They were amazing at finding me an appointment that fits with my work schedule. They were very polite and kind. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes for an oil change. They've even inspected my vehicle to make sure everything was working as they should and washed my car! I'm beyond impressed and all of that for just $50! And I was given a sticker on my car for when I have to come back for another oil change. I don't know anything about cars so they've really helped me a lot.Service: Oil change

I used this business for a Ford recall repair. They had house call service so I didn t need to miss work- awesome! Very happy with them- from the person who made the appt to the service person, all was very well done and easy.

I was traveling home from an appointment when my check engine light came on. I was over 2 hours from home, so I found the closest dealership. I was greeted and consistently treated with kindness.This place has honestly restored my faith in the Ford product after having an engine blow up in my 2018 Focus, and at that moment a check engine light coming on in my 2017 Escape, which still has temporary tags on.Thank you Cody Glasscock and all of your team for helping me!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

2018 F150. Needed engine replacement after 27k miles in 2021. Now 20k miles later experiencing Rough idle and stalling at low rpm after decelerating. $160 diagnostic fee. Quoted $525. Repair not covered under power train warranty. Replaced 1 cam shaft position sensor. Billed $52 for a part I could buy from Ford directly for $42. Labor costs ridiculously high. Billed for 2 hours of work. Found out later the repair time should have been much shorter than that. $500 later and Truck is still experiencing same issues. Very disappointed in price and ability to accurately diagnose the issue.Service: Engine repair

We purchased a 2018 Ford echosport and had some with it. Ford Lincoln came to the rescue and put an emergency order in to get this fixed before our trip! My check engine light came on it took months to get in to have it checked. When I did get my appointment they also checked other things on my truck like my filters and stuff. They asked if I wanted them changed. Well when they check my filters out they didn t put the lids closet back on at all left them open. Think they need to be more careful when working on peoples cars and making sure things are put back together correct.

I got some recalls done on my car. It was supposed to take 3 days, but my car was gone for 17 days and I was denied a loaner vehicle. I was promised my car multiple different times but on the days when I was supposed to get my car back, the staff didnt answer my phone calls and didnt call me for updates. When I finally got my car back, it had several tools left in it by the technicians and some trash. When I got home I saw my car's trim was hanging off on the passenger side. lol they kept my car hostage, trashed it, and broke off the trim. They also fixed my hood latch for $400 even though I called and said I did NOT want it fixed because I wanted my car back and I could get it done for cheaper somewhere else. The recalls were fixed but now im out $400 and have to get the trim fixed. Thanks Ford Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had no appointment - brake pedal went down farther than normal, pulled up to Ford Dealer, staff interrupted schedule "for safety reasons" to check brakes which had a brake hose problem leaking brake fluid. The care for my safety was key to excellent customer service. Recommend this Dealership for any transportation or repair services.Service: Brake service & repair

Replaced dash in my car. Did a good job but took twice as long as estimate because of unforseen problems. Picked up car and had rattle in dash. Was fixed the next day and now is perfect. Overall a painless and pleasant experience. Thx.

INSPECTION sticker put on and checked vehicle over as part of the service. Inspection and service was free as part of my buying the vehicle at the dealership. The clerk was very cordial and did an excellent job in explaining what services that they were doing to the vehicle. Overall an excellent job of taking care of my vehicle!

Was told by dealership that this vehicle would be able to tow my 1648 Tracker john boat. Before I even had the chance to tow it, less than 2 months after purchase, the transmission failed and even having purchased a drivetrain extended warranty it took over 2 months to get the transmission rebuilt.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

When I purchased my car I was promised that the car would be vacuumed and washed at each service and I wish they would still do that.
