I always trust my car to the wonderful employees here! I don t take my Subaru Outback anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. The guys at the shop greet me by name. Jason especially has been so kind and honest about every concern! I ve never felt taken advantage of (like most times at the dealership). In fact, with such incredibly low prices I m amazed they can stay in business. 6 years I have been coming here and I ve never had a bad experience. I recommend this shop to everyone I know!

If you need a trustworthy mechanic, this is it. I am largely car illiterate and they take the time to explain and show me the problem and solution without my having to worry that I am being taken advantage of. I am often pleasantly surprised at the lower than expected cost, and they have done several quick fixes for me at no extra charge. They always remember me and are friendly.

This place could definitely use some parking and direction to the madness. Im here to tell you THE PROFESSIONAL ASPECT THE KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF THE INVENTORY DEFINITELY MAKES UP FOR ANYTHING THAT COULD BE PICKED @ A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE GREAT CLASS OF PEOPLE THE ONLY PLACE ILL EVER BUY MY TIRES FROM HERE ON OUTTHANK YOU FELLAS GOD BLESS GOD SPEED

This place has saved me several times, and usually in a pinch. Tires, brakes, rotors. Jason is amazing and made sure to get my car taken care of and keep me safe at the absolute last minute. He really went above and beyond. I wish I knew the names of the other guys who work there to give them a shout out as well, but they re all so caring and helpful. I am so thankful to have a place to take my car and know I m treated well and receiving quality, affordable service. Thank you again, guys!! Y all are the best!!

The gentleman working were wonderful. It was the end of the day and they were getting ready to walk up when we pulled in with a tire on the rim. They never once caused a fuss or complaint because we were the last customers how do we've been through 5 minutes later there wouldn't have been anyone there. A big thanks to the few gentlemen that stayed late to help get our front two tires fixed and get us back on the road.

Best person to go to 100% work with you and they got Financial options that are available to you recommend 100% I really do get everything I need from there and they don't only do tires they do mechanical work to and alignments I got a tone more photos with tires I have got from them I have mustang gt tires and rim from them and chevy cruise tires and rims from them to and my family got tires for the camero and dodge truck and Silverado from them they will order anything you need or looking for I'm telling you it's a go to place

Let me start by saying I m very hard to impress when it comes to services of any kind, but these guys are top notch. Prices are great and service is extraordinary. If you need tires or anything they offer do yourself a favor and go to tire lady.

Went there because I had two nails in my tire. They were so extremely helpful and have great prices too! I can t say enough about how friendly and sweet the staff were. It can be intimidating going into a car shop as a woman but they surpassed all my expectations. Will definitely be going back!

I hit the underneath of my front bumper on a high parking block and caused some damage to the fender and lower part of the bumper. The staff here are professional and friendly. They repair this issue in a quick and professional manner with a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place to repair your cars.

This was by far the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and made sure that they safely repaired my brakes at a price I could afford. They made room for me last minute in their busy day. As a gay man, I sometimes have issues with feeling unwelcome in similar settings, but this location and staff was very welcoming, informative and accepting. This will definitely be my one stop shop for all my car needs from now on!

Called ahead. Ordered tires. Tires came two days later & they called to schedule me in. Told me to come on a certain day and told they do NOT make appointments, get here at opening time to get on the books early. Arrived 15 minutes before opening. First customer to arrive. I waited FOUR hours of my car just sitting untouched!!! I sat there in the parking lot, in the lobby, in the neighborhood freezing for hours while other people walked past me strangely with appointments.

Excellent service!! They gave me an amazing deal on tires. They ended up ordering the wrong ones (higher price) and honored the original quote they gave me for he cheaper price with the more expensive tires. They were super quick and so friendly! They are also very knowledgeable and I will be going back again. Would highly recommend!!

These guys are so friendly and ready to help! I went in needing a new rattle diagnosed. Turns out it was a simple fix and a repair that one of their employees needed trained on how to do. They offered to repair my car for free if I was ok with them using the opportunity for training! I have never taken my vehicle to this shop before and my first service was a friendly, fast and free!!! The Tire Lady has earned a new customer! Thank you!!!!

I've been coming here since I've moved to Morgantown. Super honest people with great prices. I recently came in thinking I needed brakes and Jason was happy to give me a quote and schedule me in. About 10 minutes after waiting he came out and said they were fine and had about a year left. " we're not here to replace parts that don't need to." If you're looking for affordable prices and honest people, come here.

Not all heros wear capes, but Jason does! We were driving through the area and had a flat (with 10 more hours to go on our trip) with Jason's quick thinking he was able to sell us a used tire to get us home. He went above and beyond to help us in our sticky situation. We called 35 shops and no one was able to help us for a week. Jason helped us the same day all within 30 minutes. The whole staff who assisted with the tire replacement was amazing. The professionalism, especially in the middle of a pandemic was astounding. We felt safe the entire time, and so thankful. Thank you to the Tire Lady's team!!!!

