I have been looking for a reliable mechanic in the Fairmont/ Morgantown area, and this is going to be the one. They are busy at times, but if you want something done, they can do it. They are a general shop for many types of repairs, and I was able to pick up a really good set of rims for my truck tires.I would suggest trying to call for an appointment rather than go in if at all possible, they say give them a couple of hours and they can probably get a slot for you.Emphasis, it's really hard to find a good, honest mechanic. These folks seem to be just what we need.

On vacation in deep creek lake and I ended up needing a tire asap. They were able to get me in and out within 30 mins . Not only fast they discounted my tire cost. Polite, professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone for automotive repair.

Went here after Walmart said they couldn t help me. This company not only explained to me I could do it on my own very easy, which was a huge relief, but pulled me to the door and did the fix and would not take anything for it!!!! They have my business as long as I have a car from here on out. Thank you Glotfelty for a renewed faith in businesses!

Used them 3-4 times over the years for tires. Bought tires twice and brought my own once. Reasonable turn around time and no issues. The alignment wait time is pretty long, but they do a good job on that as well. Went to get a sticker for my beater and failed, reasonable. Was told to fix XYZ and they ll give me a sticker. So I fix what they ask and drop the truck off they couldn t get to it so I left it there over the weekend. Get dropped off again Monday morning, and they put me on a wait, I wait about 2 hours just to have my vehicle rejected for door pin bushings and an exhaust leak. Went down the street and got a sticker. Wasted a tremendous amount of time.

I needed my right front TPM sensor replaced. Dealership(Ford at University Town Center)price $160. My truck is a 2009 Sport Trac. There are batteries in the sensor for each wheel. If one is going dead after 15 years the others are soon to follow. Glotfeltys replaced all 4 for $200 and they we're done in an hour. Dealership would have been $640. I will be going to Glotfeltys for all my tire needs.

I dropped off my 2015 BMW at around 8am this morning for an oil change and not only did it take three and a half hours to complete but the mechanic very clearly spilled oil on my oil intake and engine compartment that it left it smoking more than a Willy Nelson concert after driving and bringing the engine up to temp. Not only this, they left a rag in my engine compartment. This was my first time here and it will be my last; I will not be recommending this business to friends and colleagues.

I had excellent service today at glotfelty tire in Morgantown. I have a 28 foot camper and needed new tires. I ordered tires and they put them on today. They made the process so simple. I called and they instructed me to pull around the back of the building for tire install. One of the employees helped me get turned around and backed into the garage. They were very quick to change out the tires. I didn t even have to unhook my camper. One of the employees ensured that my lug nuts were tightened to 120 foot pounds and showed me how to check the lug nuts in the future. Everyone was so nice and the price was good. Thank you guys!

Very clean inside and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had them remove a nail from my tire and patch it. Service was quick and very affordable. I was able to pick my car up after they closed.

The best mechanics around. I drove from Morgantown even though there is one in Morgantown because I know and Like the staff here. I trust them. That's a huge factor in care care. Don't think..go here!

Jay has been taking care of my vehicles, my parents vehicles, and our family s business vehicles for more than a decade. There s a reason for that he is honest, friendly, efficient, & he does everything in his power to make sure the folks who work for him are the same way. The advisors are knowledgeable and easy to work with. The mechanics and technicians do great work management makes sure of it. I ve not once had any issue with any work done by his staff at Glotfelty. I refer folks there every chance I get and I will continue to. I was especially impressed how they dealt with things during all the Covid restrictions. I've had good 5* experiences in the past, but was not informed that I had to have a rotation done by them in order to retain my tire warranty. They claim they tell everyone but I would definitely have brought it to them if I was told. The wear was even between front and back, but they denied me for doing my own rotation. Unacceptable. They also broke a hubcap on a previous visit and replaced it with a significantly inferior product, though I guess most places would have said "tough luck", so two stars instead of one.Service: Tires

Needed a couple new tires on Christmas Eve morning on very short notice. Not only were they open but after just showing up at 10am, they hooked me up. Within 20 mins of walking in the front door, I was walking out and on my way with new MasterCraft glacier trek snow tires. I highly recommend this place, bought my last 4 sets of tires from them and have been extremely happy with each purchase. I also highly recommend the Glacier treks, outstanding performance in the elements!

I had a leak in one of my tires and I took it to Glotfelty to get checked out and they got back to me very quickly. Turned out that I needed to replace the tire and they were able to get the new one installed promptly and for a very fair price. When I picked up my car, they filled me in on the process and my car was actually cleaner than when I dropped it off. You can guarantee that I will come back when it s time to replace the other tires, or anything else I may need. If you re looking for a good, professional and courteous business- stop looking, you ve found it.Service: Tires

Stopped by to make an appointment to get tires and an alignment and inspection. Very nice folks. No work done yet. Next week....1/20/22 took my car in for the work stated above. Very professional and polite folks. They got me done and out of there in a timely manner. I'll be back. And I'll recommend to others. Thank you Glotfelti Tire!

Worked me in and rotated my tires. Changed out lug nuts from the factory originals that had the metal casings on them. Great service and price on lug nuts.

Great service. Bit of a wait, but they found lug nuts for my Jeep to replace ones that were corroded that I didn't know about, then helped me out with the price of tires to compensate for the cost of the lug nuts. Great job with our oil changes for both of our vehicles!

I ve been coming here for years and have always gotten great service! Recently I got an oil change, inspection, and new tires. I thought I had smelled oil and checked under my hood, my oil cap had fallen off, but I called Glofelty and they immediately sent a guy out to fix my problem. They were so quick to correct the issue it was in believable and I appreciate great customer service which they most definitely have! Thank you so much for everything. Hit a pothole on 119 on a Thursday evening that destroyed a tire. By early afternoon on Friday, I was up and running!Even more impressive, they provided me a military discount without me even thinking about it. I have an Afghanistan Veteran license plate, and they noticed it when servicing the tire and applied a discount.Highly recommend!

Great service and great prices. I really like that they do not push sales of products or services - they just provide what you ask for. They are pretty quick but don't rush the job. I appreciated the extra care they gave my classic car with a modifies performance suspension to the get the alignment just right. I do most of the maintenance on my cars myself, but they are my go-to shop for tire mounting and balancing and alignments.

Great service and technical discussion on what the best choice is for Tesla Model 3 replacement tires. Given the weight and specification requirements for the Tesla I could never have figured it out on my own. Installation was without a hitch. Highly recommended.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had a problem once before. Needed something and went back. Was told on the phone it would be a few hours. When they saw it was me a few hours turned into a few days. Now I'll never return and instead of making it up they have lost a customer for life. You don't know who you don't know. In a few months I could have saved them thousands now all bets are off. Full retail all the way.
