I give 5 stars for the customer service and the receptionist that took care of us. I would give 0 stars for the time it took. All I had performed on my Atlas was an oil change , and a tire rotation, balance, and front end alignment. It took five and a half hours to have this done. Thank goodness we had a room at the hotel next to the dealership. So we had to sit in our room all day.

Heated seat was defective from the factory. After an initial appointment they ordered the parts and let me know they would be in contact to schedule the follow up. After weeks of waiting I had to reach out and check in myself to schedule an appointment for the parts that had arrived weeks earlier. During the appointment to fix the heated seat, they proceeded to forcefully drag the seat out of my own vehicle leaving a trail of destruction in its path. The interior trim and, most importantly, exterior paint were damaged by pure negligence and lack of care for others belongs. Now, my car that I purchased new less than 3 months ago has body damage at a mere 3000 miles due to a Volkswagen Dealer having no respect for themselves or others. A brand new car that I have made every effort possible to preserve and take care of needs to have body work due to a completely avoidable situation. When I confronted the dealer, they did offer to replace the interior pieces and cover the cost of the body work, but have not responded to any further communication I have sent them. While I appreciate the dealership being cordial and owning up to their mistake, it is the principle that a dealership performing warranty work can so completely and comfortably damage someone s property. The is a one hundred percent chance someone at the dealer knew the vehicle was damaged under their possession, but instead I had to make the discovery and talk to the dealer and explain what they did. The damage shows that zero effort was made to protect any portion of the vehicle. It s not a bump or scrape where it touched. It s a line of damage from the seat s mounting location all the way to the point it exited the vehicle.

Just got a brand new atlas cross sport and this place could not have been better! Raymond and his team were easy to work with and had me in and out quick. So excited to be in the VW family!

We re from PA and were on our way to NC for Christmas when the EPC light in our Tiguan came on. We were 12 miles outside of Morgantown and had to drive with our hazard lights on hoping we could make it to town. My wife called the dealership to see if they could take a look at our car. Four days before Christmas they were able to get our car immediately in for service. They gave us a loaner car so we could go out for lunch. The entire dealership staff were so incredibly kind to our family including our dog. They got us back on the road the same day. Special shoutout to our service rep, Jamie. She was incredible and definitely is our Christmas Miracle. Can t recommend this dealership enough!

My daughter's car has an echo when plugging in the phone and using car play. The car does not support wireless car play and forces her to unplug her phone to use the phone. This is a safety issue and additionally disconnects the navigation. The dealership and engineering state it is a phone carrier issue. Three different carriers were tested, and they all echoed. This phone works on my GMC car play as well as in my 2017 VW Jetta. I called VW customer care in which the individual had no idea what to do or how to help me.It was elevated to the regional case manager. Taylor called me two days later and said there was nothing she could do, and VW was standing behind their dealership. Based on my research, this is a common problem in VW vehicles using car play but VW is not initiating a fix and simply states it is a phone carrier issue. The problem is it must be all the major phone carriers. Seems like VW is not taking responsibility.

I chose a 5-star rating for my car buying experience because it was nothing less than exemplary. Noble made the car buying process seamless and enjoyable for me. Alec is a wealth of knowledge, answered all questions, and went out of his way to ensure I had full understanding of every document. Appointment made online was 3 weeks out. The appointment was for tire rotations, software glitch on cruise control, remote start and lastly previously active check engine light.My hope was to have these issues addressed so I don t need to come back another trip since the appointment was so far out. However, deliverable was just tire rotation but others was remain non issue at the point of diagnosis. Since is a non issue, the dealer would like me to come back when the problem re-occurs. This frustrated me that this could have been fix if more question had ask with the owner, for example the noticeable symptoms or if this problem can be reproduced, which I am more than happy to reproduce to them so they can troubleshoot along. None of those communication existed but just expect to come back again. The cruise control and remote start issues came back the very next day after service. The right first time was just too poor, dealer does not appreciate customer made effort for the service visit. In fact, this conversation was communicated with the manager, the manager simply responded if unhappy with the service, feel free to go other places.

I loved the texting back and forth while my vehicle was being repaired. The repairs appear to have fixed everything. I am so happy. When I am at the dealership everyone was very nice and answered my questions and even looked into the re all situation on the airbag/ seatbelt. The only complaint I have is it took me 3 weeks to get my vehicle in to be repaired.

I was in town for work and wanted to view specifically the atlas and atlas cross sport.. Walked from my hotel to the dealership on a Thursday afternoon. I walked in no one greeted me said hello or anything I sat down maybe they are busy dealing with something. I wait about 5-10 mins and I ask may I look at the cars outside... I'm told yes while only one car is open LOL like are you serious? As they see me not able to get in the cars they just let me look foolish checking every car instead of coming to assist me ... It's really bad customer service there so I can only imagine if you actually had to purchase a car from there ... If I had found what I wanted I might have purchased and had it delivered to my destination. a joke

I was highly disappointed in my service. Upon getting my oil change and requesting tires rotated I also need an inspection sticker. The vehicle is 1 year old and they came put with "recommendations " that were going to cost $180. One which included windshield wipers. The vehicle didn't need them so I declined all "recommendations". Upon completing service I got in vehicle and began returning to Clarksburg at which point in time I saw my vehicle FAILED inspection. I called and they said I needed wipers. This was ridiculous as they are completely fine. I've taken the vehicle to 3 other dealers/inspection stations and they all agreed. It is apparent that your service depths goal is profit. I also had to return because the air pressure was not checked and need air.

My sales person, Noble Moss, was excellent. I was deciding between a VW Atlas and another brand. He was informed, courteous, and listened to my needs as a customer. He and the Finance/Sales Manger created a fair and desirable price and trade-in to complete the deal.

Check-in and pickup were very fast and efficient. The work was done quickly and the service and check-up was needed and performed well. Very happy to have found a new home for my Beetle since relocating to the North Central WV area.

Trying to schedule was difficult, the phone number uses a service that directed me to the wrong dealer. Then, when I utilized a text line used in the past, I got no response but when I went to the dealer in person, found out that number does still exist and my message was received.I ordered parts (accessories) and scheduled an appointment for a week later - only to arrive at my appointment and be told the parts weren't in. No call to reschedule. I have since been told via text the parts are in, but when trying to schedule, my reply text has once again been ignored.

Needed a carbon buildup removal. Dealer said can't do it the facility is not equipped to preform it. Your a aVW dealer and can't preform a service? Called the parts dept for tune up parts left my name and # still waiting for a call back that's a month ago. I ended up buying the parts down at Clarksburg VW. Don't waste your time at this dealership.

I took my VW up to have it checked do to many random codes showing up about transmission problems. They checked it and said they found one and it tested fine. They told me if it showed up again to bring it back and have them look at it. I started it to leave and it was on again. I plugged my OBD11 in and went and got the service guy to show him it was on again and show him what is showing. I was told that nothing is wrong and they already cleared that code. Problem is its still there and a couple hours of my life was wasted. Time to find a a new service provider.

Scheduled with them 2 weeks out. The day of the appointment they called an hour before appointment time. To tell me they couldn't service the vehicle. The service manager blamed scheduling first then blamed lack of parts department. He then told me, he didn't have the techs to service the vehicle. When asked what he planned to do to correct this, he said just an apology. This comes after taking a day off work to actually makes this appointment. I'm going to be taking the vehicle out of state for the service. My advice if you have any diesel vw,porsche,audi. I would give this dealership a huge pass. As the dealership said they both lacked the techs required and parts needed.
