Anyone thinking of buying anything here, DONT. HORRIBLE customer service after you buy something. They were very nice and helpful when I was handing them a stack of money to buy a machine, then when I called them three times for an appointment for warranty work on that machine, I was told each time they would call me back to set something up and they never called me back. Dont waste your money here. Go somewhere that actually wants to help you. Not this place.

Great experience. Of you need a set of wheels and your in a bind these guys will definitely help out as much as they can. I wish more businesses cared about their clients as much as Finish Line motors. I talk to both gentleman who work there but I can't remember names. They most be lost with all my other memories I'm Taji, Iraq. Us Army 95-15. Thank you guys.

What I felt was a great buying experience turned into "your trade has a bad transmission" ok i'm not a mechanic however my car drove the same way for years, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Still felt I got an ok deal factoring that into the equation. The problem came when getting financing...because it was a Saturday my credit union was closed. Because I drove quite a distance I agreed to apply for financing through them & then have the loan paid off by my credit union. Well when my credit union tried to pay off the financing there was a $900 early termination fee! Never disclosed during the paperwork. I reached out to Donnie twice, nothing but crickets, no response what so ever! Kind of a shady way to do business! BUYER BEWARE

I was told when I bought my CFMOTO that I had 30 days from purchase to buy extended warranty. I've been over a week trying to get information from the salesman in order to do this. He is always supposed to get back with me and never does. At this point I'm wondering if I've been lied to. I will not deal with them in the future if this is their idea of customer service. I also would like to know why it's only a 4 year term he offered when on CFMOTO website it's a 72 month warranty.

I have very bad credit history considering the only thing on mine is 4,600$ i owe to school, therefore i have been denied and turned down by many dealerships. But the man who helped me here helped me get into a car that fit my budget! I definitely don t like the actual car itself, but beggars can t be choosers. It drives well and two weeks after getting it my battery died, but I took it to them and they changed it with no problems. I have definitely enjoyed working with them! Very friendly and smooth process

I m new to Morgantown and I am so grateful I found this place. I needed a new tire and they ordered it and had me in for an appt within a day or two. I was only there for like 20 minutes and they were so busy! The gentleman that runs the service desk did not make me feel like they were busy at all. He made me feel like the only customer. His customer service was GREAT. These folks are honest and hard-working and I m so grateful I found them. They officially get all of my business.

Best dealership in town. They have a great selection with a wide range of prices and can get you financed under 10k. I'd found a car I wanted at a larger dealership in town but when I called to say we were on the way to start the paperwork they said they wouldn't be able to finance anything under 10k. They didn't ask us about our credit or how much we had down. So we thought back to where we bought our current vehicle. Finishline had a similar vehicle and they were able to finance us no problems. While our first vehicle we purchased from them 4 years ago never gave us a hiccup, the car we purchased from them less then a month ago has had a couple. Despite it being an as is sale they didn't hesitate to help either time and went above and beyond getting the issues taken care of for us both times. We definitely won't be looking any where else when it comes to our future transportation needs.

I ve had a lot of interactions with this place. I ve bought a car, gotten my car fixed, and gotten some aftermarket stuff done as well.This place is the epitome of perfect business. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the car buying process is smooth and easy. The garage is full of some of the best guys in town, and easily the garage I trust 100% with my car. They know what they re doing and they are fair and honest. This place has it all.

Decided to purchase a CM Motto 600 touring atv. Found out finish line was a dealer. Went in to look at atv. They answered all my questions, did not pressure me, and robbie had me financed in quick order. That part of my experience was A++ On july 4th weekend i accidentally rolled the four wheeler. I had insurance on it, $3,400 in damage. I took it back to finish line to have them do the repairs. They had my four wheeler for about 4 months. The first time they called and said it was done I went and looked at it, and literally stuff was falling off of it. So in another month they called again and said it was done. I went down and looked at it and it was still several things loose and not done. The third time they called I picked it up and took it home. By this time riding season is over so it's at my building for the remainder of winter. I took it out yesterday and started looking at things and I swear every Bolt they had off wasn't even tight. I spent the entire day going over this four wheeler tightening bolts in putting in bolts that were missing. Long story short great place to buy one, but I wouldn't take it there to get worked on. Any repairs that I need completed I will take to Roy's RV in Elkins.

