I ve had new tires on these wheels 3 times now. I ve never seen a place ruin wheels to mount wheel weights. This place either doesn t care or has hired people who don t know what they re doing and it shows. You d likely be better rolling the dice and going to places like Walmart sadly enough. If you want a place that will treat the things you ve worked hard for with even common sense I d avoid this shop. The pictured wheel isn t event the worst one. Ruined them and didn t say a word. I had to find it for myself.

Owner is very friendly and was very helpful when I took my car in for service. They fixed the problem and dispatched someone to pick me up when it was ready. Good work!

These guys saved our trip from Pennsylvania to Las Vegas. We were barely on the road when the trailer caught a nail. Their service and prices were amazing and I can definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Have been getting my tires and oil changes done here for over 15 years. This place is THE BEST in Morgantown. Locally owned and hanging with Marion makes the wait extremely painless. Great conversation and they get the job done in a timely manner, all at a good cost. Want expensive new tires? They got it. Don't have a lot of money for new tires? They will work with you to find something affordable. Once again, best local tire spot in Morgantown.

Great prices, friendly, honest staff, but terribly disorganized. They alerted be to a rubbing issue after install. BUT Didn t call me to tell me tires arrived. Didn t call to quote price before ordering and didn t remember what they had quoted me when I arrived. Had to reschedule after I arrived for the first appointment. A great business with great staff in need of some skilled business management. I will however, visit again!

Picked up a screw in my tire and was 12 hours from home. Was able to limp into Tireland. They brought us right in and got us back on the road in no time. Quality work, quality people and a quality experience.

This one has layers. Please, do not trust this shop. Please, do not allow this shop to do any work in your vehicle that doesn t involve tires. ASE Certified mechanic here Even then, they could not properly perform an alignment on my vehicle and told me I needed to have extra hardware installed which required over $300 in work. I took it to a trusted friend at Kress Tire in Pittsburgh and they aligned it just fine. Thought, alright, just a young mechanic.Took it back later to have my vehicle inspected, I received a vehicle that was in fact inspected, but with a quote that your exhaust has a slight leak and we will pass it this time, but will cost about $1,800 to repair next time to which I rolled my eyes. I later took it to Deep Hollow in Albright, and the honest mechanic repaired it in an hour, very fine work for less than $200. It gets worse.Had the A/C refilled at Deep Hollow (my now trusted shop) But the pump had previous issues, and now required replacement. Shop didn t have time to fit me in before I leave for my road trip, so I tried Tire Lame again (not a typo) figuring hey, they can t strike out a third time, right? Right? Handed a specific work order to only replace the A/C compressor. Quoted me $500 to replace my compressor. I brought the vehicle in, they then increased the quote to $800, to which I refused. I received the vehicle with no cruise control response (I am disabled in my right leg and always use CC) When I returned home, I traced the vacuum lines to find the careless mechanic had broken a nipple to the vacuum line just above the high pressure nipple for the A/C system and neglected to repair it afterward. Not to mention fully disconnecting the CC linkage on the throttle. That s not the worst. I delivered the vehicle with a full tank of gas, I picked it up an 1/8 under, with my dash cam wires disconnected. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLES. I ve never seen such negligence. The only reason and the ONLY reason they get two stars, is they have good prices on tires. And the quality of tires has yet to be proven. Maybe I ll come back and rant about that too. If you made it this far, call someone else. You ve obviously had your doubts.

If I could give zero stars I would my vehicle sat there 6 hrs and never fixed it. I was one of the first people in the door when they opened. I dropped it off and they said they would get right on it. They never touched it and wouldn't answer the phone. They moved it to a different spot and left the keys in the vehicle. Someone could of taken my vehicle and they would of never even known. Terrible service and wouldn't answer the phone. All it needed was a new valve stem.

The people were nice and professional, have nothing bad to say about the service or job done. Only complaint I have is the state my car was left in, not only was it left in an awful mud hole for pick up, but the inside carpet was covered in mud as well. My drivers side door arm rest was filled with water, as well as the indentions for my automatic window. If you care about good, and cheap service; with very little care put into your vehicle then go on ahead.

If you need tires in Morgatown look no further! They have the best prices in town, and incredible customer service! Don't make the mistake of getting tires at a dealership. You'll save A LOT of money and have a much more pleasant experience at Tireland.

On a trip to North Carolina we hit something on I-79 just outside of Morgantown. We had a complete blowout and damaged tire rim. The wonderful folks at Tireland of Morgantown took such great care of us and in a few hours had us back on the road with a repaired rim and new tire. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help us out as quickly as possible knowing we were traveling through. We HIGHLY recommend checking them out if you run into trouble anywhere near Morgantown.

We were travelling through Morgantown over Memorial Day Weekend, and punctured a tire. We went to Tireland for the repair and were very happy with the fast service and hospitality. This is an excellent business.

If there is less than a star, I will give it to them. I just wanted to change the k-frame for my car. They told me that the labor cost is 260$ and it will take 4 hrs as actual work time. They also told me that it will take one day to be ready for picking up. I bought the parts and left the car with them. The result was a big shock. They spent one week working on it. They asked me to pay 726$ instead of 260$ because they said it took 12 hrs work time. They did not fix it perfectly. However, after a long negotiation, I paid for them 550$. They refuse to fix it again and they dealt with me very badly. Then, I took it to another mechanic to fix it.I think they were not serious and they were just careless when they gave me the estimate cost (260$), they are not professional and they are just learners. They do not know even how to do tire alignment. I do not advise any one go to them. And I will not go back to them for over.

