Recently purchased a Ford Escape at Scott C's. Our salesperson was Carl Moser and he was so great. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. We were treated excellent by Dan and Amber as well. Our car is in great condition and we are satisfied with our entire experience! I highly recommend dealing with Scott C's.

Andy O. was upfront and honest from the minute I pulled on the lot. Their attention to detail for me and my family was impeccable. I am so glad I didn't have to experience haggling over prices and worrying if I was getting a good deal (trust me, you will here)!!! I never once felt pressured into buying a car that I didn't want and I never felt pressured about buying something too quickly or without discussing different financial options that would work best for me. I am over the moon about my beautiful Mitsubishi Outlander and even more happy about the price. I will never go to another dealer and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know! Go see Roger Woods for a fair trade value on your vehicle and an easy, no high pressure deal! The easiest car buying experience we've ever had! We just had a newborn and they processed things quickly and got us on the road back home in our new 2016 Jeep Limited!! We couldn't be happier with the vehicle and service we received!! I bought my 2019 car from Scott C's and was so surprised at the price they were able to offer on it. They do their best to give you a great deal based on the market value of their cars and the people there are awesome! Amber and Dan spent a lot of time helping me find my best financing offer. Made my experience as a first time car buyer easy!

I purchased my 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Scott C's about a year and a half ago and I STILL can't say enough great things about my experience with them, especially with Amber Miller! After a test drive and falling in love, Amber gave me plenty of time to think about things and in NO way was the typical "sales'' type. She was very kind, explained everything simply and paid close attention to details to help me through the incredibly simple (and quick) finance process and paperwork. I was in and out in under an hour and as I drove away I giggled the whole way home - Amber had set the XM radio on my favorite channel - Pearl Jam Radio!! Details like these will keep me going back to Scott C's!

Bought a car from this lot last week. They have a great selection of nice cars- all of them are in great shape with pristine interiors. It was as stress-free an experience as car buying can be. Everyone was helpful, respectful and not pushy at all. Pete helped me get set up in my ride. Had a great experience with him! I d recommend Scott C s to anyone looking for a nicely-used car.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Scott C's, and both were great deals. Scott C's have fair values, and don't leave you upside down in your new car as some of the other dealerships do. Roger Woods was our salesperson and was great to work with. We had our 2 small children with us, the process was quick and painless. They truly treat you like family. We love getting our happy birthday cards and phone calls each year.

Needed a car right away, with specific requirements. Being my wife and I purchased a vehicle here about 3 years ago, we returned based on their diverse selection and fair market prices. We were immediately greeted by our Salesman s, Pete Pro. He was great!! He took the time and listened to our every request, found us exactly what we were looking for and had us approved, and on the road in our new vehicle. I truly can t say enough great things about Scott C s! They were absolutely incredible to work with and made my experience so enjoyable. I explored the possibility of getting a new car about three years ago, but abruptly decided to quit the search because I could not stand the experience I had with every dealership I went to. The pushy sales tactics and calls were non stop. Over the weekend we went to Scott C s and were lucky enough to work with Amber who was so knowledgeable and truly listened to what we were looking for. She educated us on what to look for in a pre owned vehicle and thoroughly walked us through every fine detail of the car. I never imagined I would ve walked away that same day with a car I absolutely love, feeling so confident about the decision. Not to mention they have such a great selection of vehicles! Impressed and grateful is an understatement.

My wife and I have gone to Scott C's (Morgantown location) for our last two car purchases. They have nice cars for a great price. One of the major reasons we are return buyers is because of their customer service, which is outstanding. Carl, a great and personable salesman, has helped us with both purchases. He goes above and beyond by checking in with his customers every few months, including birthday wishes and holiday greetings. Overall, I highly recommend Scott C's to anyone looking for a quality vehicle for a great price. Be sure to ask for Carl; he's a great guy.

After months of searching online for our next family vehicle we opted with Scott C's, not only for the convenience of location, but the great selection of vehicles. I just purchased my dream car from Scott C's! The car was an amazing price and has great mileage. I was in shock to find that this car was thousands of dollars less and in amazing condition compared to the other Jeep Compasses I saw at other dealerships. Roger was so helpful and didn't waste anytime. I was able to make the purchase of my new car and trade in my old car within the hour! I am so impressed and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

My husband and I bought a SUV a few months ago. I never do reviews but I have too! Scott C's is wonderful. Carl is excellent. For Christmas he sent me a personal email asking how we liked the car and remembered that we were having a baby and asked how the new baby was. Also he remembered we were getting married. I couldn't believe he did that... after we bought a car he still cared. I was truly amazing. I will always go back to Scott C's for our car needs. Carl really does love his job and it shows. I can't express enough how wonderful and kind Carl was. Thank you Carl and Scott C's!

