So glad I went ahead and got a membership the car wash is amazing. I got to be the first car through the wash cleaned my car very good. The vacuums are amazing best vacuums I've ever used in my car. The customer service is out of this world such nice people working up here

Definitely one of the best car washes we ve ever gone through! Only reason it doesn t get 5 stars is because we paid for the membership for it to be closed half the month. Literally.The first few times we went through it was great and there was one employee we really liked! This last time it was different employees who were kind of rude to us and told us that if we came through that much mud on our vehicle that we wouldn t be allowed to go through.. when it really wasn t bad, the only mud our truck sees is some from our driveway.. it s not like I m paying 30$/50$ a month for them to clean my truck or anything

Prices are fair and the vacuums/cleaning bays are awesome but unfortunately, the scratching caused by the wash is horrible! I had two different vehicles through the wash and noticed scratching after only a few visits.

Easily the best Car Wash in Morgantown! The vacuums were free with my wash, tons of unlimited microfiber cloths and free surface cleaner spray to use inside my car, and even a tire pump and compressed air gun that I used to blow out all the crumbs in my cupholders! I have washed every single day since they've opened with my unlimited club membership and it's been worth every penny! Plus it's right off the interstate next to the new Texas Roadhouse and Bass Pro Shop! 5 STARS!

This was wonderful! Everyone made the process so easy. They have free vacuums and free cleaner and towels so you can easily clean the inside too! The man walking around even told me I could give them my mats and they would clean them off for me. It s pricy but definitely worth it!!

CAUTION - CAUSES SCRATCHING.My family purchased a month of unlimited drive through car washing, thinking this seemed like a good promo. After taking our new 2023 Trailblazer through twice, scratches began to appear. This is a new vehicle which never has been driven off road nor had the hood scratched, and these appeared the day of our second car wash. Note that the scratches are in an arc pattern, following the rotation of the drive through car wash components.Not sure if the car wash varies it s pressure based on the size of vehicle - meaning vehicles which are a bit larger and have a tighter fit in the auto car wash tunnel get hit harder. Either way, not cool.

The quality of this car wash was low. We paid for the dry n shine wash and it did not clean the back or front of the car at all. The dirt was still there like it wasn t even touched. The areas that were cleaned elsewhere had soap spots still left on.

I have been to a lot of car washes, but this by far was the best I have ever been to. I went during their opening week when they gave out free car washes (which was genius). They not only gave out free washes, but also a membership deal which I quickly signed up for after getting my wash. Not only did my car look sparkling, they also provided two sizes of vacuums, compressed air, and even cleaner/rags. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I highly recommend this car wash!

I went to the wash and was offered the promotion that consisted of paying for one wash and receiving a one month membership. After going through, I quickly decided I would not be going back, as the scratches left on my car were VERY noticeable. I then canceled the membership, but was then later on charged $53 for the next month. I reached out to customer service explaining that I had canceled the membership, had not used the wash anymore, was not going to use it anymore, and hadn't use it since it charged me, and so would therefore like refunded, and after going round and round with 2 different employees, they refused to refund me. They told me I could just let someone else use the pass for the month that I had paid for. I explained that was not necessary, as I canceled due to the damage it did to my vehicle, but was still charged for the next month, and they still refused to refund the charge.

Bought the pass and out of the past 5 attempts to get my car washed, I was only able to do so once. It s either issues with the pass or they are just randomly closed. Decent car wash but you d expect more reliable and consistent service for the premium price they charge. Ended up getting a pass to the one on the other side of the hill and have found they are consistently open. Overall not impressed.

Our first tidal wave auto spa experience left us impressed and excited to return. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch service. My car was sufficiently clean but the part that really sold me was the amenities after and the covered roof is a great addition!! No doubt I'm joining the clean club!

No wonder the they are giving away free $30 washes!!!! It scratches your car to hell and back. Just got my blazer in July and is completely scratched from front to back

I recently had an outstanding experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa Car Wash. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole process enjoyable. Employees of the shop are all nice and friendly.. awesome!Wash is good not great at the moment and I know that they can improve it as other carwash shops can..My cars (brand new) have swirl marks now because of the scrubbing before the wash itself. Imagine your car so dirty and they scrub it. I want to suggest, which they started to do a few days back, pressure washers but with good power to remove dirt. The ones they are using now are low in pressure that they still need to scrub.If there is really a need to scrub. Then use microfiber car scrubber but be mindful to always soak and clean the scrub before scrubbing the cars top to bottom.But still, high pressure washer would be better..

