN to showing a screenshot of my phone log telling them there was no attempts shown on my end I wasn't given a response. So thankful these people dropped the ball and left a disabled vet without a car and unable to make it to my VA appointment because we had to have insurance tow it since this company is unreliable.

Unfortunately, we did not use this company s service due to a schedule conflict and miscommunication on my part, but the owner was very accommodating and willing to help me get a deadbolt installed in a pinch. He was courteous of my time and was excellent at communicating when he would have availability. Although I cannot speak to his work, he seems like a stand up guy and professional person to work with. I will definitely be calling back for any more future jobs.

Called shortly after hours because locked my keys in the car. I was told the tech was on a call nearby and would call me when he was on the way to my house. Three hours went by so I called the number again and the voicemail wasn t set up. Needless to say the tech never called or arrived. Very unprofessional and poor business practice.

They do a good job. They seem to be able to make car keys faster and cheaper than the dealers do ! I will always call them first if I lose my car keys. Sometimes they are a little slow scheduling a visit and seem disorganised, but they can do the job !

1st, 2 stars only because the key did function. When I entered the shop I was greeted by no one. There was a young lady behind the counter but she was obviously more interested in the videos on her phone to pay me any mind. After a moment a kind gentleman did appear to help. I told him that I needed duplicate for my 20 year old Lexus. I gave the original and a blank key. I was told the only person who could do it would not be back for a couple hours and could I return. I asked if I could leave my keys and return. The gentleman said yes and asked the young lady to pass stationary for me to leave my info. The videos must have been completely enthralling because she again seemed not to hear him. I retrieved stationary for myself and left. Four and a half hours later I was contacted to retrieve my property. When I arrived, I was asked how much I was told it would be to dup. my key. I told the guy, I wasn't told. He then told me the cost was $45 (more than twice the national average).When he seen my look of surprise he asked if I thought I was paying too much. I Said yes, twice as much. (in fact I had one cut in GA for $15) He then said he paid 10k for his machine and could have charged me $70. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my 43years. They were rude (except the older gentleman, he was a pleasure.) over priced, and slow. On the other hand I suppose 10 dollars an hour, is an acceptable wage to pay.

I wish I could give 10 STARS on Google Reviews!!!! We had a wonderful experience with this business!! I called this afternoon and needed a key reprogrammed for our car. They came right out and did their car magic and now its up and running again!! I can't express how happy we are!! Thank you guys sooo much!!

Called to inquire about having doors on a vehicle deleted to match my he ignition. He was very rude and only kept repeating that he could have deleted the ignition to match the doors before replacement. I explained twice that that I had purchased this older truck without that key. I finally simply hung up the phone. He then went on to call my phone back continuously (I had not gave him my number) until I answered. He then said he was sorry and did not mean to offend me (so apparently he knew that he was being rude and that I didn t just lose service) them continued what he had been saying before. I finally just hung the phone up a second time.

I called in the first time at 730am. A lady answered and said she will Call the contractor and he will call me back to get info to come out to unlock my lock. Waited 30 minutes and no call so I called again a little after 8 and the lady answered again and she said she was brushing her teeth trying to get to work that she or the guy will call when they get a chance to come out should be about 10. No call and it s now 11:15. Never asked for a phone number location or anything. Very unprofessional.

They moved only a couple blocks down the road and I've tried several times to get a copy of my car key made. Every time I go there they are closed. No hours posted on the website or the door of the building. One morning I showed up at 8AM and there was a lady inside. I knocked on the door and asked what time they open and she said 9AM. I came back around 11:30AM and no one there.
