I dropped my car off a few weeks ago for a repair and they ended up finding out that my rear brakes needed replaced supposedly. When I dropped my car off, my brakes were working just fine. I told them I'd come back to have them replaced at a later date. When I pulled out of the lot, I had no brakes at all. I couldn't stop my car. So I left it with them to have it repaired. I paid several hundred dollars for this when i didnt even have the money for it. It's only a few weeks later and now I have no brakes again. I don't know what these people did to my car but I am not satisfied or happy. Now I'm screwed with no vehicle and no money to take it back to them so they can charge me another $600+. I gave them no permission to look at anything other than the initial repair i brought it there for. They should've never even looked at my brakes.** Update ** They repaired my brakes today and covered it under warranty even though it wasn't an issue they repaired prior. I was happy about that. I picked my car up, and the service advisor told me that they will no longer do business with me in the future. I was not rude to them, other than this review. Anyhow, I said okay, I got home, and now I have no emergency brakes. I called and got no explanation from the mechanic or the advisor, I was just told to drop it back off so they can look at it again. Once again, my emergency brake worked fine before leaving my car at their shop today. Someone obviously didn't attach something properly or something, I received no apology or any kind of care. I was just told to bring it back. Absolutely not. I've been here three times and 2 out of 3 times, I left with something else broken.**UPDATE** They DID NOT reattach my emergency brake cable like they said swore they did, because they BROKE the locking tabs. They cut it and shoved it up where it goes. I just had the e-brake replaced within this year. They also filled up my brake fluid way passed the max line. Basic mechanic knowledge says thats bad for your master cylinder. What a joke.

I had an exhaust issue that made driving my truck unbearably loud. I called these guys, and not only did they get me in to evaluate the issue the same day, they fixed the issue within a couple of hours THAT DAY, and they were very reasonably priced. I will definitely return if I have car issues again. I cannot recommend South Park Service Center enough. Highly, highly recommend.

I am sure they are great mechanics, but terrible customer service. I called in ahead of time to get my car repaired and they set up an appointment for me over a week in advance and said they would be more than willing to work with our warranty coverage. As soon as I walked in, the guy is bashing his computer keyboard and dropping expletives left and right and says that he can't work on my car today and that I would have to come in at a different time, even though he was the one who set up my appointment. Maybe caught them on a bad day, but this experience was terrible and I'm not sure how they have such good reviews with how this guy seems to treat people.

Since I ve been at WVU I ve had several mishaps with my car and have been severely taken advantage of, blindsided, overcharged, and treated like I m stupid and don t know what I m talking about. So coming from a 20 year old girl I cannot recommend South Park enough for anything your car needs.My steering crapped itself last October and South Park was the only shop that could do the work and fit me in the next day. Once they started replacing my steering rack I got a call saying bad news . The power steering lines needed replaced, but the bad news was just that they couldn t get it done for two more days due to part wait time they didn t charge me for the lines because it wasn t on the original quote. So thankful and generous!I just picked my car up today where they throughly checked out my steering components because something felt off and I also had a coolant flush done. They were extremely honest and let me know that it was probably the struts starting to go but weren t going to tell me they needed replaced because they don t yet.Something that some of my car ppl might appreciate too - they designate on the shop ticket that my car has a flashed ecu so as to not disconnect the battery. Extremely appreciative!

I ran over a screw and needed a tire repair asap to go out of town. They were just finishing up a car and got me right in. It was a super friendly hometown atmosphere and they did a great job. I needed my tires rotated as well and they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Not to mention, GREAT pricing. Walmart was going to be double the price and a 4 hour wait. Thanks South Park!!

As an out of town college student, I was worried about finding a local, reliable repair shop. I had several issues with the front end, suspension, and brakes on my car.The guy working the desk was friendly and very helpful.I had my car in on a Wednesday, and it was done the next day.After I left a a light came on my dash related to the repairs, when I brought my car back they happily resolved that issue too.I highly recommend South Park Service Center.

I've been here twice now and am astounded by how quickly these guys work and how fair their prices are! I first came there because of a noise from my wheel that even the most experienced people I knew couldn't identify the source of. They took the car and called me back in just a few hours to let me know the problem they fixed for a fraction of the price I expected. They had to change my breaks after I came back for an inspection the other day. But even then, it all took a few hours and cost significantly less than it would have from most other mechanics I've been to.Best of all, they're highly professional and spoke to me with full transparency, especially Timmy. They informed me when I first called them that they only serve walk-ins and that early Monday mornings will be the best possible time to drop off.I don't drop reviews very often, but this was a five star interaction worth sharing and they will certainly be seeing me next time I have a car issue!

