I live 4.5 hours away, but these guys had the bike I wanted at the right price. I coordinated with the sales rep over the phone and arranged the sale of a new old stock 2023 KTM 300 XC. I came into town on a Thurday night, spent the night at a local hotel, then showed up when they opened on Friday morning. The bike was already prepped and the financing paperwork was ready. I was in and out in 20 minutes. If I ever buy another new bike, it will be from these guys.

I purchased my side by side from this place because they seemed to be very helpful and attentive when I was shopping. Recently I called to ask about getting my side by side picked up, serviced and dropped off (around 20 minutes away). I was quoted $90 and I agreed. I was supposed to meet them at the address i gave them around noon and was just going to hike in the woods for a while. The delivery person was two hours late. I walked around in the woods for a couple hours and decided to call to get an update. They said because the delivery driver was late it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. So I had to walk 3 miles back to my truck and find another time to drive back down from Pittsburgh. Finally after a week of not hearing anything I called again and they told me that they could schedule something. Paid my bill and ws told the delivery person would be there between 10-11. By 1230 I called AGAIN and found out that the delivery driver was driving to the wrong location. Oh and that $90 was actually only one way so it end up being $180 for the 40 minute round trip. The least they could have done was wash my side by side. Learn from my mistake and buy your side by side somewhere else....anywhere else. You have to actually try to be that bad at customer service.

Friend was sold the wrong oil filter for a tw200 which caused the bile to seize up while on the road. Yamaha was at fault but the manager took ownership of the problem, and was very pleasant to talk to through the process. Had mechanics take apart the engine and checked for damage at no cost. Manager side, the place is great, trustworthy, responsible.However, mechanics are different story. After the free teardown and rebuild I drove the bike down the road. A few miles I notice something is wrong, felt like the bad oil filter all over again, bike began to seize. Looked at the oil level and it was overfilled far beyond the top of the window, some oil was leaking out of the filter gasket. Manager had it towed back, and after some frustrating interaction with the mechanic, found out mechanic intentionally overfilled the oil. In his own words "Yamaha told me to so I always overfill". The manager helped us resolve this as well. I am glad we caught the problem, but it shouldn't have happened, especially not after just fixing everything.Mechanics I don't trust with a basic oil change. However the manager helped resolve the faulty part and the mechanic, at the same time, which simply wouldn't have been possible most other places. That means something.

I've purchased 1 Suzuki boulevard, and 1 yamaha V-Star 1300, and one 4 wheeler, and had nothing but good experiences with sales staff and service. Top notch! Wish they carried more street bike accessories, most accessories there are geared more to off road but over all great dealership!

I have used this dealership as my source for tire changes on my track bikes. I have had tires installed on magnesium wheels, carbon wheels, and bent OEM wheels. Never had a single scratch as a result of changes and I ve always had a nice consistent balance. Great service and consistency.Great tire wear even with a bent rear rim.

I ordered a visor and chin thing to block the wind for my helmet over a month ago! And to this day I never have gotten it! Went to triple S last Friday and I received my stuff for my helmet from triple S. Sad service and ive even called 4 times to check on the status!

Bought a 2020 R1 from these guys in Feb. Traded my 2016 FZ09. They were very helpful through the entire process. It was a pleasure buying from this shop and will do so again in the future. Wish I would have gotten a free helmet or something, but that is not a make or break for me, especially since they put my aftermarket fender eliminator on free of charge.

It was ok. Bought a new bike cash and couldn't even get a pair of gloves out of the deal. Wasn't the salesman's fault he was new. The part's manager doesn't like his job. Go see Vaughn in sales!

Such a n awesome selection of new and used motorcycles! Friendly to deal with and. excellent service. I've bought two Honda's from Morgantown Powersports . Even though I drive 3hrs to get to them I'll do it again on my third! Highly recommend!

