Contacted the parts department looking to order some bushings they had in stock for my Thunderbird and told me they were 'too busy to help me'. What kind of parts department doesn't sell parts? I would rate a zero if I could.

First time I have gone and they didnt require my credit card for a recall. It was nice of them not to worry me as normal. Ford service is generally terrible, two stars is high ranking for ford service.
