I was charged 120 dollars to mount and balance 4 tires with no receipts or I was to pay more money. then I had to pay another tire shop to fix the and rebalence all 4 tires. don't recommend this shop you can see how bad it looks truly unforgettable and unfortunate

I cannot say thank you enough to these guys.Story:I was on my way home from work. I hit a pot hole and my tire busted. I was horrified. I called the shop, (before it open mind you, and someone kindly answered) and asked if someone would be willing to come put my donut tire on may car so I could come buy a tire. He was SO kind and told me that once they opened (only 5 minutes from opening time) he could send someone. The guy showed up literally at 8:02. He was so nice, even though my donut tire was super hard to get out. He put my donut tire on, I drove up to the shop and everyone was so kind in helping me. It took them 10 min to put the tire on my car.I have never had a tire bust, so of course this was very scary and stressful for me, and I was extremely embarrassed that I didn t know how to put a donut tire on. This place was absolutely superb and treated me so kindly. Took such great care of my situation and so fast. I seriously cannot thank them enough.I HIGHLY recommend them.

can t say enough positive things about this tire shop.here is the story. my friends and I had been on a road trip and last night, we got a flat tire. We found ourselves in this town. (side note-everyone in this town has been so friendly.)The triple A guy who came to rescue us late at night in the rain, told us the best place around was Dinsmore Tire.We showed up when they opened at 8am. They had a used tire for us and quickly changed it. So impressed with the service, and the price. Fifteen minutes later, we were on the road again.If I m ever stranded near Morgantown again this is where I would go!

Dinsmore has helped me out on 2 occasions with bent rims and busted tires thanks to the always top notch WV roads. Both times they were able to get me in right away and fix my car while also showing me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it, which I appreciate! They ve never tried to up-sell me or convince me I needed something that I didn t just to get more money out of me, which is something you can t say about very many places these days. All in all these are great and honest people with very fair prices and I ll recommend them to anyone any day!

This is the worst place to get your car repaired. Very bad service and the official there was very rude. He replaced the good part and took more money from me than necessary. He did not replace the defective part. When I checked with him, he insisted that he had done the right thing. When I checked with the owner of the center, he was more rude than the employee and did not take any appropriate action, so I had to go to another maintenance center to repair the damage and pay another more money . Therefore, I do not advise anyone to go there and wasted time and money

I highly recommend Dinsmore over any shop in the Morgantown area. Today I really needed my new wheel/tire put on the rear left side before going back home. Dinsmore not only did it on the same day, they did so in less than 5 minutes! Professional and fast with a very generous crew.

The best experience I ve had getting my car fixed up. Amazing prices and the staff were very friendly and informative. They had it looked at and repaired very quickly, and I ve have no issues with my car since! I highly recommend going here over any other place in Morgantown!

Took my truck here to have TPMS sensors re-learned after I put new wheels on myself. I ended up here after going to the tire shop by my house and then, not having a compatible TPMS scanner, they sent me to the dealership and where the tech spent half an hour trying to use their OEM scanner which also didn t work. I did some digging to find the compatible scanners and got the instructions. Called Dinsmore, they had the right one. At first he couldn t get them to connect, but with the instruction sheet I printed from the manufacturer, he was able to get it taken care of. It took all of 5 minutes.My only issue is that both the tire shop and the dealer were going to do this for free because it s a very quick process and they don t even need to pull the vehicle into the bay. I was totally okay paying Dinsmore for the work, but they charged me $87 after tax for 5 minutes of work on something most tire shops will just do as a courtesy. $30-40 bucks I would have had no problem with but I was shocked they charged $82+tax which can t be much less than what they charge for a full mount and balance.Edit: appreciate the merchant response, updating review to 5 stars

Friendly, accurate, and professional customer service. Knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. This is coming from a BMW owner, which not a lot of mechanics could work on it.

My daughter was planning on driving up to Pittsburgh and her tire pressure sensor was on. After filling her tires up herself, the light was still on. She went by Dinsmore without an appt, they checked out all her tires, filled them up and gave her the ok - NO CHARGE. They are helpful, honest, and I can t say enough good things about them in our four years of using them while our daughter is attending WVU.

If I could rate this little garage any higher, I would! I had to have an alternator replaced, and after calling around for quotes they were second-cheapest, but the cheapest place had an over 2 week wait while Dinsmore told me "bring it in soon as you can.". They also let me bring in my own alternator, and only charged me for labor. Then, when I brought them the wrong alternator because of my own mistake about the year of my vehicle, they went ahead and up-front purchased me a different alternator, had it delivered and installed in under an hour, and charged me no extra for time spent. They allowed me to pay for the alternator when I got to the store, and even offered to let me drive off in my un-paid-for repaired vehicle to get money to pay for the repairs, which is practically unheard-of levels of trust. On top of everything else, when I brought the vehicle back because of a minor issue with my radio locking (Again, not their fault, it was a strange security feature Honda Odyssey's have), an employee came out to my car and walked me through fixing it. 2 hours later my car's AC was acting up, and a fan was running after I turned the car off, which I had never heard before. I brought it back, they immediately identified the issue as low coolant, although my van's own coolant light had failed to come on, topped my coolant off, had the problem fixed and me on my way in around 10 minutes!Great service! These guys bent over backward to help me, were honest, and had a better price and service time than anyone in town combined. Can't recommend them enough! I have no affiliation with any of the employees or the owner, and had never used their garage before, so I've no ulterior motive but gratitude and hoping other people give them business. I'm not using anyone else from now on, and I expect the negative reviews they have are from idiots, Karens, the ungrateful, or people who would complain about the sky being blue.Thank you Dinsmore!

If you ever need tires mounted and balanced go there they are like a pit crew fast and great service and good people I recommend them and yesterday I had to get a upper And lower control arm on everybody else was held up for two weeks called them they said bring it in took it up there got my parts put on fast reliable service and reasonable price thank you guys good work

Came to Dinsmore about a suspected bearing issue - no sooner did I get home after dropping my vehicle off that Dave gave me a call and let me know that they had gotten in and taken a look, and that it was actually another issue entirely. I came back and Dakota brought me over to my car and showed me what was going on with it. They gave me an estimate that was competitive in price to just doing the job myself. I ultimately chose to tackle it on my own given the smaller scope of the repair. Despite that, they refused to charge me for their diagnostic, an almost unheard of gesture it seems in the world of automotive repair. Overall Dave, Dakota, and the rest of the guys at Dinsmore were incredibly friendly and honest - and I very much look forward to doing business with them in the future. If you have car issues - come here!

Just want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Dave, Brandon and Dakota. Tonight on our way home we got a flat tire in the Mileground roundabout. We pulled into Dinsmore tires figuring they were already closed because it was after 6. The guys were closing the store but saw us pull in and did NOT hesitate to come out to see what was needed. They were all pleasant and extremely helpful and had us back on the road within approximately 20 minutes. You all are greatly appreciated!!!

the main man who is always at the desk is just rude and always has an problem, If I call him he tells me one price but if my man calls him he changes the price, they did my tire and didn t even screw in the lug nuts, had to do it myself in the parking lot of their business and nobody offered to help. Very dangerous, and when I told they guy he did not care at all, he just cares about money. 1/5 stars would give a zero if I could. Best to take your time and money else where.

Bought a new set of aftermarket wheels and needed tires mounted and balanced. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with my wheels undamaged and balanced correctly. It's something you would expect but do not always get at other places. These guys are awesome! Will definitely be returning for future tire purchasing.Service: TiresService: Tires
