Cliff and the sales staff in Morgantown are awesome. They treated me very well and made my deal easy. I would recommend anyone looking for a new side by side to go to Morgantown and see them they will take good care of you.

Drove 4 hours round trip to purchase an ATV from PARCS. Dealers closer to home said they couldnt come close to matching the price I received at PARCS. Fantastic price and friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and buy your next UTV or ATV from PARCS.

From sales to financing, each department is amazing at what they do. Walked in for a specific quad, left with it on the back of my truck. Didn't try to push anything more expensive on me at all. They were awesome to work with and relatively fast with all the paperwork. Very happy with everything from start to finish. We will 100% be returning when we decide to buy another one. Thank you to the entire Parcs team.

OMG. If you love Polaris or Indian motorcycles than this is the place. They will hold vehicles for you to come see. We bought our 2019 Polaris SL Slingshot below book value and got a great extended warranty.

If you are going to purchase a Canam or a Polaris please be advised to take your machine to have it serviced elsewhere. Ryan Festa, the service manager is totally rude to the customers. She will lie and never calls you back when she says she s going to. I ordered a magnet for the winch on a 2023 Polaris General and also a riding command needed replaced on my $40,000.00 machine and she said that she ordered the magnet but she didn t. Lost all of my maps on my flash drive from my 2021 Polaris RZR that I used to have. So please be aware of this service department. Read other reviews.Cole McHenry

They had what we needed when no one else did. They cut us a deal on two four wheelers. Then added $1500 a piece to them for delivery which put them right back up to normal price. All the other places that sell them have a $500 destination fee.

Bought our 2019 Polaris Sportsman 570 SP at this location. We love the machine. The sales experience was decent. However we recently rolled the machine and have called the service department twice, per instruction by the insurance company, to have an inspection done on the ATV. We ve left multiple messages for Ryan over several days and have received no calls back. RG in Bridgeport answered on the first try, was very helpful and got us scheduled quickly.

I have bought two machines from them and each time it has been worth the 2 hour drive. Troy is great to work with. He keeps you updated through the whole process. The whole staff is great, but I haven t dealt with Troy the most. When I need another machine I will be returning. This place has the fastest deal transactions I have ever done anywhere and I have bought a lot of vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles, dirt bikes, atvs and side by side s. Also they aren t pushy if you want an extended warranty ok we can help you with that. If you don t that s ok to.

Very nice people all around, service is amazing, the service manager Ryan is fantastic such a nice person to talk with. And the techs did a great job on my side by side with my install. I will definitely be going back there.

Do not get the extended warranty from these people. They would not cover mine, said I needed a new transmission ($4,000) said no transmission oil in it(lies) meanwhile I brought it home we looked at it only needed 1 bearing inside transmission ($48). So all together to fix my 2017 Razor 900 it cost me around $200 which extended warranty should have covered but at least I know it s done right now!!!!

Mixed feelings. Ryan in service is awesome. Technician that worked on my bike.... not so much. 99% sure he damaged my bike and he didn't know about features my bike had in a shop that specializes in my bikes make

Not very interested in helping customers! Also Can Am dealer but can't or won't service spyders nor sell them! Sorry I've bought from Parcs in the past!!!!!

Recently bought a Polaris RZR from PARCS Morgantown. The salesman Mickey was an outstanding sales representative, answered any questions my wife and I had and was always willing to help out any way necessary. He wasn t pushy and rude like other sales people at other local ATV dealerships. The financial manager Morgan was also extremely helpful and very nice. Any issues or questions I had she was quick to help any way necessary. I highly recommend both employees. Very courteous and professional.

Very rude staff I called about ordering a windshield for my X3 and they always say they will call back and never do. I was gonna buy my X3 from them but they were so slow trying to find me one I went somewhere else then they got upset at me about it and I could here the employees calling me curse words in the background on the phone when I told them I found one myself somewhere and I got hung up on. It s like this place doesn t want my business I try to buy something from them all the time even after that incident and they never call back or are very slow. I ll just order all my parts myself I guess. I highly recommend Uniontown Kawasaki and can am or All season Powersports check around I saved $2000 on my X3 versus parcs offering only $500 off also went from a $340 payment down to $327 a month and these places actually acted like they wanted to help me instead of just getting my money.

I can not say enought good things about Parcs and Toby Eddy. I have been a sales manager at an auto dealership for 40 years, Troy is a GREAT salesman. He did everything he said he would and more. Very fair price . I would recomend Troy to everyone looking for a side by side or atv or motorcycle. He had to go to another dealer and get our Polaris, he texted us telling us what was going on. Very professional

Very,very poor customer service and slow I needed to know about a trade in like with in 30 mins because I was going elsewhere and I gave them 2 days before that. I was suppose to get a call back in 5 mins well that call has not happened yet the salesmen said my service manager is reviewing the pictures and vin number that took 2 days and then I called and it would be 5 mins and I call back in 20 mins and it was well he stepped out for lunch I will be sure to have him call you and I said I need to know now not in 20 mins or I am going elsewhere. I guess they did not want to make a sale or they sold it and didn't want to tell me i got 2 rzr from parcs and always had luck with them well that will not happen again I will be going elsewhere that wants to work with somebody!

Very poor customer service I don't think that anyone that works there actually knows that they are doing. My machine has been there for almost 2 months now and still is not ready, I myself contacted the warranty company and got them the paper work faxed over because they were to lazy to even do that themselves then days later I went to ask what the issue was still and they tried to lie to me and say that they had just received the paper work and we're about to push it through when I had it sent to them days earlier, they cost me money from my job because they needed me to bring the machine that day to them so I left work early then it sat there for a month before they touched it, by far the worst service department I have ever encountered.

This place has very poor customer service. When you walk in and nobody else is in the store and nobody wants to help...instead they look at you and turn around and walk away. We bought our Can-Am there but we will never be back. Johnstown, Pa has what we NEED!!!
