Always late if they show up at all. Most often times are no call no shows. Often take trips then decide not to take without notice. Always texting or phone calls while driving. Very unapologetic. Even dispatch is difficult to deal with .

Not only are these people severely late at all times, they're rude to even their own associates. I'm good friends with someone who worked with them for a while, and wow if you could read some of the messages I've read you'd be appalled that this "manager" even has a company at all.I wish modivcare would hire a new company. The drivers are all sweet people but the higher ups are all money hungry, terrible people.

Hope you don't have an important appointment because there is a 50/50 chance you won't be picked up! And you won't even be notified you're not being picked up. On top of that when they make n error there is no accountability. They blame the riders. I have been stranded for hours and have stood waiting for hours on a ride that never shows, more than once or twice. This company is horribly run!!!!!!!!

Horrible company. Didn't call till 1015 pm to give pickup time because the schedule had not been done. After my appointment I waited in excess of 2.5 hours for driver to return to take me home. No one answers calls at the office. Drivers are nice enough. EXTREMELY poor management

Haven't picked up for 2 different appointments now. Horribly run company. That 5 star review is fake. They are NOT nice to you over the phone, they act like you're bothering them. What a shame.

They were an hour late picking me up for Dialysis in the morning and then going on to hours late picking me up after Dialysis no one called my cell phone to tell me that he s going to be late no excuse why they were late I am going to file a complaint and request this company never pick me up again

Awesome transportation company ALWAYS on time and very reliable everyone that works there is so very nice and caring if u need transportation tomedical appointments give these nice people a call

Poor service. No way to contact directly. No phone or email return to inquiry. A multitude of excuses for not showing up.
