Sam, the owner, is one of the best car sales people you ll ever meet! Very knowledgable and honest, he walked me through all my options and made sure i get the car i need, i am very happy with my purchase from RT7 and will highly recommend it to anyone really! Thank you again Sam!!

If I could rate it a zero I would. This place is terrible. All they care about is money, they defiantly ripped me off. Didn t want too help fix the problem. gave me a car with a bunch of issues including needing a new transmission after telling me there was nothing wrong with the car. told me their other cars had problems but the one I was going too get had nothing wrong with it Go to gazsi motors, very nice guy who has helped me tremendously !! If it wasn t for him I probably wouldn t have a car.

The man that owns this used car dealership is very disrespectful. His employee there kept telling us that he would be there at 5 to 7 minutes... 45 - 50 minutes later he shows up and was very disrespectful. He acted like he didn't want to sell us a car he wanted us to beg him to sell us a car.... We was trying to work a price out for a car and I ended up deciding that I didn't want him to have any of my money. I really hope that. He doesn't deserve business from anyone until he learns how to treat people with respect.... The owner is disrespectful and needs a lesson in actright

They have all kinds of cars but it is up to you to choose a good one. Take the car and have it inspected with couple of mechanics and get a opinion. Shorty Anderson s would be a great place to get the cars inspected before purchase.If there are issues, use it as a point to bargain the price as much as possible. You do not want to get stuck with a lemon car. I got a decent Toyota Avalon from here.

Absolute horrible. This is the most dishonest group of people I ve ever done business with. Do NOT do business with these people. Gave me a price on a car of $7,999, go there and they sell the car to me at $8,799 without once telling me that they raised the price. I didn t even realize what happened unti I had a chance to go over the paperwork. When I called them out on it they told me that it was too late to return the car. This was less than 2 hours later!!! Take the car to get inspected, after they claimed that it should pass without problem, the car needs rotors and rear control arms. The control arm is bad enough that the car isn t even safe to drive! How do you sell a car that isn t even safe to drive? I am in talks with an attorney now about how to make this dealership cover the repairs needed, reimburse the fraudulent overcharge, and/or return the car for a refund. These people are borderline criminal. Want to know why they have more than a 1 star rating? Because the only people who are giving them 5 stars are employees! They even lie on google reviews! Do NOT do business with these people!!!

I stopped here today with the hope that I could get a car before the end of the day.. I am so use to hearing "sorry we can't help you", but when I walked in and started talking with Todd, he did his best to help me drive away in a car before closing hours today.. Not only did they help me do that within a few hours, they are very polite and do their best to help anyone. I would definitely recommend going here if you need a great car. I am very happy that this was the first car lot that I decided to stop at today... Thank you to the whole team at RT7AUTO... You guys are amazing..

(Update: It was the feedback for the auto rt7 repair shop that used to be connected to rt7 auto sales but not anymore.)Good people and friendly, working fast. I am just not sure about the price that they charged me. For 20 minutes they got 50 dollars. However, as I said, they could make excuses to make it longer but they didn't.

I would give a zero but not able to if i wish to rate them. Paid 5 grand for a motor install since they told me mine was done. And three months later six trips back it still runs worse than when i brought it in in the first place. Found out the job they performed was also an expensive price for what they charged me. So got ripped off money wise and to make the pot sweeter they screw me on thr motor itself and porr workmanship, topped off with horrible customer service and poorphone answering/return capabilities. Such a nice experience let me tell you!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

My wife bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from this company. We haven't even made her second payment on the car yet. When she bought the car she told them about her concern that the brake roaters may be bad. As it turns out, she was correct and we had to replace the brakes, roaters, and both control arms. Her catalytic converter was on the verge of going out 3 weeks ago and she talked to the dealership and they told her they doubted it was the cat as they rarely go out before 100,000 miles anymore. Let me share that she bought the car at 95,000 miles. My wife took the car to Subaru to get it properly diagnosed and sure enoughThe catalytic converter is definitely bad and has to be replaced. Along with $3500 worth of other stuff that the dealership failed to look at before it was sold to her to even get it legal enough to get it properly inspected by the State of Pennsylvania which is where we live.

I bought a 2010 chevy traverse paid 6500 cash for it didnt realize it wasnt even inspected until i got pulled over and was given a warning called the very next day and was told to take it and have it inspected when i called to tell them what was wrong and what it needed i literally got NO WHERE ... drove it for about a monrh and then it just completely shut off on me christmas eve had it towed and its been sitting ever sense with a blown engine. They dont wanna so anything but blame it on me and rob that works there in the office is a DAM JOKE .... BEWARE THIS CAR LOT IS A RIP OFF

The cars are roaches. The oldguy who gets there b4 the owner gets there is nice enough, but, he can't do anything without the owner. The owner is a man who couldn't care less about his customer

It's the best place to fix your car temporarily. I had fuel pump problem and he fixed for 450$ two days later I had the exact same problem so he tried to charge me 450$ again but I refused. took the car to another auto repair cost 120$ the car still running

Would not recommend, test drove a car and the brakes wouldn t work until it was touching the floor. Felt very unsafe, plus no inspection but was told they d take care of it.

Spoke to someone the day before about a car and was told it was available. I drove an hour and a half to go look at it to find they sold it yesterday before I spoke to someone about it.