Needed new tires on my car. Shop was so busy the owner himself put them on for me! After looking at the old tires, he could tell our car was out of alignment and would have worn our brand new tires out. After a four-wheel alignment , I was out the door. I will never go anywhere else such great people and definitely recommend them to anyone! Many thanks SOUTH PARK SERVICE CENTER

I went on homecoming Saturday with a loose exhaust and Justin was very kind in dealing with my dilemma 6 hours from home and within 15 minutes had my truck on the lift and the technician resecuring my exhaust. I was out within 1/2 hr with no appointment. I would highly recommend South Park service center!! Thank you so much for not blowing me off!Service: Exhaust

First time, I went there to repair the leak in the exhaust. Got the appointment pretty quick. They explained all the options I had and I got the best option at a reasonable price. They were very friendly and reliable. Next time I went there for battery change and I needed cheapest option which they didn't have but suggested me some options which turned out great.

They went above and beyond to help me with my car, even making sure that I would be able to pick it up under extremely inconvenient circumstances for them. Mechanics communicated well, and showed me firsthand what was going to be fixed on my vehicle.

I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful South Park Service truly is. Long story short, we were from out of tow, staying in a hotel for our daughter s surgery. My husband called Friday morning, they immediately got us in and allowed us to borrow their personal car so we could get to the hospital. They had the car ready within hours. We were so appreciative. Truly top notch service & we will never ever forget their genuine care and efficiency. Our car is running smoothly and we were able to get home without any issues.

The kindest gentlemen I ve ever had my Acura serviced from. They are honest, communicative, kind and do their best to keep things within the budget. I ve had unfortunate experiences with other auto dealers and these guys blow them out the park. They are genuine with their work and words, and are best of the best. I had a rather unusual emergency when my axle broke at 9pm on Sunday. I needed to be home by Tuesday night and I was worried it would not be fixed in time. On Monday morning I called South Park Service Center upon recommendation from another mechanic that candidly said he did not have the staff to take me in and SPSC said they would try hard to fix my axle by Tuesday afternoon. So I towed the car there, told them my special requests to keep the original parts and to check the other axle to make sure it would not also break. Then I went elsewhere and was prepared to spend Monday night in town.To my surprise, they had ordered the part in the morning right after they took in the car, and had it fixed by the afternoon on Monday. Nice crew, seemingly honest, and quick.Thank you for getting me home on time.

I have used South Park SC since moving here last year and have been so appreciative of all the service they have provided me. It s a long story but after my car broke down beyond my own means to fix it they helped me sell it and helped me fix up the next car I bought. It has been a very troubled car with lots of problems, but the guys at SPSC have been so helpful through each repair. They are fast with their repairs, fair in their pricing, solid in their service, and put customer satisfaction above all. No matter who I have worked with, each person there has been just as great as the last. I won t be taking my car to any other shop and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop with quality service!

At 50 years of age, I've been to many auto service centers, but this place blew me away. The professionalism and expertise, the forthright communication and just plain old good manners. My wife and I are so thankful to have met Kenny, Timmy, and the rest of the team at South Park Service Center. It's the first time I've paid the bill at an auto repair place and felt that I should definitely have paid more. These are the mechanics you re looking for. You won t be gouged or told something is wrong with your vehicle that isn t, truly hard to find a good shop, before you read further rest assured you ve come(or will be going)to the right place!Recently took my Wrangler in for an issue with some misfires. They were knowledgeable, friendly and able to look over the vehicle to make sure it was mechanically sound. They discovered a service bulletin for the computer to be flashed via Mopar. I m upset to have to bring it to the dealer but will undoubtedly be visiting South Park Service Center for any and all of my mechanical and maintenance needs.

What can I say except these people are awesome! Easy to talk to and polite. My car had an issue of a loud banging noise coming from one of the wheels. I recently had work done at the car dealership where they installed part, so I figured it may be related. I called South Park and they told me to bring it in. They confirmed that a bolt was missing and others were loose, both relates to the brake job. Their response was immediate and they helped me out on the same day I needed the help.Will work with them in the future for car repairs!

My daughter's car broke down and we did not have any way to get to her. We called Kevin at South Park Auto based off the reviews. He was able to get her car in the same day and provide us with frequent updates on problems and potential pricing. It was so nice to have someone so upfront and available. We will use South Park again for sure and are very thankful for his quick , reliable service.

My front brakes needed replaced and were wearing fast. I took my car to South Park during my lunch break at work and it was finished in less than 3 hours. They even checked for any other problems that may have been caused due to the brakes being worn so badly. Price was very fair, too. This shop is wonderful, they fit me in when I had an emergency breakdown and didn't know anywhere else to go after the dealership informed me they couldn't fix my vehicle until may 10th. Very courteous and professional, would recommend them 1000 times to everyone.

These guys were awesome! We were traveling from Buffalo, NY to Charlotte, NC down I-79 when all of sudden we heard a loud thumping noise from the front end of our van. We called around to 5 places with no luck. Then called South Park Service and they got us right in and back on the road in half an hour.

Kevin and his crew are awesome. I woke up to a flat tire while on vacation. This shop was near by and I saw they had phenomenal reviews here and my experience confirms those reviews. Very pleased. Service technician gave me updates on what was happening to my car when it was diagnosed and sent over pictures and explanation/expectations on costs and how well my car would work after! I ended up getting a new car after their assessment and I appreciate their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Will definitely go back if I have any issues.
