They were very Professional and did a great job. I called for estimate and they responded quickly, scheduled me an appointment to have my truck seat done. Took it over within week after estimate. They did an amazing job, and price was reasonable. Highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful upholstery shop! Family owned and operated with top notch work to boot! I had a tear in my car seat, and the dealership qouted me 958$ for a replacement bottom seat cover. Harley and Machaela were able to replace the damaged panel for 200$ with a extremely fast turnaround. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thank you both!

Custom Concepts Upholstery is definitely the place to go if you want local, family friendly, excellent work done. We've been back for a few different things to be worked on and everytime, it was perfect! They are so nice, accommodating and fix us in even when they had many other projects. 10 out of 10 recommend

Had me drag my boat to their shop to get measurements then never heard back from them for months. When I called they remembered me bringing the boat in but lost all of the paperwork. They then said they would come to the boat to get the measurements. They came and then once again never heard back from them. I just called again this year to have 2 boat cushions done and guy told me that he will not have them done for the boat season and as far as him never getting back ahold of me is whatever. At first we really liked this place but to get treated like that after being a repeat customer is the opposite of how things should be. I will also say if you have them do boat repair on your upholstery be careful bc they use staples on the underneath of the cushions and when those staples rust it will discolor your fiberglass that the cushion rest on.

I needed a new roof liner for my 2012 Jetta after part of it came loose. I received a quote of over $1000 from my local VW dealership. But Custom Concepts was able to install the new liner at half that price. The job took just over a day as I had to wait for the glue to set and dry.My roof looks like new and I am very pleased with the great service at Custom Concepts!

I give these folks 10 stars if I could ...took my motorcycle seat there to have the material go from one seat to the other ....they did a wonderful job like it came from the factory...would highly recommend them ,friendly service ,good people,top knoch work ,will go there again

Amazing and excellent work and all work is guaranteed or they will fix any problems free of charge. They take their time and do fantastic work. To me is what a upholstery shop should do.

Knows what he is doing with apholsrty and mechanical work and bike's. If you've ever seen any of his finished work, you'll know exactly what I mean. Great job arron!! Keep it up brother.
