Started shortly after they took my car back, which was not too long after arriving for my appointment. The text messages status updates were pretty cool and appreciated. Finished within the estimated time frame. And best of all, reasonable prices.

I experienced a very bad, unexpected boo-boo this morning!! Luckily I was just coming up the hill to UTC when it happened. I ran up over the curb and blew out both passenger side tires, and bent the front rim!! I was an emotional wreck by the time I limped into the service center. The men were SO nice, asked first if I was hurt and showed a lot of concerns. I'm 64, and that touched me deeply. It took less than an hour for them to mount 2 tires, and darling Dakota was able to fix my rim so the tire IS holding air!!! Everyone was so incredibly kind, and I got most of my intended shopping done. Grateful!!!

I received a flat tire on Wednesday (8/2) and just barely made it to the shop after closing. I fully expected to be turned away but these gentlemen actively stayed after to help me out and put the tire on. They even helped me carry a shelf I picked up while waiting into the car. Service was absolutely above and beyond and I give them credit for that. They were super polite as well. 10/10 experience.

I was there early for a 2pm appointment and spent 3.5 hours waiting to get 2 tires replaced. Only 2 chairs in the air conditioning, both occupied by men who never offered to let this 68 year old woman sit down for a bit. Not a pleasant experience, but the tires seem good.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation where Lori informed me I d actually need 2 new front tires. She went out in the cold to check them before even taking my car back. Next, she answered all my questions and was super helpful to the employee learning alongside her. His name was Richie and he was incredibly sweet, intelligent and was eager to be there. His positive attitude was contagious. When the system asked me for my address, Richie went to ask me and Lori explained she doesn t like to ask for addresses, & would rather have the guest type them in due to creeps which I appreciated SO much . She mentioned you never know who is listening! My car was finished quickly, and I loved tracking it in the app. There was another associate whose name I forgot, but she checked me out and was super kind and SO hard working.The service, mechanical side and personal side was perfect . I will be back :)P.s I went on a Sunday & it was packed. They ended up having to turn people away so get there early OR make an appointment !!!Services: Tires, Oil change

No one at the desk for a long period of time but that seems to be at all departments. But the service clerk was attentive and helpful once there.

Came here for an oil change and tire. Was told that they couldn't do it because the counter guy was only one there. I went back to my car decided I'd go back in and buy my tire and take it someplace else to get it on my car. Not even 4 minutes had past when I reentered Walmart and told the guy I'll just buy the tire by then someone came out from the garage and get this asked me what size I needed and where on my car I wanted it. I was told itd take about 15 minutes so I went to get a few things and when I received the message saying my car was ready I headed back there. So this is like 20 minutes total....when I get there I encounter a pretty long line people getting tires, oil changes ect...I mentioned to one of the other guys that came out from the garage that you all must've just gotten back from lunch. He said no they weren't busy 25 minutes ago znd they hadn't been doing anything and I told him what the front desk guy said and he said that I was lied to because that guy was as lazy as they come. I'll never waste my time there again getting anything done with my car.

The auto center in Walmart is pretty decent well just about every one. The one in Washington PA off Beau St. Exit I would not recommend getting anything done there. My Hyundai has aluminum wheels and we was headed to Kennywood and got a flat so we had to go here instead of our go to walmart in Star City WV. Well long story short they bent my rim so bad replacing our tire that I had to buy a entire set of stock wheels to avoid this happening again because the dealership wanted over $400 for a single matching aluminum wheel. Walmart refused to do anything about their employees reckless and careless work. Not that I wanted the man to lose his job, I'm sure it was not done on purpose but I feel Walmart should have at the very least replaced my wheel.

Service at this location is a complete joke!! I waited for 2 hours to get an oil change just to have the tech come out and tell me that they were refusing to perform the oil change because they couldn't remove the oil plug and claimed that it must be crossthreaded. I bought the oil and filter and went home and did the change myself. The plug came out with ease!!! They did nothing but waste my time and make things more difficult. I will never be back!!Service: Oil change

4 1/2 hours to fix my flat tire. I think they are understaffed. Way more customers than they can handle. Very nice staff.

Great prices here. The staff is very short on knowledge. they're extremely rude and talk to the customers like they don't know what's going on. Got new tires and my car shakes worse now. They can't balance a tire at all. Wasted 30 minutes trying to buy a battery for my car that I installed myself. They left other customers just standing there at the counter for 1/2 hr.

I was there to get tires for my daughters. The staff had the tires ready and rang me up quickly. They were friendly and hospitable. They had an excellent price on the tires, road hazard warranty, and installation.

