Drove an hour from my local ford dealership for warranty repair, from the lady I spoke too on the phone to the part guy and the fast repair of the mechanic, that completed the whole axel replacement in an hour was amazing! Thank you Country Roads

I wish I could give negative stars. I called yesterday about the price for an oil change. I try to keep my business local, big mistake usually. I spoke to a very nice man, and he asked vin number, year, model, and I explained the vehicle has never had, and never will have, anything but Pennzoil, and it takes the Dexos oil, because I knew this would make it more expensive. He told me a basic oil change was $49.95, and that would make it maybe $10 more. He also said that included tire rotation, topping off other fluids etc., which I kindly told him wasn't needed, but he said the price included that anyway, so I said it's ok, that's a decent price, but I won't need those things. Fast forward to this morning, the truck was taken in, they tried to push different oil, cause that's what they had, and he told them no, only what it's always had run in it. They called and got oil from Napa (which I've since called amd found out the price per quart), never mentioned it costing a few bucks more, so they changed the oil. He goes to pay, and they give him his total...$151.95. EXCUSE ME??? Back to calling and finding out the price they paid compared to what they said they paid. They said they paid $113 for the oil, they did not, they paid $60 for the oil. So, not only did they lie about the price the oil change would cost, and ripped us off, but also lied about what they paid for the oil. I will NEVER go back there for ANYTHING & will tell everyone I can how big of a ripoff the place is. Never in my life have I heard of a $151.95 oil change, I will also be reporting them to the Attorney Generals .Office. They are an underhanded, lying bunch of con artists!

(I've only dealt with service department) Every appointment is taken straight in and completed in a fast and professional manner. They also know when I come as a walk in that I am time critical and they go out of their way to resolve my issues. They have also caught a couple misdiagnosis I had from other shops and one of them saved me from buying a new transmission when it was only a $30 sensor.

This place has horrible customer service. I spoke with Ford Customer Service directly and had a report made and sent to the dealership. There were many things wrong with my experience. I spoke on the phone with a person in the service department about brining in my vehicle for a recall. This ford dealership never takes as long as they tell me. I was told I would get assigned a loaner. I made it clear I had to work. I get there and the person at the desk says there is no loaner available for this recall. Regardless, I was so disappointed in how this was handled. The customers are never right and I was made out to be like a liar. He proceeded to tell me it would only take 30 minutes to inspect it. I get there a opening (9am) I leave it and try to find a ride to work. I receive a call at 3pm that my vehicles done. I get there and NOTHING was done to my car. I did Ford pre-Inspection it said both rear latches needed replaced. Both of the rear itches open while driving. This is a very serious matter that they did not replace a recall. I am very very unsatisfied and frustrated.

The best word I can use to describe this place is "SUSPICIOUS". I need brakes but there is confusion in which end of the vehicle they go on. Parts don't match my vehicle or the price I was quoted and it was a ford catalog error. Like how many of those are in ford's catalog. Seems like a lot of smoke and mirrors, since I heard twice in 2 days I don't typically work this position. My family has been in car business all their lives in one way or another and have been driving fords for at least 50 years. As a small business owner myself it is TOO B AD, you can't take a car in for service without feeling like you are getting screwed or screwed WITH !!!! I think I will go elsewhere next time !!!!!!!!!!!!

Called about a Bronco Sport, only to discover they expect $3000 OVER MSRP for it. Plus, never received a call back for a trade in value on my car. Tried to buy local, but looks like they just want to screw you over.

Took truck in for routine service. Oil change, brakes. Upon picking up vehicle, oil change info not updated, don't know if it was even changed. Truck is a DRW. cast aluminium rims put on backwards. Driver's door jam now takes two hands to open and doesn't match closing on outside of body. There were NO PROBLEMS before taking it to this dealer. Service manager making excuses for his incompetent staff. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER FOR ANY SERVICE.

Looking for a great place to destroy your vehicle? Do you like making MULTIPLE trips back to the garage to fix what should have been done the first time? Then come on down to Country Roads Ford where they can't even put on new tires without royally ruining your vehicle :) these guys specialize in eye rolls when you complain about leaving with the tire light on in your car because why should they fix that right? Then when you call them stranded on the side of the road they will tell you to just drive on home anyways! What a great group of fellas! Anywho you'll be hearing from me again Monday to once again make an attempt at fixing my original issue!

Beware and double check their work. Mechanics check boxes on papers without actually checking vehicle or tighten lug nuts back up.

Country roads ford is a great place to shop for a vehicle or have your vehicle serviced. They are the most friendly dealership I have had dealings with. Both sales and service are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales representatives were rude and unhelpful. Their cars are priced several thousand over Marietta Family Ford. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.

Great people in the parts department. They stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure I was able to pick up my parts.