My boyfriend and I came looking for a car but were on a pretty tight budget. Alex was extremely helpful and we left the lot with a car that was right in our price range, and way nicer than we expected we could ever afford! Couldn't be happier with the selection and service at Scott C's. Anyone who is looking for a high quality used vehicle should stop by and ask for Alex, you definitely won't regret it!

We previously bought a vehicle from this company a couple of years ago and was very satisfied with the staff and the vehicle. Back then we said, "The next vehicle we buy, we would like to buy from here" and we did :0) We have been to numerous car dealers and Scott' C's by far is in the lead when it comes to respecting the customer (which is very important to me). Special thanks to Carl, who made the purchase quick, easy, painless, and amusing :0), Donnie for going out in the snow storm a few weeks ago and letting us test drive the car, and Amber for always working with us on getting the warranty work completed. My husband had been researching SUV's for months now and no one has been able to touch the prices offered by Scott C's. They also offer really good warranty options! Also, something different about Scott C's is that once they sell you a car, they later call and make sure everything is going well not only with the vehicle, but with life itself.I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to buy a NICE, LOW MILEAGE, BEST PRICE vehicle with caring staff, SCOTT C'S is the place.

I went into Scott C's (on Halloween day, 2015) hoping that I would be able to find a vehicle that same day, and drive off their lot with no worries. Not only did Carl Moser and the rest of their staff make my car buying experience a remarkable one, but they were willing to find the absolute best deal for me. Their kind and courteous work ethic is completely noteworthy, and I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for a great deal on a car, and at a great price. We had an AMAZING experience at Scott C's! Buying our first car as a couple, my wife and I were a little stressed. I simply emailed an inquiry about a car we were interested and the team got back to me within minutes. Donnie Sines went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable with the car and the deal. I fully expected to have to play "hard ball" when it came to a price, but their haggle free low up-front cost has gained customers for life. Could not be more happy with our experience! Carl at Scott C's is a pleasure to work with, honest and up-front about everything, I've been very satisfied and pleased BOTH times I've dealt with Carl. A year after my first purchase he was still calling regularly to check on the vehicle, and our well-being. The cars on the lot are very clean, low miles, and very reasonably priced. He never pressured us, and more than likely... I'll be back for a 3rd time! I would strongly recommend stopping by to take a look at what they have.

In our process of purchasing a larger vehicle, the staff at Scott C's were amazing. No games, no hassle, great price. With 4 young children with me, the staff gave great attention to them as well. They were quick, efficient, and honest. Will highly recommend to anyone. The process was so easy, and I was thoroughly impressed. Though it shouldn't matter, as a female buying a vehicle, I wasn't given the run around that I have in the past. Thanks Roger.

This is the first vehicle that I have purchased at Scott C's. They have a good selection of quality used vehicles, and I have looked in the past without buying. There is no pressure or hassle to buy a car. I went back again, because I wanted to buy a vehicle from Carl Moser. He is friendly, caring, and honest. Carl and Dan Ulrich were there to help my wife and me with our purchase. We found a great buy on a quality vehicle and had outstanding customer service.

Our family purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth from Scott C's Auto Outlet back in 2015. We had such an awesome experience that we wanted to take our business there again in December. Carl, the car guy, helped put us in a beautiful 2016 Chrysler Town & Country van (we've had vans in the past and really liked them). Carl was wonderful to work with! He was very personable, upfront, and treated us with the utmost respect (and was great w/our 10 year old son!) Amber was very professional and quick with the paperwork. We love going to Scott C's for vehicles because 'what you see is what you get', no haggling, they give you the best price up front. My time is valuable and they respect that! We had such an incredible experience again that we went back to see Carl this past Friday, January 13th and picked out a 2016 Jeep Cherokee! Thanks Carl & Amber for all your help! I just bought a 2015 Jeep Compass from Scott C's, and Carl Moser was our salesman. He was an awesome guy to work with! He was very straight forward, and honest with us! Carl also made us feel like we were extremely important, and really valued our business. I absolutely love our new jeep, and the professionalism at the lot. Carl Moser is easily the best car salesman around. We bought a great Jeep Cherokee at the lowest prices we could find anywhere on the Internet and at local dealerships. There was never any pressure to buy and they were very patient when we were dealing with getting our insurance check back after our car was totaled. This place has definitely earned its top reputation.

Thank you Carl Moser for the wonderful service when I purchased my Jeep Cherokee Limited on March 20. My son's jeep was also purchased from Scott C's a few years ago and Carl gave us the same great buying experience then also. Thank you to Amber in the finance department too!