Several times they've gone out of their way to save me money. For example, recently they spent a very long time with one of my tires insisting that they try to patch it before I pay to replace it. Their tire stock absolutely sucks, but if you're smart you order what you want from the Walmart website for them to install anyway. Employee recently went out to pull my car (a manual) into the shop, and when she decided she couldn't drive it, she found someone else instead of destroying my clutch. That may sound basic, but it's unfortunately not typical of a lot of tire shops. Overall very pleased with what I've had done there, especially at the prices they charge

Terrible customer service! I spoke with the manager of the Auto Care Center when I dropped my car off. He told me that it would be about 1 hour for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. I left and returned 1 hour 15 minutes later only to find out that my car hadn't even been brought into the bay. When I talked to the associate at the desk, she informed me it would be an additional 1 hour 30 minutes for me to get my car back. I ended up cancelling and taking my car home because I couldn't wait any longer. The manager is absolutely clueless about what is going on in his department. Definitely don't recommend going here, ever.

Went for an oil change. I had to bring my own filter bc they don't carry Volvo filters. Then they try to upsell me an exotic weight of oil my car doesn't need. The tech also could not figure out how to change my oil filter. I had to explain how and show a YouTube video on it. I hope they actually torqued my oil filter housing to the correct spec of 18ft lbs. I would not recommend trusting them w any European car .

Second time in this place in two weeks. Same story... Understaffed and complaining. I came in today for an oil change and a turn signal bulb. Got there at 7:00. They finally got around to opening ten minutes late. The guy ahead of me got his tires (they realized they pulled the wrong size in time). It took a solid hour with both techs working on his car. I was told an hour and a half. After an hour and a half, they hadn't started on my car I asked for it back since they still didn't have the turn signal bulmb and hadn't the oil change.

I went in to drop off my car to get new tires on Friday Aug 30th. I was there at 5:30 and they close at 6:00. I wanted to leave it and let them get to it when they had time. I made it clear i didn't care if it took a day or two. There were two women at the auto care counter one sitting and both chatting to each other when I arrived. They told me I couldn't drop off my car because they were closed for check ins and had to return the next day just to drop off my keys and vehicle and explain what I wanted done. This is completely unprofessional. You need to keep serving customers until closing time, not when you decide you no longer want to work.

Was told the wait time for a simple oil change was 4-4.5 hrs. They don't allow appointments and I had to leave my car there for the entire wait time if I wanted the service. I made an appointment across the street, ran the rest of my errands and went home. Saving ten bucks isn't worth sitting on a metal bench for an entire day.

Ordered tires through Walmart due to a flat tire on the highway in Morgantown, while driving from AZ to NY. They ordered the wrong brand and the morning crew never showed to install the tires. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in at 9:45 on a Tuesday needing a flat tire repair. Not even very busy for Walmart standards. Still waited until almost 1 in the afternoon. This particular Walmart auto in Granville west virginia is the worst one I have ever been to. The staff are rude, the mechanics screw around all day while people like me end up sacrificing their entire day for a simple flat tire repair. What a joke

They claim to have trained experts but yet a simple task such as changing a tire and using the right size is impossible for them. While waiting there I saw a total of 6 people complaining of damage to their cars because they didn't know what they were doing including a damaged transmission because one tire was too large and the difference put a strain on the transmission. Go somewhere more reputable.

Went to the auto center to ask a few questions(had just gotten an oil change a few days prior) my oil was low by almost a quart! I asked if they could top it off since it had only been 3 days and my vehicle does not have an oil leak or any issues....the person I talked to was very rude and said "NO, go inside and buy some oil" in a very condescending manner and then just walked away........ he needs some lessons on how to be a gentleman or at least some customer service training!

The customer service from one mechanic that worked on my car was pleasant but nothing else about my experience here was. I showed up at 8AM per the hours online so I wouldn t have a long wait. The auto center wasn t scheduled to open until 9 and the auto crew didn t roll in until almost 9:10. Don t trust the online hours and don t trust that they will open on time. Also, since this Walmart doesn t block off the auto center when it s closed, some inconsiderate jerks parked their cars and went through the store to get in line infront of everyone waiting outside the store even though many of us had been there since 8AM. I was told that I would have an hour wait and when I checked back at the appropriate time there were still two cars ahead of mine, which hadn t even been brought into the shop at that point (thanks, inconsiderate jerks). To make matters worse, I had to wait with a cart full of groceries. Bottom line: I will never return to this Walmart, and if you get any ideas from this post about jumping in front of people in line at the Walmart Auto Center, I hope karma takes good care of you.

This place is total garbage. The staff are extremely rude. I went in to pick up an order if tires I purchased and the guy said "I dont have time" realized he was wrong, and brought me my tires. Just now I tried to go in to the auto entrance to grab a headlight bulb and they had their doors locked 15 min early. Terrible service. Rude staff.

Very slow service if you get service. Always seems to only have one person working the counter and one person in the carbay area. I stopped going when there was one car in front of me getting an oil change and I waited close to 3 hours to get an oil change. I left before they actually called my name because 3 hours at Wal-Mart is far too long with a kid and they weren't sure how much longer.

I had my tires rotated and balanced here and they usually are extremely backed up and you have to wait quiet awhile to get any service here. But besides that it was decently priced and seemed to be done right so far.