These guys literally saved our family vacation! We were on a road trip when our van started having engine issues along 68. We managed to make it to this shop, where Jason, Joel, and the whole crew went far above and beyond in diagnosing, fixing, and testing the vehicle in a timely and affordable manner. They were knowledgeable, professional, hospitable, and understanding. We were back on the road within a couple hours, and the van rides and runs better than it has in years. We need more shops like this!

They are really professional and they really took care of me. Very nice people to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone. Jason and John are the spine of the front Lobby to very great guys. If you go there talk to Jason or John.

Second time I bought tires here, always super easy to work with, and it is a great local business. They can get whatever tires/wheels you're looking for. They can also be trusted, I've never let on that I know anything about cars, and they've never tried to get me on something that didn't need done. I'll keep going back.

I've been taking all of my vehicles here for years now. The other day I popped a tire on a bolt or something of the sort. I called them just as the spare was going on. They said come on over. When I arrived, they immediately took my car back. Plugged the hole and even put my spare back to it's original position. Friendly, kind staff; quick service; fair prices; and something I value most of all is their honesty.

Jason, John, and the crew at Tire Lady s Rainbow Tire are fantastic. They re competent, courteous and knowledgeable. They have kept my old Buick lesabre, my pickup, and my Yukon on the road with reasonable repair rates and stellar work for years now. Others wanted an arm and a leg to do what these guys have done. You won t find more honest and fairpriced mechanic work around Morgantown. The tire selection and prices are better than most places too. I m grateful they re my go to place for tires and mechanical work for all of my vehicles.

My wife and I experienced a tire blowout on the highway and were fortunate enough to end a up at your Morgantown location. Your staff were very friendly, courteous and very professional in making a bad situation a bit more bearable. You managed to rectify our tire problem fairly quickly and expeditiously. After leaving and on the highway some two hours away, I realized that I had left my other keys there. I called them back and they graciously sent me my keys to my Florida home. These people are fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately I cannot recommended the Blue Horizon location for routine service. After reading great reviews, I took my Audi A4 for an oil change and other services. For some backstory, I have a magnetic oil plug in my car with a small copper o-ring that goes on the plug before tightening it down. When I dropped the car off, I mentioned this to the mechanics and stated that they could just reuse the o-ring that was on there because I forgot to bring a new one, and the one on it should still be in good condition. They said no problem and we went on with the service. I was told nothing about any issues with the oil change when I picked the car up. When getting into my car the next morning, I noted a little bit of oil on my garage floor. I checked the filter - no leaks there - and noted the oil was leaking out from the seam in the belly pan. I thought maybe they just hadn't fully removed the pan before draining the oil and had made a mess. However, the oil kept leaking over the next week, to the point that most of the oil drained from my car and was all over my garage floor. It was not drivable in this condition, so I had to have a family member bring a jack and jackstands from his home in Ohio so we could investigate. Turns out, Tire Lady did not replace my copper o-ring and instead put a thin teflon-type ring that did not fit my plug so the oil had just leaked from around it. This was extremely frustrating as we had explicitly discussed this before turning the car over so I expected all to go well. In the end, I paid for a full synthetic oil change that I then had to redo myself, in addition to cleaning my garage and my belly pan. In the end, although the people I spoke with were very kind and they scheduled me in a timely manner, and I'm sure they do good work on other people's vehicles, I will not be returning.

They are the best! Hands Down! Never had issues or problems. They are not "out to get you" like some other places. They will tell you what is going on and give you the best price they can. If they can not help you (like they can't do the work you need), they will send you to someone they trust that can do it. We love Rainbow and tell everyone to go there!!

I was really impressed by these people. They're a straightforward and no bs establishment. I scheduled to have my front brake pads and rotors replaced along with my WV state vehicle inspection, which would have cost me around $300, but they told me I had plenty of pad left on my brakes and saved me a ton and paid only $14. You just don't find that kind of honestly often these days. They'll have my business for anything I need from here on. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I have been to Rainbow Tire Lady three times, and I would highly recommend them. Their tire prices are some of the lowest in the area, their service is fast, their staff is friendly, and they always do their best to accommodate the customer. I am not knowledgeable about cars, but they always explain everything to me. I don't trust every car shop in the area - I worry some are just trying to make me spend more money - but they've never tried to up sell me or try and have me buy things I don't need. As long as I live in Morgantown I won't get my tires anywhere else.

They do not rip you off like everyone else. Nice people treat you right. Free coffee, tv, wireless, I can work while I wait for my car, never too long a wait. No appointment necessary but if you made one they honor it.