I was told that the new Honda UTV would go about 50mph. They outright lied to me. I purchased it, took it home and it only could go about 40mph. wide,wide open. Of course I couldn't use it. The salesman lied. Period. So I bought the Yamaha Wolverine. 50+mph. The nice people at Morgantown Powersports charged me about $3,000.00 to take the lied about Honda Pioneer back. $3,000.00 for about 3 miles of finding out the salesman lied through his teeth to me. If I could have my way he'd have NO teeth. Morgantown Powersports is a big Rip-off. Do yourself a Big favor, and shop for New motorsports vehicles elsewhere.

Brought my motorcycle to this business on Saturday morning with an issue that I couldn't figure out the entire week prior. Was set to race the bike the next day. The service staff here was able to squeeze me in for a quick fix and had me right back out the door and to the track within an hour. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. 10/10 will definitely be back!

Finance guy was awesome he didn't hesitate to answer any and all of our questions, some multiple times. He took his time and made sure we was happy with everything before we signed anything. Unfortunately the salesman a younger kid didn't have a clue about anything and was unable to answer any questions, I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I figured he was new but come to find out he has worked there several years. Ben the parts guy was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I would shop here again but definitely would want a different salesman!!!!

Best powersport dealership experience we ve ever had. Our salesman, Chris, was extremely professional and helpful. The parts department staff was very friendly. The dealership layout was very unique and had a small museum of vintage bikes on the third floor!

4 years ago this place would not return my money for a winch they did not install on my bike. They charged me service and I had to argue and call multiple people to report them to get my money. He threatened to call the cops when I did nothing but buy a bike and request the service be returned. They will not ship a bike to another location to buy but the bike I bought was shipped to them. Horrible management and ownership. If I could I would give 0 stars. I doubt they ever thought I would call to have a bike shipped to a different location but they will never get my money again. Go elsewhere...

I have now bought both my SxS (Honda 1000-5) and my son s 4 wheeler (Yamaha Raptor 90) from here. Customer service and the Service Dept are both great. Recently had a problem with a part that was on back order from the manufacturer and the manager Donny was a great help with getting things worked out... and getting my son back to riding.

Sad I used to love this place they were always so helpful and had good prices on quality stuff. It's great as long as you dont have an issue with their product. I bought a brand new fourwheeler the battery was dead so they charged it up so they told me at the dealership. So I got the bike home and of course new toy you gotta play with it, so I ran it for like 4 days then I didn't have time at all thanks to work. So excited about getting back on I went to the garage and dead battery. So I figured well maybe I left it sit with the lights on too long or something when I parked it so gave it a jump and away I go for another 3 or 4 days and then back to the old grind after another 3 days of work again dead battery. I called them the guy says bring it in they should test it and give you a new one. Hey great il be in tomorrow. I go in and tell the guy who would it to me hey this battery is bad. They said u havent had it ling right and I told them no I've had it about 2 and a half weeks so they take and test the battery and tell me that it's to bad once it leaves the lot it's not their problem. Then he says well we can test it and if it's bad put a claim into Kawasaki and they might replace it but probly not b2cause they dont cover batteries and it would take arround 3 weeks. Then they offered to give me a new one at a discounted price if Kawasaki wouldnt replace it.So if you use Morgantown powersports make sure everything is perfect when it leaves because they will not stand behind anything they sell. Once they get it out the door it's your problem if something was already messed up.

On way home from BMW rally in upstate NY, noticed rear tire was worn out. Called first thing Monday morning and they said Come on in and by 1030am we were on our way back to NC with a new rear tire. Great bunch of folks. Thanks again for keeping us safe.

My 18 year old son financed a 2014 Honda TRX in March. He has had nothing but problems with it since he got it home. As soon as he got it off the truck it wouldn t start. So he makes another hour long trip there to take it back. They said it s fixed. Started there..ok. Thought the problem was solved. NO!!! He rode it for 2 days and another problem. It has been one thing after another. All with BS from the salesman. It is once again in the garage getting worked on. The quad won t even turn over to check anything. And yes there is a brand new battery in it. They saw a young kid come in and took advantage of him. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My son races motocross and we always go to MPS for our dirt bike needs as well as our gear. Multiple occasions they have helped us with repairs. I even was thankful to have a salesman assist me with an issue I was having with my trucks brake line. I would highly recommend Morgantown Power sports 100% to anyone!
