I required a refund from this business after no longer holding my wedding at a venue in which they provided services to. Erick was extremely unprofessional in returning emails in a timely manner and returning my money in a timely manner. I asked for a refund of my deposit and am still waiting for it 2 months later. I have emailed multiple times asking what the delay was and have been told a number of excuses. This is unacceptable customer service and do not recommend this business.

Tried calling this "business" and phone was picked up and hung up multiple times. How can you run a business if you cant answer a phone? Hmm.
