The only problem with how great this place is, is that so many people know how great this place is, so more and more people are taking their vehicle here.They re usually busy, so be patient with them. Great people to deal with. Fair pricing. And I m not nervous taking my vehicles here, unlike some other places. I feel they respect you and your vehicle here.

This is my second time here. Best auto mechanic I ve ever used hands down and I don t think I ve ever wanted to write an online review before. Prices are phenomenal, the couple in charge of the shop are very kind, and most importantly there is no BS here like it is at Valvoline or other shops. I wanted an oil change and nothing else and they didn t try to hustle me to fix the other things (I m planning on getting them done when I find the parts). I didn t have to argue or anything. Also they have a puppy right now and he s adorable. Other customers in the shop at the time I was there all seemed to be close friends with the shop owners. I think that s a great sign and representative of a great local business.Service: Oil change

All the people here are absolutely terrific at what they do they go miles for you when your vehicle is in their shop you know your vehicle is being well taken care of when with them everyone is so honest here and that s how it should be everywhere 5 and more stars for me

I took my Jeep to Rockwell to get it inspected. I loved that their dog greeted me at the door. My Jeep ended up needing brake pads. They discussed the different options and the prices with me. They completed the work in a very timely manner. I was out of there in less than an hour. They were also very nice. It was raining pretty hard when it was time for me to leave and they kept my Jeep in the garage and let me leave through there so that I didn't have to walk out in the rain.

These guys aligned a car that I thought was going to need a whole new front end. You're going to have a hard time finding anyone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail this much.

The best there is for auto repair in the TRI state. Family owners and operated, knowledgeable, friendly, honesty, and dependable. It doesn't get any better than this. If your tired of dealing with poor service and excuses, stop in and let them take care of your auto issues.

This shop gives the best service. I've had them put tires on my rv, they put a wheel bearing on my brothers SUV. Gene is one of there mechanics who seems to be espically knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs repairs or parts. Great place, great people!

Never sure about going to a new place to get my beloved babies fixed. Brakes went out on my mini rv, Timothy, and I was driving with only front brakes to a place that did mytires before-I gave them 5 stars cause they rock. Trying to save myself and others, I remembered there was a car place wayyyy before the place I was going so I stopped there and told them what I THOUGHT was wrong. They said they could do it and i checked their rating and they got four 5 star ratings so I said OK and left it there. The lady showed me so much hospitality-put their beautiful dog in the garage so I could bring my dog in while I waited. She even offered me a ride back to my place a couple miles up the road which I took her up on at a later time. Tried to give her 7 bucks and she wouldn't take it. YAY I GOT AN AUTO SHOP CLOSE TO HOME THAT WILL BE MY REGULAR . I like my vehicles to get the best service.
