I called about part, the sells man told me it was there, he totally did not know what I am talking about, and he start answering with a bad attitude. Any how I decide to go pick up the part, I had to get a Left. I arrived there he showed me a completely wrong part and he start yelling at me. He even judged me in person for what not wearing a mask and start yelling. Anyway I had to pay for the left again without getting anything. This was my first time entering the place and it was the last time. Horrible experience and horrible sells man.

Good Samaritan! My van broke down at the Sheetz gas pump. I went across to NAPA thinking I'd need to buy a battery and the NAPA salesperson walked back to Sheetz with me to my van and tested the battery. Turned out battery was fine. He gave some input on what might be wrong. Very helpful even though I ended up not buying anything.

YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THISHello Guys, Always you should ask the sales representative for parts, as they should have more knowledge about automative parts. Well, I didn't know much about the TPMS (Tire pressure monitor sensors). THAT GUY was about to let me throw a $90 worth of part. He immediately said it's garbage and you need to get a new one. The thing is just a bolt lost from the stem valve I got from AutoZone. The stem Valve get attached to the TPMS to use it and whenever you change tires, its always recommended to replace that valve. So, that missing BOLT need to be off any way. He was supposed to tell me to get a new stem valve (which is about ($8 - $16) and any stem valve comes with new bolt anyway, means that bolt is related to the stem not the TPMS.In short make a quick research online that will take about 10 min and DON'T just relay in those people suggestions as some of they are idiots or want to rip you off and make you buy a new part which is even worse.Good luck,

Got oil. Quick in and out. Very pleasant inside but looks ominous outside. Definitely a Bit&! to get to and out of though.

Napa never has what I need and people are generally unhelpful. Go to Advance instead.