Went for a tire repair and had great service. It's definitely like an all-male barbershop, so women, be ready for that. I think they're just not sure how to talk to women without offending them. Anyway, they fixed my tire (without taking my info or quoting me, which I happen to LIKE) very quickly, and Marion even walked out to make sure the guys had bolted my spare back down. I really like this place and will definitely go back not only for tires, but for any automotive work that I need.

Great guys always fast and dependable. Had several tires fixed and changed there. Good prices and friendly staff. If they can't fix it they tell you instead of trying to do a half a** job on it. Very trustworthy

The owner is good to talk to and pretty active with overseeing the individual jobs taking place. All of the workers seem to know what they're doing and are also approachable. They showed me around and explained everything thoroughly and were very professional/timely with the repair...they were busy when I got there, but had me in and out quickly. Good independant shops are usually the way to go over bigger franchises...I'll use them again and probably discuss tire prices in the future. And garages are supposed to be dirty and dingy...it's an auto repair center, not a 5 star restaurant. These guys are good people.

I like their service. The technicians are polite, easy going, and very informative. They try their best to tell you which defects cause the problem of the vehicle. Normally, their service is fast. If you just need to change a tire, they can make it done within 20 mins when they are not busy. Even though they are busy on their daily schedules, they always try to help as soon as they can spare some time to your problem. Compared with other repair service here in Morgantown, the price is great! They also let me know what are the better options before they start to work on my vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend their service in this area!!

After bad experiences with other auto repair places I decided to give Tire Land a try when my radiator exploded. Tire Land has always given me fantastic service, been faster than expected and more than fair with their prices. I am a woman and I don't feel as though I've ever been treated unfairly in the multiple times Ive had them do repairs for me - the owner and other employees have been nothing but accommodating and honest with me, and when it comes to auto repair that is a rare find. If the shop is insanely busy you may not get the red carpet treatment immediately while they're attending to other repairs (no matter your gender or the gender of any other costumer), but you can expect fair and fast service.

Service is courteous and usually fast. Have been going there for 20 years. i often buy tires somewhere else but they never question and always give great service. Don't be put off by the dingy waiting room. I have never seen anyone there be rude. highly recommended.

Got a tire changed after it went flat on the highway. These people are so friendly and kind with reasonable prices! I will be doing my future repairs here and think it will be even better when they move to their new location on Old Cheat Road! Thanks again!

On our way home through Morgantown, we got a flat tire from a nail. While changing to the spare tire, "Lauren Kirk" Salon staff, saw me changing the flat tire and quickly recommended Tireland, and gave us easy directions. (Thank you Lauren!) Tireland staff, David and Bill had us set up with a new tire and back on the road within an hour. Very friendly, professional, helpful and reasonable! We can't thank them enough for making our misfortune as simple and easy as possible.

In short, Tire Land was very inconvenient, took 11 hours to do an alignment/balance even with a call-ahead and an early-morning drop off, and then acted defensive and unprofessional when I addressed the inconvenience. Not to mention how small and cramped their parking lot is, right against a busy road, and how grungy their waiting room is.Full story: I had called the day before and asked if the following day would be good for me to bring in my car for an alignment and balance. They said it would and said that it would take about an hour and a half to do so. I dropped my car off the next morning at 6:45 AM and asked the employee there if he would like me to leave my keys under the floor mat. He said that would be fine.I called around 8:30 AM to make sure they knew what I wanted done to it (which they should have from my call the previous day). They said they would take care of it. I then called at 1:15 PM to check the status and they said that they hadn't started yet and there were four cars ahead of me. (The guy on the phone sounded like this was the first he had heard about my car needing work.) I asked if they thought it could be done by when I got there around 3:30 and he said it would be tough. (I was later told that part of the delay was due to them looking for my keys for 30 minutes, which is ridiculous because the employee I talked to that morning told me it was ok to leave them in the car.)I then called back at 3:00 PM and they said my car was on the rack. (By their estimate, that means it should have been done by 4:30 PM.) I arrived at the shop about 3:45 PM, saw that my car was on the rack. I proceeded to wait...and wait...and wait. After sitting for 2 hours, they finally finished up around 5:45 PM. When the guy was ringing me up, I asked if there was any discount for it taking 11 hours. Instead of apologizing and trying to work toward a solution, he immediately got defensive and said that "that's just the way it is" and they have cars backlogged from the day before. I said I understood that, but I had called the day before to ask if this would be a good day (which they should know if there are backlogged cars) and then dropped mine off at 6:45 AM.Overall, the experience was unprofessional, unorganized, and extremely inconvenient. Even if their prices are slightly lower than some other places, Tire Land is not worth putting up with.

Saved me $160. Great customer service! Other places told me my brand new tire couldn't be patched. They did it and only charged me $20, saving me $160. Will definitely come back!

I'm from Canada and when I had a flat tire and damaged rim, I thought my business trip was screwed. The folks at Tireland got the rim fixed and a new tire (which none of the other six tire places I called had) and I was back on the road in less then a day. Can't say enough about the service I received at this business. Erik

I would give this place 0 stars but that s not an option. If you know anything about vehicles, you would know the young adults working on your vehicle know little to none. If you have no knowledge of mechanice work, you probably think they did a good job and provided you with good service, but that s where you re wrong. Improper care of your vehicle is all they accomplished.