They stand behind their vehicles 100%. I've been burned by other car dealerships who are just out to make a quick dollar, and I expected Finish Line Motors to do the same, but they are NOT like other dealerships! I couldn't be more pleased with the honesty, integrity, and service that I've received from them! As someone who only has a basic knowledge of cars, finding someone to trust is by far the most important aspect I look for when I do business. These guys are open, honest, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured during the buying process and I can't say enough about how impressed I've been with their honesty and integrity - I had an issue with my vehicle right after I purchased it, they absolutely stood behind their vehicle! I hope I don't have to buy another car for long time, but I know where I'll be going the next time I do.

I have purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Finish Line, as well recently having another of my vehicles serviced there. Both experiences have been excellent. They stood behind the Jeep when it had a few small issues and immediately made them right. I took my other car to get an oil change and have it inspected. They correctly found that it needed new tires. The price quoted was extremely fair. I paid in advance as my wife was going to pick it up later in the day. When my wife came home with the invoice it showed that the work and tires actually cost $100 more than what I paid. I went back the next day to pay the difference and was told that they would stand with the quote given and nothing further was owed. Needless to say they now have a customer for life.

Bo was amazing at helping us choose the right kind of car. He helped us to get the one my girlfriend wanted. (It was a jeep compass btw.)The process was painless and moved right along. Definitely would recommend, even if you don't have the best credit they WILL get you into a car. I will be going back to get another car in the future

Service department is wonderful very helpful and they take the time to figure out the problem. Just bought a car from there a couple weeks ago and they fixed the AC the gaskets and now putting a new had tank on. And we paid nothing for the work which they could have told us to pay atleast half. But they didn't and that showed how much they care for there customers. They're not just worried not taking your money.

My husband and I bought our 2011 Ford Explorer on June 18, 2019. The guys were professional and even stayed later so that we could leave with it that day. Fast forward to June 23rd we re on our way to go on vacation we had a problem with our AC that none of us knew was going to burn up. We ended up having to have it towed to get it fixed and we had to get a rental to use on vacation. They re are putting money towards our rental. Couldn t have asked for better service while we re talking to them about what happened, etc... If you re looking for a car go check them out.

It's been 1 month since I bought my 2015 Ford escape. My two sensors for fuel efficiency needed replaced & they took care of it. I've had bad luck with dealerships in the past & was skeptical, but they've taken good care of me & really worked with me so I could have what I wanted and needed. Thank you again!!

I went to Finish Line Motors knowing my credit wasnt the greatest. The GM and staff worked with me through the process without pressure until I qualified for the car I wanted and made the deal as easy as possible. No high pressure salespeople or pressure to buy. I'll shop there 1st from now on.

I bought I car from them, it went perfect. I was right out of high school and it was still fine. I bought a 2007 Chevy cobalt and the first day went great, the second day was really BAD. The brake lights don't work, the screen on the custom radio wwon't work, the rear brake squeels, the turn signals don't work, and the door handle is busted. I do really like the car tho.

Well I am going to advise anyone that purchases a vehicle from this dealership plz take ur mechanic with u to look the vehicle over . They will tell ya they did the repairs and u have no paper or proof that they were done ! I have a 2012 Jeep Compass which has been. In the garage 3 times bc of the transmission slipping and it was in there for a oil pan gasket replacement and my mechanic looked at it and they put some kind gasket making material like caulking on it instead of putting new gasket on and that didn t fix the problem and still loosing oil around the pan.(I was charge for a new gasket)My engine light came on a few times and took to Advanced Auto after diagnostics test they gave me a paper that said replace catalyst converter and I gave it to the garage and they told me they did a catalyst flush it did not need a catalyst converter and my mechanic told me he never heard of such thing .Had Jeep in the garage in feb and was suppose to replace a wheel bearing and still have the howing noise and R tie rod is loose and has movement and didn t tighten up bolts to the bracket that holds the brake caliper on. I asked the garage when they would be able to get my jeep in and he told me he had no idea.

These guys rock! They set the bar higher than any other used car dealer I've seen. For starters they have a ton of trucks on the lot - Fords, Chevys, Rams - they've got them all. Then the guys are super friendly and low pressure. Finally they've got these great credit programs and told me they can get credit for anybody. What more can you ask for? If you're shopping around, be sure and stop to at least see the huge inventory!

Their advertised prices online are mostly just set to 123456. Obfuscating the price isn t helpful and makes it feel like they have something to hide.

I bought brand new tires at Finishline. They were quick to order and put on my vehicle. About a week later, I jumped a curb and blew one of my brand new tires :-/However, I did not hesitate on who to call for the SAME GREAT SERVICE!!
