Recently purchased a 2022 GR86 and couldn't have been happier with my buying experience. Alex was a great help in my purchase and made the whole process quick and smooth. This was an optimal buying experience. As someone that has always had a dealership that I have always worked with, branching out felt intimidating but was the only option for the new CRV (which is fantastic by the way). The team at I-79 honda did a great job making the entire process very easy and kept everything simple. Compared to other dealers in the morgantown area, it was refreshing to work with such an honest team that puts the customer first. Doug, our salesman, was very professional and responsive which made the process easy and worked with us to get a great deal. I was very pleased that they give a truly competitive trade in offer (unlike other dealers in the area) right off the bat and were very reasonable on their dealer fees during the financing process. I would happily buy from the I-79 team again.

I used their Express Service for an oil/filter change & tire rotation/balance. All done in a timely manner with smiles & friendly conversation. The mechanic was also able to fix a small minor issue while my vehicle was on the lift anyway. The service was excellent!

I have purchased and leased several vehicles at I-79 Honda with no problems. Recently I had a low tire pressure warning come up and stopped in at I-79 unscheduled. They fixed the issue and noticed my tires were on backward. I corrected that the next day with my tire source. The next week I was back to have recall work on my CRV HYBRID. I was treated respectfully and not charged for either visit. Very polite associates, nice waiting area and the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen.

We are from Canada and traveling thru the area. We couldn t figure out how to lock our tailgate- we drove in and Vicky and Tim looked after us like family! Great service and such friendly people! Thank you

I got my 2024 Honda Civic hatchback from I-79 Honda (thank you, Doug!) and it s been great. Less than two weeks after I got it, my tire got a nail in it and completely deflated (the universe always knows when you have a brand new car). I called I-79 on a Saturday morning and they fit me in right away. They were able to quickly repair the tire at no cost - it was such a relief and I really appreciated their help.

My car was having difficulty accelerating while going uphill on I-79. I called Joe Romeo's Honda for an appointment.They told me to drop my car off and they would look at it when they had time. I received a call the next morning to let me know my car was working.The service was polite and fast. The people at the dealership are the best!

My husband and I purchased a Silverado Truck. We drove two hours there because they had the truck we wanted. Our salesman was Doug. Very pleasant buying experience. Actually it was one of the best experiences we had as far as purchasing a vehicle. They stuck by what they told my husband on the phone as far as numbers on the price.

I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester from Dallas and Joe at I-79 Honda in Star City. I went in on the Saturday after Thanksgiving,and those two guys bent over backwards for me to be able to drive my car home that day. Awesome salesmen, the dealership is beautiful, they went above and beyond to get me the best deal. And I must say, I got it! Thanks guys and I will be back to see you when I am ready to purchase again.

The entire staff is highly professional and treated me with respect for me and my vehicle. A note to ponder is my Honda is 3.5 years old, bought brand new, 130,000 miles, and still has the original breaks and battery. That to me is outstanding. Thank you.

Traveled from Pittsburgh to buy 2019 highlander for a friend I was a great experience.DOUGLAS MCCARTY was a great help all of them was great and good guys . WORST TREATMENT EVER!! Took car in for minor service and was completely disrespected by multiple employees. Not only did they fail to perform services that they were paid for but also damaged my vehicle. Furthermore, they said they were not responsible even though the damage was not present when I dropped it off and NOT noted on their inspection checklist. Salesperson Drew Harding said he spoke for the owner and said "there was nothing he was going to do about it and that they didn't value my business or anyone else that I cared to let know" about my poor service. As he suggested "Morgantown has numerous options for buying and servicing cars" and I would advise anyone reading this to take his advice and shop elsewhere! Will be filing with State Attorney General and Better Buisness Bureau.

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I found a car that we wanted to buy , put money down to hold the car. They told me the rates that they had for financing, I found better rates at the first bank that I called. When I called them back to ask if there was any way they could match or do better on the rate they turned. And refused to sell me the car then said they sold the car to someone else. When I went down to the dealership the owner was there , he told me I should have taken the financing he provided on the day i was there. I explained myself I always try to do my homework to save me the most amount of money. I didn t know that it would be a big deal considering I have done it in the past. But the owner of the dealership told me he gives cars to the handicapped, I asked what that had to do with how I was treated. He had no answer. But asked me to leave the dealership. I never write reviews but as I looked in line for I79 Honda I saw a lot of bad reviews so I just wanted to put my experience down also.

Came in to buy a car for my growing family. Walked in the showroom and was "greeted" by some guy who asked me what I was there for. I told him I was looking for a new vehicle. He stared at me for a few seconds, then turned his palms upwards, made little circles with them and said "aaaand?" Should have walked out right then, but my better nature prevailed. Incredibly unknowledgeable about the vehicle, condescending, and a generally unpleasant person all around. No Idea how that absolute clownshoe of a man ended up in sales. Bought 2.5 hours away for a significant price cut and absolutely wonderful service. Service department is pretty good, had me in and out for the oil change on the Honda they couldn't manage to sell me.

We had trouble finding the car we wanted in New York and so on a trip to maryland we reached out to i79 Honda and they had our car in stock so we made the trip to try to make a deal on our car and trade in. We had a great experience and the dealership is beautiful. Our trade in was not straight forward and they were willing to work with us to figure out a solution that worked for all parties. They made the process seamless and easy and it was a pleasure to do business with them. We also did service with them which was also easy. Highly recommend i79 Honda for your car purchase or service needs. Shout out to Joe McKinney for making our deal on the trade in a reality and Danny for ensuring our car stayed in stock before our arrival.

Was trying really hard to find a brand new manual transmission Honda Accord. This dealership had one and they gave me a good deal on it. Thank you for this! The staff are wonderful and the car is excellent! I highly recommend this dealership when buying a car from as some dealerships are crooks and often very mean. Buy manual cars people they are slowly vanishing and far far more fun to drive once you learned how to use it!

Get it in writing or it will be withdrawn at any time we want to .Thanks Joe Romeo s I 79 Honda. We bought two vehicles with the understanding of having free oil changes every 5000 miles for as long as you own the vehicle. It also included free car washes and state inspections. We only used the oil changes.Last time there I was told that offer had expired. The service director says they can withdraw any time we want to .What a great way to do business.Edit: 08-15-23 A week later and no one has contacted me like they said they would in their reply. They must employ politicians.

I-79 has always been good to us, and this time was no different. Doug McCarty helped us find the perfect vehicle, as always, and walked us through all the bells and whistles of our new CR-V. Erika in finance was great to work with as well. Always a positive experience at I-69 Honda!

1 hour 45 minutes for a scheduled state inspection on a less than 20,000 mile pilot is way too long. I saw many service people just standing around with service Manager just shooting the bull. I don't understand.

We have purchased two Vehicles from I79 Honda. Both transactions have been fair and smooth. Prior to buying from Joe Romeo I79 we were dealing with a Honda dealer south of Morgantown. Nothing but typical dealer games so we moved on to I79.I79 has been terrific and direct with fair prices and good service. I highly recommend them. And yes there really is a Joe Romeo.