This car wash offers five different levels of car washing. They have single car wash prices or a monthly membership where you can get a wash multiple times during the month for the same price. The car wash is done by spinning brushes, they re not really brushes, but cloth strips that do an excellent job washing the car. The tire clean and wheel cleaning is really good. The only thing that is a negative about this car wash is that there are no employees to clean the interior but there is a free vacuuming area where you do it yourself. I recommend this place.

I purchased a membership for this car wash last month. Before agreeing to purchase, I asked multiple people about the options for cancellation in case I did not want to continue on the next month. I had have issues with the car wash flipping my mirrors backwards, so I chose to cancel my membership (two weeks before time for renewal). I was charged the next month $53 for a membership I did not want (AND that I cancelled)! I called the day after they charged my card to try to get it taken care of. I was connected with customer service and they emailed the manager and I emailed the manager and did not hear back, so I went to the car wash the next day to try to get it figured out. I was refunded for the remainder of the month but I was charged $10 for THEIR mistake because I was out of town and couldn t get to the car wash until the day after. I would be aware of all of these things when considering purchasing a membership.

I had a great experience today at Tidal Wave. The system malfunctioned and didn't wash my car when I first drove through, and even though there was a line down the road to turn into the lot, the assistant manager guided me through to the front of the line to get a rewash. He was extremely courteous and professional, and maintained his cool even though other customers were not pleasant. This place was great and I will return!

I must admit, I'm impressed. I wish I had taken a picture of the pricing menu. There were 4 tiers, I chose the 2nd one which included all that I wanted & more for $21 + tax. They "mop" the hard areas before going through the brushed wash & dry...but wait, there's more...now you drive to an adjoining bay where you can use fresh microfiber clothes to dry, compresses air to get the drips out of crevices, & a super strong vacuum. The wash included underneath wash, wheels, tire shine, & a long list of other items. Excellent.

The wash itself if nice and so are the vacuums it s superior to the og expressway at the bottom of the hill. But it s fairly expensive for the area and the first month they were open you couldn t even get a wash for a week out of the month you paid for the subscription so I canceled my subscription and intended to ride out the rest of it and they should ve extended it the extra few days they weren t washing cars. I understand winter happens but they could ve still been open like every other wash . It also scratched my car and left a few scuff marks so if you have an expensive car or good paint job don t do through the wash. But it s all corporate greed in the end for them not extending the membership since they were closed for a week of it

Two days in a row closed. That s unacceptable even if it s cold outside. The other car wash that has employees is open every day, rain, snow, or cold weather.Hands down Tidal Wave is the better car wash, but unreliable. I m a rideshare driver and I take pride in having a clean car. This doesn t make the cut.I don t care about your response to try to justify why you ve been closed for two days when the other car wash that is less than a mile from you is full operational!

It made my day to enjoy such a clean car! The staff was incredibly nice and efficient. I m from out of town and miss my old car car wash. The vacuums have insane suction but my favorite thing on earth is the air blower. It blows the excess water out of the mirrors/handles etc and gets all of the dog air out of the cracks in my car! If you can t tell I m a huge fan! Thanks!

It's really really hard to go to an automatic wash with a big truck because they just don't get them clean. This place does, the vacuums and detail area are great and make it worth the money now and then. I usually detail at home, but if I can't, then this is where Im going for a quickie.

Best car wash I ve been to hands down. They also offer free microfiber towels and cleaning spray. There s also two different vacuums to use and compressed air to spray out the hard to reach places.

So glad to see that they brought the brushes back. With them, they get your vehicle so much cleaner. The vacuums also work amazing. And all the employees were very nice. We also got a membership and glad that we did!

Very helpful and kind staff. The car wash actually touches your vehicle instead of just spraying it with soapy water like every other car wash in town. Best car wash in Morgantown, hands down!

Took advantage of the free wash and was considering a membership. I did not realize until my car was in neutral and locked in the belt that it was not a touchless wash. Upon inspecting my vehicle after, I realized that going through this car wash completely scratched my new vehicle. My back windshield is chipped, very visible scratches everywhere with paint chips. Extremely disappointed and not sure what next steps to take to get this resolved.

Wow. Very quality graphene x4 soap and the best vaccums in the business. Also I love that they provide you windex to clean your windows on a cart by the vaccums. But my favorite part is the air hose to blow out stuff. Ex. Blow air everywhere to get all the dirt and stuff out of the cracks and buttons and the ac vents. They do have pretty long lines during the day when I went by a few times this week, but when I returned later just before close there was no wait. Also. I was given a free carwash coupon and when I went there to use it, they offered me a whole month of their top tier package ( a 60$ value ) for only ten dollars!!!! I jumped on that deal quick! Thanks Tidal Wave yall rock!
