So I was hearing a play in the back right rear of my wheel well. I wanted it checked out while I was going to get an oil change, so I decided to go to the dealership Toyota checked the back right wheel well, they told me it was a control arm issue after originally telling me I needed new bearings. I took it to Goodyear because I felt like Toyota was wrong (which they were). All that was wrong with the vehicle was a was missing a bolt in my strut. If University Toyota would have actually jacked the car up they would have clearly seen that was the issue (Goodyear did that and even showed me what was wrong). To sum this review up University Toyota was trying to get me to repair something that was not the problem, that could have led to more expensive car repair down the road.

Took my car for inspection and oil change. Got car back with all airbags disabled and told to go home because I had a pillow blanket and coat in the floor. Claims all the trash must've broken something. Didn't provide a loaner but sent a family of 3 home without airbags...manager has still not called back and I'm left with a bill I can't pay and no airbags.

If you don t know a thing about car they will rip your wallet. Not all representatives are terrible but avoid Ron. It s unbelievable that he was trying to sell something for $400 that would anywhere will cost around $150. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great Staff .. Beautiful Business . Professional Friendly Atmosphere. I take My Toyota HiLander to No one else. Very Good Dependable Service Dept.

Went in for an oil change. They got the job done and didn't try to nickel and dime me. It took a long time for an oil change though.
